CHAPTER 86. Reeling

The day of Adya's funeral and Eve's departure.

Everyone had already returned from the funeral of Dhara's mother and Davka's father sitting in the living room.

It'll be lunchtime soon, "my dad wants to go back to the room for a bit." Dhara's mother's permission and Davka's father nodded his head.

Geya only noticed that Harsha was sitting in the living room.

"Geya how's your engagement to Gulzar?" Ask Davka's father to his nephew.

There were no uncles and aunt Tala there because they had returned home to Werawan's grandfather's mansion.

Geya lifted her head and smiled, "how is uncle?" Geya asked as she glanced at Harsha who was sitting beside her.

Davka's father was very considerate of her as well as of Dhara and Tala's mother. But, for Tala it was a long time ago.

His cousin's brother has rarely given attention and affection to him since there was a conflict between his brother Adhikari Ekata Werawan, Adya Parabawa, and Nabastala Affandra Werawan.

Everything seems to disappear no more affection for Geya as well as her mother who often blamed her for being born a daughter so that she could not be the heir to the Werawan family property since her brother Adhikari disappeared.

Geya did not know and did not want to interfere in the affairs of her siblings with her cousin's brother because if she interfered everything would be complicated.

Geya knew clearly that she was very wrong in treating her cousin's first wife and his second wife.

Geya did it because she was angry with everything that happened to her.

His extended family used to be very happy with his older brother who was always proud of his parents who would be the heir to the hospital despite the imbalance of affection his mother gave him.

It was all okay for Geya because there was also her father who loved her very much but her father who is now very different since her brother went to her. Looks less concerned.

Geya is jealous and envious the attention of Tala is divided due to Adya's presence.

Geya wants the affection of her cousin's sister as she used to.

Geya feels that everyone does not care about her and thinks she is very evil but they do not dare to say it in front of Geya because of her background and last name.

No one is sincere including Harsha but Harsha survives to befriend her.

"When will the engagement be held?" Ask Davka's father gently.

"It all depends on Zee uncle's schedule." Answer Geya.

Davka's father nodded his head in understanding. Davka's father knew how busy Gulzar was managing his family's company.

Tala, Diego's secretary, and Kaivan's assistant return from the mansion, causing Davka's father, who is talking to his family, to distract Geya and Harsha, who are busy with their cell phones, to take his eyes off.

Geya immediately stood up and looked at her older cousin who looked very sad.

"Son, you're home." Davka's father told Tala.

Tala nodded her head, "dad and everything I'm allowed to go to the room first to clean up." Davka's father nodded his head.

Although Tala felt dislike for her extended family, Tala was polite because Tala did not want to make her mother and father insulted for not educating her only child properly.

Kaivan's assistant and Diego's secretary also had permission to go to the park and be taken in. They did not come home because they would have lunch at the mansion his best friend had prepared.

Geya's eyes followed where Tala was walking into the elevator.

Then Geya asks permission to leave for a while and tells Harsha to stay here.

Geya wanted to comfort her cousin's sister for the rejected business or not it was a later affair.

Although Geya is currently not okay because this is related to her engagement with Gulzar.

Geya hesitates to continue or not while Gulzar keeps away and always makes excuses that he is busy.

Geya stood in front of the door of Tala and Eve's room. Geya felt hesitant to knock because there was Eve there.

Thinking about Eve, Geya also felt envious Eve was filled with affection especially by the men who made her fall in love with Gulzar Adwitya.

Geya finally knocked on the door but there was no sound in the room. "Am I going in, no, no. Never mind Geya you are always presumptuous." Said Geya while pacing in front of the door.

In the end, Geya ventured. "Sister Eve, Tala Geya's brother came in." Then open that door.

When Geya entered and circled the entire room Geya did not see the existence of a single person even this room when she entered it was very dark.

And Geya did not hear the sound of water from inside the bathroom.

"Didn't Tala say he went to clean up?" Geya wondered.

"Where should Eve not she rest because she's sick again."

Geya walked closer to the bed even though she was nervous about being scolded by her cousin for entering her room.

Geya walked to the balcony of the room and opened it.

Geya felt stunned to see the scenery in front of her where there was a maze-shaped rose garden.

Just like Eve, Geya also recently had a maze-shaped rose garden.

Their voices are certainly not heard by Geya because Geya is on the 3rd floor and the two also speak slowly.

"It turns out Kaivan's assistant and Diego's secretary are handsome as well but very creepy." Geya is unaware of what Gulzar is like as they are Kaivan's assistant, Diego's secretary and Tala's.

Love blinds everything.

Then Geya immediately went back into the room and closed the balcony door.

For thirty minutes there both Tala and Eve, Geya did not find the couple.

Geya's eyes stared at the document above the drawer and pen above the document.

Geya was curious and walked over to see what documents were why they were placed carelessly.

When Geya was close and saw the contents of the document, Geya was very surprised that it was a divorce letter that had been signed by Eve.

Geya recalls that yesterday was Eve and Tala's two-year wedding day, which means they are completely divorced.

Geya closes her mouth in disbelief and checks the drawer underneath which turns out to be locked.

Geya runs into the dressing room and sees if Eve's clothes are still there or not it turns out all is still neat and it makes Geya breathe with relief.

"Why I'm this sweet shouldn't I be happy that they're getting a divorce." Geya said to herself.

"I had to find the key to the drawer so that the letter was unknown to just anyone." Said Geya who was worried.

"But, do your uncles and aunts know?" Ask Geya again.

"Had Geya it was Tala's business with Eve none of your business. They'll tell him later."

Geya continues to look for finally he got the key to the drawer that was in Eve's briefcase.

Geya opened it and saw that there were several daily journals there. "Is this Eve's."

Geya was curious and opened the first page of Geya who read it felt disbelief. Geya immediately returned the daily journal.

"You're really presumptuous that Geya's so privacy can't be." Geya said to herself.

Geya put the key in her pocket after locking the drawer.

Then Geya brought the divorce papers and thought about where to put them. "It could be bad if aunt knows." Said Geya who was worried.

Then Geya sees that there is one more door connected to the room and Geya opens it turns out that it is Tala's workspace.

Tala does not lock down her study after taking out a divorce letter that Diego's secretary gave her to give to Eve.

Geya placed the divorce papers on Tala's desk. "At least it's safe here." Geya Saying.

"Are they seriously divorced. What if aunt and uncle are sad." Geya Saying.

Geya walks out of the room and Geya sees Dhara's mother staring at her in confusion.

"Geya what are you doing why are you coming out of your brother and sister-in-law's room?" Ask Dhara's mother gently.

Geya becomes confused having to explain how at once nervous. "So, Geya was looking for Tala's sister and wanted to comfort her aunt but Geya did not find Tala's sister." Answer Geya.

Dhara's mother smiled "greatly thank you for being so attentive with your sister. Then auntie wants to ask for help to call sister Eve to come down for lunch or she wants to bring food to the room." Said Dhara's mother.

Geya felt confused to say it. "Why am I suddenly such a dazed person." Geya said in her mind.

"Actually Geya did not find Eve ekhm, meaning Eve's sister inside also aunty. There's nobody in the room." Geya said honestly.

Dhara's mother scrunched her forehead "maybe Eve was in Adya's room." Dhara's mother said as she looked at her first daughter-in-law's room sadly.

Geya who saw her aunt sadly fell silent. "Then let Geya tell her to Eve's sister aunt." Geya said and got a nod of the head and a smile on the face of the middle-aged woman who looked very beautiful.

Geya knocked on the door of Adya's room just like Eve and Tala. "Eve isn't Eve's sister asking if Eve wants to eat in the dining room or to be escorted to the room?" Geya asked nervously.

The open room door featuring Tala coming out made Geya confused. "Sir Tala it's lunch time. Can you call me Eve." Said Geya tensely as she looked towards Tala who had a flat face on her.

"He's not here." Tala said flatly and then walked forward to enter her room.

While Geya was speechless that Eve was not here where Eve was in Geya's mind.

Geya turned her body quickly. "Sir Eve wasn't in that room either."

Tala was silent and turned her head back to look at her cousin.

"Sorry, Geya also knocked on the door and went inside, but Geya found no one. Then Geya met with aunt when she was about to call sister Eve and Geya said the same thing that sister Eve was not there so Geya knocked on Adya's door because aunt thought that sister Eve it's inside." Geya said nervously.

Tala who heard it immediately opened the door of her room with Eve and checked with if Eve had actually left.

Geya who saw Tala speechless in front of the door walked over. "Has something happened, brother?" Geya asked worriedly. Geya is afraid that Eve is actually leaving the mansion.

"Did you go inside?" Tala asked who was walking closer to the direction where Eve was before she came out.

Geya became nervous hearing Tala's words. "I'm sorry for Geya who's been sassy." Said Geya lowered her head while her hand chose the tip of the shirt.

"Geya had known everything by accident long ago brother Tala and sister Eve argued over the hospital rooftoftoft. And the letter was in Tala's office. Geya didn't say anything to anyone." Geya said with eyes.

"Geya doesn't believe that you're really getting a divorce." Said Geya softly at the end of her sentence.

"If Sister Eve is not in Adya's room then where. Geya had already checked the entire room whether Sister Eve's belongings were still there but they were all sis. So, Tala don't worry, maybe Tala's brother is in another room right now." Geya continued to speak.

While Tala fell silent and sat on the bed with her thoughts.
