The semester break that Mas Darwin spent with Alya finally passed. Darwin returned to his usual routine. On the weekend he returned to Kayuagung. He always paid sincere attention to me, making my feelings even more chaotic I could not understand.

On the one hand I have to keep my distance and my heart so as not to get carried away with deeper feelings. I have to remember that I'm on my way to divorce with him. On the other hand I can't afford to lie to my conscience.

Days passed and I kept ignoring Darwin. My pregnancy is now in its third month. Lately I have been imagining chicken soup made by Mas Darwin. I really want to eat it.

'Is this what people call cravings?' my question is in my heart. But, I don't want to reveal it to Mas Darwin. I kept quiet, tried to dampen my desires and told no one.

Meanwhile, Mas Darwin was in the room with Alya. It's late at night. Alya had been asleep since then, but Mas Darwin had not been able to sleep. He tinkers with his phone. Then, Alya's mobile phone vibrated indicating a message coming in.

Darwin opened it and read, "Ok. I'll wait for you tomorrow at the regular diner, all lunch." The sender is Aldi.

"What does that mean?" murmured to Darwin. "Ordinary dining...."

Darwin looked at Alya who was lying next to him. 'What does that mean Alya often meets with Aldi?'

The next morning before leaving for work Mas Darwin deliberately invited Alya to have lunch with him today.

"Sorry, Honey. I can't. I have an appointment to meet with a client. Significant. There's no way I'm reschedule" Alya said. "What if we have dinner?"

Darwin nodded slowly. However, in his heart he grew increasingly suspicious of Alya. 'Something's not right, ' he said in his heart.

In the afternoon Mas Darwin thought, 'Ordinary restaurant....'

'In which restaurant does Alya usually meet Aldi?' think Mas Darwin. Then, he remembered the restaurant that Alya really liked. The restaurant serves Pindang rice Alya's favorite. Without a second thought, Darwin rushed there.

Sure enough, Alya's car is in her parking lot. 'Alya is here, ' Mas Darwin thought.

Darwin rushed to find Alya among the people who were busy eating his food. Then, Mas Darwin's eyes were fixed on a hut. There was Alya with Aldi.

Mas Darwin's emotions peaked instantly. He immediately went to the cottage and said, "So this is what you're doing behind my back?"

"Do what, honey?" Alya was confused by the behavior of Mas Darwin who suddenly came and was angry.

"Aging with another man. You cheated on me." Mas Darwin's voice was big enough to make many people look.

"You're wrong, honey. Don't just accuse!" alya. "I came here not alone, we were not just the two of us. I came with my assistant."

"Where's the evidence?" said Darwin, who was very angry.

"You see, Darwin! Our glasses are three, plates are three." Aldi said as he pointed at the table in front of him.

Then, suddenly Renata, whom Mas Darwin identified as Alya's assistant, appears before them. "Well, this is Renata just back from the toilet" Aldi said. "We're here three. Alya wasn't cheating."

"Geez!" Darwin snorted in annoyance. Although, not proven cheating he remains angry with Alya. He left the restaurant to the parking lot and drove his car.

Alya who immediately ran after Mas Darwin called out, "Honey! Honey!" However, Mas Darwin just left it in the parking lot.

Darwin returns home and Alya catches up with him. "Darling, listen to me first!" alya said as soon as she got home. "I'm not cheating. The meeting was purely business. Dr. Aldi needed a building design for his clinic. I'm an architect, this is my job. We're professional. You misunderstood."

"I don't like it when you see him again" said Mas Darwin. "You know that he was in love with you a long time ago. You're his first love."

"It's been a long time, honey. That's an old story. You also know I never loved her. She was just my upperclassman, we never had any relationship" Alya said. "He must have forgotten all that. Besides, he's married."

"And also divorced" said Mas Darwin immediately. "He must have divorced his wife because he could never love her. He's just love for you." Darwin is so emotional.

"I don't like it because you responded to it. You should have stayed away from him. Why should you take a job from him? You can reject it. You shouldn't be so close to him." Darwin is fiery.

Alya was silent, staring at Mas Darwin. Then, he said softly, "You shouldn't be close to Rania either. You give your time to him. Meanwhile, I'm not here to see Doctor Aldi just for work."

"Cancel your employment contract with him!" Darwin presses.

"can't. The project is 80% almost complete" Alya said. "I have to be professional."

"Well, if you prefer him" said Mas Darwin. "Please! Please!" Darwin then left home.

Someone opened the door from outside. I'm turning. "Mas Darwin!" I said a little surprised. It's still Thursday, not the weekend. But, he's already come home here.

He immediately threw his body into the bed. His phone rang, but he immediately deactivated his phone.

'What's up?' my thinking. 'He must be having a problem.' I didn't want to bother him and let him calm himself down.

Until dinner I saw Mas Darwin's face still tangled. She also seemed to be watching him. "Darwin, why did you suddenly come back here? Usually a new weekend home," said the mother.

Darwin suddenly put a spoon in his hand. I glanced at Mas Darwin's expression and said, "You have a problem?"

Darwin shook his head. "No, Ma. Just want to go home, not work mood. Need a little rest."

Mother nodded her head. "That means you have a problem" said the mother straightforwardly. "You don't want a story, it's okay. You're all grown up. Solve your problem!"

However, in his heart he was very curious and tried to guess what the real problems faced by Mas Darwin. 'You must be in Indralaya, that's why you came back here, ' thought mother. Without telling anyone I intend to find out.

The next day when the alarm went off I opened my eyes and was shocked to find that Mas Darwin was sleeping and hugging me from behind. I pushed her body that was somehow bare-chested.

Darwin flinched and woke up. I immediately said, "What are you doing, Mom?"

"Why don't you wear clothes?" I ask with emotion.

"I overheated, the lights went out last night" he said casually.

"Remember, Mom, we're getting a divorce. Don't touch me!" my firmness.

Then, unexpectedly in an instant Mas Darwin immediately embraced me. I spontaneously pushed his body and said, "Let go! Release!"

Darwin was getting closer to me. He whispered, "A little while! I need your arms, Rania."

"Let go!" I kept trying to push his body and Mas Darwin whispered calmly, "My feelings are being messed up. I want to calm my feelings."

I didn't understand what he said and kept saying, "Let go!"

"You're still my wife, Rania." Then, he let go of his embrace after finishing his speech. He smiled at me.

Meanwhile, I rushed down from the bed, stayed away from her, and said, "I'm not Alya. Don't you ever touch me again!" Then, I rushed out of the room, leaving her alone.

'Mas Darwin has really gone crazy, ' I thought. 'I have to keep my distance and be careful of him.'
