Mini Bu Debt

The Part 67

Tonight the family of Wahyu gathered in the family room, their activities after dinner spent time watching television while talking.

" Mah, pah, this morning we paid for Millah's grandmother's car and now it's ours." Novia started a conversation and talked about cars.

" Thank God, we are happy to hear it and mom and dad hope you can make the best use of it" Ratih and Wahyu said with a faint smile.

" Yes, now Irwan can focus on taking care of the car and can save from his income" replied Novia.

Novia deliberately kept the actual circumstances of the car in half because her mother-in-law had not paid off her debt arrears.

They end the conversation and then go into their respective rooms, Novia lay her body beside her children unwind until finally fell asleep.

In the morning, Irwan and his wife returned to normal activities, Novia left for school and Irwan worked to find passengers according to his profession as a driver.

Before continuing the journey, Irwan stopped by his mother's house, when he arrived home he found his mother dressed neatly differently than usual. Irwan's forehead wrinkled in wonder at the appearance of his mother.

" Where is this morning going to be neat?" ask Irwan.

" Wan, please take Mama to this address." Mrs Ratih handed her a piece of paper with the address of her mother's destination.

Irwan took the paper from his mother's hand, he read it at a glance and put it in his pants pocket.

Irwan took his mother, "let me take you now." Then he stepped out towards the car followed by Bu Mini walking behind him.

They get into the car, Mini Mom sits next to Irwan who is driving the car. During the trip the two were just silent, Irwan focused on the wheel while Bu Mini was engrossed in his own thoughts.

"Well, we're almost there until I wait in the parking lot" Irwan said.

"You should go with your mama" said Bu Mini.

"Yes, I've been with my mom in." Irwanpun directs his car to the parking area of the building and stops then they get off.

Irwan followed his mother's steps into the building, at their doorstep greeted a guard who greeted, "can I help you ?" Bu Mini mentioned the name of the person they were going to meet.

"Please go in, ma'am, people are in the room" he pointed to one of the rooms.

"Thank you, we'll excuse us" said Bu Mini then passed away with Irwan who continued to faithfully follow his mother from behind.

Arriving at the door Bu Mini stopped and turned to Irwan behind him, Irwan nodded then Bu Mini knocked on the door of the room.

"Yes, come in!" tell someone from within.

Irwan opened the door, appearing to be a man sitting behind a table that raised his head. The man smiled as he saw the Mini Bu standing at the door.

"Oh, please come in ma'am."

Ms. Mini and Irwan walked in and stood facing the table, "please sit down" the man said. Irwan pulled out a chair for his mother and then sat down in an empty chair next to his mother.

"Good morning ma'am, how can I help you?" ask the man to start their conversation.

"Good morning too, I'm here to pay my arrears and pay off the rest of my debt" Ms. Mini replied.

"Oh, yes, wait a minute ma'am I will count it first may I ask for his identity card ma'am?"

Bu Mini reached into his bag, then took the card from inside the wallet and handed it over, the man took the card that was handed over by Bu Mini then he calculated the total amount of Bu Mini's debt.

"The total of all arrears and the rest paid off Rp. 13,000,000.00,- ma'am," he said. Bu Mini's eyes widened shocked to hear the amount of debt he had to pay off.

"Mother has been waiting for seven months, and it has been counted with flowers and repayments." The man explained back to the Mini and showed evidence of a computer screen in front of him.

Irwan patted his mother's hand gently, "already mah, the money that you bring is more than that should be paid off."

"But did mama also have other needs Wan, if the number is that much where enough for mama?" whispered.

"Well, the rest of your money is still Novia save you can use it later for other needs," replied Irwan while whispering.

Bu Ratih took the money out of his bag and calculated then handed the money to the man in front of him according to the amount of repayment.

"I will pay off the debt" said Ms. Mini.

"Alright, we'll take care of his administration I'll wait here for a minute." The man got out of his chair and went out with the money to meet other employees for help.

How many minutes later, the man re-entered with a sheet of paper containing evidence of the record of repayment of Bu Mini's debt.

"Please sign here" she asked the Mini.

After signing the paper, Ms. Mini handed the paper back to the man in front of her.

"Alright, the mother's debt has been paid off thanks for her cooperation" the man said with a smile.

Ms. Mini smiled back, "Yes, you're welcome, sir, then we'll excuse you."

Ms. Mini and Irwan got up, greeted the man and walked out to the parking area. The two got into the car leaving the building and returned home.

Along the way home, Bu Mini continued to smile because one problem had been resolved and just waited for the rest of the money from her daughter-in-law.

Seeing his mother show a smile, Irwan's heart was happy there was pride tucked in his heart because it could make his mother smile again.

Arriving home, Irwan stopped his car. Before descending Bu Mini turned to Irwan, "you don't want to go down first?

"No mah, I want to go straight there is still time how many hours to work" he replied

"Yes, be careful."

"Later tonight we will come to pay off the rest of the money" said Irwan before his mother walked in. Bu Mini just nodded then turned around leaving Irwan.

Irwan looked at the back of his mother who walked until she disappeared behind the door, then he turned on the car engine and drove the car away from his mother's house.

In the afternoon, Irwan returned home because of his plan he would take his wife to his mother's house to hand over the remaining car payment money.

Seeing her husband's car coming in, Novia stood up and greeted her husband. Irwan went down to his wife.

"Vi, we're going to your house for a little while" she said as she walked in and Novia followed her husband's steps.

They went into the room, Irwan took off the t-shirt attached to his body and put it in a basket of dirty clothes.

"Are you paying off the arrears in the Rising?" ask Novia.

"Yes, this morning I drove between mama and already paid off the debt there," said Irwan as he climbed onto the bed lying next to the Emir who was asleep.

"Where are Diba and Millah invisible?" irwan asked when he realized his two daughters were not in the room.

"After the same mom and dad, soon to be in here," replied Novia.

They talked a lot of things, maybe because of tired finally Irwan fell asleep. Realizing that her husband is asleep, Novia decides to take a bath.
