Two Enough Kids (END)

Two weeks have passed, Jeslyn was discharged from the hospital a week ago. Dave brought his wife and son to live temporarily in his parents' mansion. Dave deliberately asked his wife to stay temporarily in his parents' mansion so that someone would supervise and take care of his child and wife.

"Honey, where's Levin?" Dave, who had just returned home from work, walked over to his wife who had just come out of the bathroom when she walked into his room.

"Maybe in the next room. Mama took it with me when I took a shower." Jeslyn approached her husband and helped him remove his shirt.

The next room was a guest room that was transformed into a room for Levin. Her mother-in-law immediately rearranged the room into a nursery when she found out that her son wanted to stay temporarily in his mansion.

Jeslyn slowly unbuttoned her husband's shirt. "Is Levin fussy today?" dave asked, looking down at his wife who was focusing on unbuttoning her shirt.

Jeslyn shook her head slowly. "No. He sleeps a lot more than he did yesterday" Jeslyn said. "Hopefully tonight, he's not staying up late."

Dave wrapped his hands around his wife's waist after Jeslyn managed to take off his shirt. "If you're tired, I'll take care of him tonight" Dave suggested.

"Don't Dave, you were up last night let alone having to work the next morning. Let me take care of him if he wakes up tonight."

Sometimes Jeslyn feels sorry for her husband, since the birth of Levin, Dave often does not sleep at night. Dave often stays up to take care of his son. He could not bear to see Jeslyn who looked tired and sleepy because often Levin was built at night and did not sleep until the rice paddy.

Usually if Levin cries from peeing and pubs, Dave will clean it up or if Levin is thirsty and Jeslyn does not wake up in the middle of the night, he will give Jeslyn breast milk stock stored in the refrigerator, but Jeslyn usually wakes up when she hears her child crying, unless she is very tired.

Jeslyn will breastfeed her son for a while and Dave will be on duty to put her child to sleep. Dave often wakes up until 5am if Levin doesn't want to sleep again after he's washed up at midnight.

They accidentally don't hire a babysitter to look after their child because Jeslyn and Dave don't want their child to be closer to anyone else than they are to themselves. Dave and Jeslyn are really taking care of their own child.

That's why Levin was so close to both his parents. Even Levin was very close to Dave. Actually Levin is not a fussy kid but if Levin cries, only Jeslyn and Dave can silence him.

Dave tidied his wife's hair. "It's okay, baby. It's not worth your sacrifice of giving birth to our child. You've struggled so hard to conceive and give birth to Levin, as of late, it's my job to help you take care of him and take care of him."

Dave is just trying to ease the burden on his wife who has been struggling to give birth to his child. Seeing him risk his life to give birth to his successor, made Dave feel guilty for not being able to do anything when he saw Jeslyn in pain during labor.

Jeslyn smiled. "That's been my nature as a woman, Dave. I'm glad I gave birth to your son."

"Thank you dear." Dave peed his wife's nose short.

Jeslyn nodded. "Hand, it will soon be dark." Jeslyn intends to let go of her husband's arms but is still being held captive by Dave.

"What if we take a shower together?" ask Dave with a naughty smile.

"I've had a shower, Dave."

"Come on, baby" persuaded Dave to force.

"Mom's gonna be here to deliver Levin, Dave." 

Dave's face was instantly listless. "Sorry Dave. I'm afraid Levin will cry later" Jeslyn said with a guilty face.

Dave rested his head on his wife's shoulder. "How much longer do I have to wait until your puerperium is over?"

"Still Dave, still 4 weeks away" Jeslyn said with a smile.

Dave lifted his head then looked at his wife with a disappointed face. "Why so long? Can't it be accelerated?" asked Dave with a lethargic face.

Jeslyn smiled at her husband . "Can't Dave." Jeslyn kissed her husband's lips briefly. "For now, that's all I can do for you" Jeslyn said after she removed her face from Dave.

"That's not enough, dear." Dave grabbed the nape of his wife and hooked their lips together. Voraciously, Dave wiped his wife's lips clean.

"Tok.Tok." Dave immediately released his lip link after hearing the knocking sound of his bedroom door.

"It looks like it's mom" Jeslyn said. "I'll open the door first." Jeslyn let go of her husband's embrace before stepping towards the door.

"Yeah, then I take a shower first."

Jeslyn nodded then walked open the door, along with Dave who walked into the bathroom.

"Jes, Levin was crying. It seems like she's thirsty" her mother-in-law said as Jeslyn opened the door.

Levin's cry was heard clearly when the door of the room was already opened. "Yeah Ma. I'll sue*suya first. Thank you, Ma."

Her mother-in-law nodded. "Then my mom goes to the room first. Just call me if you need my mama's help" her mother-in-law Jeslyn said before she left her daughter-in-law's room.

"Good Ma." Jeslyn closed the door after the departure of her mother-in-law.

Jeslyn walked over to the baby box and put her son in the baby box for a while. "Mommy's son is thirsty?" Jeslyn grabbed her child and sat down to breastfeed her child when she saw her son sucking his thumb.

Jeslyn just smiled watching her son suckle voraciously. "Slow baby. You can choke later," said Jeslyn, who looked greedily to voraciously vapourize her ASI.

Dave walked over to Jeslyn when he was done bathing and getting dressed. "He's asleep?" dave asked as he sat on the edge of the bed next to his wife.

Jeslyn nodded. "He just fell asleep." Dave looked down and kissed his son's cheek. "I haven't played with him today."

When Dave was about to leave for the office, Levin hadn't woken up from his sleep so Dave couldn't get his son to play with him. Usually Dave will take his son to play first before leaving for the office if his son does not fall asleep.

"Tomorrow Dave. You must be tired too. You better rest straight after dinner." Jeslyn put the baby in the middle of the bed after seeing Levin had slept well.

Dave approached his son and stuck out his arms to touch his son's puffer cheek. "Darling, wakeup. Papa's home."

"Dave, he'll wake up" Jeslyn said when she saw Dave kissing his son's cheek repeatedly.

"Let it be, baby, I miss him so much. I'll put her to bed again if she wakes up."

Dave's been busy with office work all day. Usually he will call Vidio up to several times while in the office. Today his agenda was full so he could only make a one-time vidio call. Not seeing his son for a few hours has made Dave want to go home quickly.

Jeslyn simply let her husband look still trying to wake their child. "You rest, baby. I'll wake you up if he's thirsty" Dave said as he looked at his wife's tired face.

"alright. I'll take a break." Jeslyn began to lay her body next to her son.

Midnight. Levin woke up and cried loudly. Jeslyn looks to be asleep. Dave checked his son's pants that were feeling dry. Dave thinks his son is crying because he pees.

"Darling, like Levin's thirsty." Dave finally builds his wife when Levin doesn't stop fighting.

Jeslyn began to open her eyes as Dave patted her cheek gently. He rubbed his eyes after that stuck out his hand. "Give it to me."

Dave laid carefully in his wife's hands. "I'm sorry I woke you up" Dave said after seeing Jeslyn breastfeeding her.

"It's okay Dave" said Jeslyn, rubbing his son's head.

Dave kept watching his suckling son. "Let me put him to bed after he's full" Dave said.

"But you have to work tomorrow, Dave."

"It's okay, baby. I'm used to staying up late. It's on me." Dave poked his hand to reach his son who was still in his wife's arms after Levin was full.

Jelyn seemed to have doubts. He could not bear to give his son to Dave for fear that Dave would be exhausted.

"Here baby, we'll change if I'm tired" Dave said again when he saw doubts on his wife's face. "You take a break first."

"alright. Wake me up if you're tired."

Dave nodded and grabbed his son. "Sleep, baby."

"Yes." Yeah." Jeslyn began to lay down her body. While Dave got out of bed and walked while holding his son so that his son quickly fell asleep.

Dave was getting tired. By 4 a.m., Levin had not fallen asleep. Dave had already done various ways to put his son to sleep but to no avail. Dave finally put his son in the baby box while patting and singing a song for his son.

"Dave, she hasn't slept since 2?" jeslyn asked when she saw her husband awake.

Dave looked at his wife. "Yeah baby. He even asked me to joke. His eyes weren't sleepy at all" Dave said.

Jeslyn then wakes up from sleep and approaches her son's box. "Let me put her to bed. You sleep Dave." Jeslyn could not bear to see the face of her husband who looked sleepy.

"alright. Sorry to bother you, dear." Dave kissed his son's head and went up to the bed.

"Darling, I'm off to work first." Dave kissed his wife's forehead as she was about to leave for work.

"Yes, be careful." Dave leaned closer to Levin. "Darling, papa go first?" Dave kissed his son's cheek with a cringe. "Yes papa, come home soon?" Jeslyn replied in the tone of a child.

"Yeah baby. Later in the day I'll call if I'm free."

Jeslyn nodded. "Yes." Yeah."

In the afternoon, Dave came home early. He can't work with focus because he's sleepy. He only slept for one and then left for the office, besides that he also missed his son. He decides to leave his job to Mark before he gets home.

"Honey," Dave approached Jeslyn who was breastfeeding their son.

"Why are you home?" jeslyn asked as she looked at her new husband just opened the door.

"I miss Levin." Dave walked over to his wife and son.

"Didn't you make that vidio call 3 times?" asked Jeslyn with a shrunken forehead.

"Yeah, but I still miss him, baby." Dave peed his son's cheek many times. "I'll wash my hands first." Dave walked to the bath to lock his face. When he finished he walked over to his wife again.

"Down sweetie." Dave looks anxious to see his son sue*su voraciously.

"Lately he's been getting stronger su*su, Dave," Jeslyn said.

"Don't spend it alone, baby. It's papa's." Dave stuck out his hand to keep his son's mouth away from his wife's chest. He purposely annoys Levin to see his son's reaction. The sound of Levin's blaring cry as Dave interrupted him.

"Dave, let him sue*su." Dave sometimes bothers his son if Jeslyn is breastfeeding his child.

"When he was born, you started ignoring me, baby. He hogs you." Dave pretended to sulk at his wife. "Your love is divided, baby. You love her more than I do."

"Dave, Levin was a kid and needed more attention than me" Jeslyn said.

"But I want to be noticed, too, dear." Dave doesn't seem to want to lose to his son.

"Dave, he's your son, not someone else. How can you envy her."

"Yes, but you should have noticed me too."

"Just had one child, you were jealous of your son. How about we have four kids. Are you gonna let me ignore them if we have a lot of kids?"

"I think I changed my mind, baby. We'd better have two kids."

Dave could not imagine if he had many children. Maybe because he was an only child so used to get the full attention of both parents, especially when married to Jeslyn, they were old enough they just had children so he was used to getting attention from his wife.

Jeslyn. "Don't you say you want to have a lot of kids to make our house crowded." Jeslyn was trying to remind her husband of his desire to have four children.

"Not so dear. I think two kids is enough. I don't want you to get tired of taking care of our kids later" Dave said.

Jeslyn knew that it was just her husband's excuse. Jeslyn confesses that since Levin's presence in their small family, Jeslyn's attention turns to their son. Jeslyn could no longer give her husband her undivided attention.

"Well, if that's what you want."
