He called someone who knew more about medicine than he did.

"Hello, Mum! Bagas high fever. Now he's shivering and delirious. I'm afraid she's okay" Sarah said.

"You calm down, Dad. Don't freak. Take a deep breath and throw it away" exclaimed Fadil, the person opposite the phone line.

Sarah tried to follow the doctor's directions.

"How many degrees?" ask Fadil.

"So I measured forty, Mas" answered Sarah.

"Have you taken paracetamol?" ask Fadil again.

"Had just now. I gave you a compress too" replied Sarah.

"Now still shivering?" ask Fadil.

"Still, even his teeth sound cluttered," said Sarah.

"Can you still drive the car?" ask Fadil.

"Can .. can, Mas," Sarah said.

"You're taking Bagas to the hospital now. We'll meet you there. Take Bela," cried Fadil.

"But he just ate, Mom. Not done yet" Sarah said.

"Let Bela eat with me. What matters now, take Bagas to the doctor. Hurry along!" exciting Fadil.

He then asked Bela to get ready to go to the hospital with herself and Bagas.

Fadil could have gone to Sarah's house, and checked Bagas' condition. However, the distance between her house and Sarah's house is farther than Sarah's house to the hospital. So, Fadil advised the woman to go to the hospital, so that Bagas immediately get medical treatment.

Along the way, Bagas continued to be delirious. Bela who sat in front, looked back repeatedly and noticed Bagas who looked so in pain.

"Mom, pity Bagas" said the little girl.

"So pray well, so Bagas is not okay. We're going to the hospital now "said Sarah.

The woman tried to calm the little girl, who was sitting next to her to stay calm. Although in her heart, Sarah was very worried about her son's condition, but Sarah must be able to control herself.

Arriving at the hospital, Sarah immediately parked her car in front of the ER door. Some nurses pushed the cage near the car door.

"Please, in the back," cried Sarah who immediately got out of the car and directed the nurse who came to him.

"High heat and delirious continue," said Sarah.

"It's almost a seizure. Quickly take it to the ER," said the nurse who moved Bagas to the top of the cage.

They all walked quickly while pushing the patient's bed, heading to the emergency department. Sarah carried Bela, and took the little girl along to the ER.

They waited in front of the room, and waited for the medical team to give treatment to Bagas.

About a quarter of an hour, Fadil came and saw two women he knew very well, sitting in front of the room with the big door.

"Sar, Which bagas? Bagas still inside?" asked Fadil who looked breathless as he ran from the parking lot towards that place.

"Yes, Mas. He's still inside" Sarah said.

The worried face was clearly visible from the woman.

Fadil saw his daughter sleeping on Sarah's lap. The man crouched down and pulled up Bela's short hair, which covered part of her face.

"Pity him, Mas. Just ate a little bit earlier," said Sarah.

"No papa. Later if he wakes up, I can invite him to eat whatever he wants," said Fadil while rubbing his daughter's cheek gently.

Fadil then sat down beside Bela. She intends to swap places with Sarah, so that her daughter can sleep on her lap.

But, Sarah refused out of pity with Bela who had just fallen asleep.

"Actually, what happened that night, Sar? Bela said, that lately, Bagas has always been moody. He also became quiet" asked Fadil.

There was a deep breath, and it was exhaled instantly at that very instant.

"We had a fight, and Bagaa heard our quarrel" Sarah said.

"Arrangled? Aren't you guys involved okay? Why did it happen like that?" ask Fadil curious.

Sarah also tells the true events, where it all began when the older brother, Tino, came and saw Miko's whereabouts in his house.

Tino was getting angry, when he saw the closeness between Miko and Bagas, until the bad-tempered man, dismantled everything in front of Miko, although not directly.

"Finally, I opened everything in front of Miko. But he was angry, and we snapped at each other. I didn't know Bagas was listening to all our emotional talk. I was stupid for choosing that place. I should've taken Miko somewhere else" Sarah said.

The woman rubbed her face rough, revealing the hair that covered part of her forehead.

Fadil. He understood now, why Bagas could arrive like that.

"Bagas must have been depressed by everything he heard, Sar. Children should not hear or witness such things. It can affect his personality," said Fadil.

"Huh .. everything has happened. Now, as much as I have to compromise with Miko, to take care of her together" Sarah said.

Fadil smiled bitterly at the words of the woman beside him. Her heart was hot and aching, but she could not force anything on Sarah.

Sarah realized Fadil's expression looked a little grim. He also realized that his words might hurt the man.

He felt that Sarah was only showing her sympathy, because feeling bad had accidentally made him hurt.

Sarah remained silent. His eyes looked at the black bead of the doctor fixedly. There were disappointed murats there, and Sarah could only regret her words.

A moment later, the doctor who was handling Bagas, came out of the ER room. He walked up to the two adults with a small child who seemed to be asleep.

"He had typhoid fever, or what is commonly known as typhoid. This disease is usually caused by bacteria that contaminate the food and drink consumed by the patient" explained the doctor.

"Have you been with him at school?" ask the doctor.

Sarah wails. He was silent and just shook his head slowly.

"in that case, you can't be sure whether your son is eating right or not" the doctor continued.

"So, what's next, Doc?" tanya Fadil took over.

the man knew very well that right now, Sarah was blaming herself for what was happening to her son.

"Patients must undergo hospitalization, at least until the fever drops and the number of bacteria in the body rises to normal limits" the doctor exclaimed.

"Alright, Doc. Do your best for him" said fmFadil.

"alright. Excuse me, then" said the doctor.

"Imacute, Doc," said Fadil.

As soon as the doctor, Fadil turned to Sarah. The woman still silently looked down.

"Sar, I'll stay a while. There is an administration that must be taken care of, so that Bagas can move to the nursery tonight," said Fadil.

Sarah just nodded slowly.

The man passed by and left Sarah and her daughter.
