The Part 90

Arriving at the hospital, Mr. Ratih conducted a thorough examination of heart records and blood sampling even handled directly by a Specialist.

Novia's heart was pounding waiting for the result, Irwan glanced at his wife who was standing up while playing his finger.

"Sit Vi, if you are restless, the children are also restless" Irwan said

Novia turned around and walked closer to where her husband and three children were sitting, then she sat down to follow her husband's words.

Ten minutes later, a doctor came out. Novia rushed to him

Novia nodded in understanding.

The doctor turned around and re-entered the room, while Novia stepped into her original place in the waiting room chair with her son and husband.

While the couple were chatting, two nurses came out pushing Ms. Ratih in a wheelchair.

Novia half-runningly welcomes her mother, following Irwan and her three children behind.

While walking beside the wheelchair, Novia asked the nurse who was dropping off her mother.

"The room is on my request, right?"

Novia deliberately booked a VIP room for her family to visit and her mother to feel comfortable.

Mrs Ratih was already in her room, lying on the bed. Novia asks Irwan to take the bag that is still left in the car.

The room in Bu Ratih is quite spacious, there is a mattress for guards and also a sofa for visitors.

Novia checked the condition of the room, starting the bathroom, refrigerator, television, and mini wardrobe next to her mother's bed.

"Pretty good, the facilities are also adequate," Novia murmured

Before long Irwan appeared carrying a bag of clothes and also a bag belonging to Novia, Novia grabbed her bag from Irwan's hand and then put it in the wardrobe.

Fortunately they also carry carpets, so children can sit comfortably while watching television.

Novia approached her husband on the sofa, she offered him a bottle of mineral water. Irwan took the bottle from his wife's hand then gulped down half the water in the bottle.

"It's night, the kids haven't eaten." Novia glanced at the watch in her hand.

"You guys wait here, I'm out for a while to buy food," said Irwan immediately moved from his seat.

"Oh, yeah, what did you eat?"

"There's been a ration from the hospital" Novia said

An hour later, Irwan showed up carrying five packs of food.

When they eat, Novia tells Irwan that tonight they can sleep in the hospital because her mother's room is enough for the five of them.

"Wan, tonight you sleep here, tomorrow morning you go home because Millah has to go to school" Novia said.

"Can we sleep here? later reprimanded by the hospital because there are children," Irwan replied.

"Only tonight, I will ask permission from the picket officer tonight" Novia replied

"Hmm, fine, as long as you can handle it." Irwan spoke to Novia while chewing her food.

After eating, Novia cleaned up all the food waste and went out to the room to see the nurse to ask her child and her husband to stay in her mother's room.

"Excuse me, may I speak?" sofia Novia

"Well, can we help you?" sahut nurse.

"I want to ask permission sus, can my son and husband tonight stay in my mother's room?"

"Sorry ma'am, the rules here don't allow young children to stay overnight." The nurse refused Novia's request.

Novia was silent for a moment, looking for a way to persuade the nurse so that the child and her husband could stay in her mother's room.

"Sus, our home is far from here, now it's late at night. Only tonight I promise," Novia persuaded with a clear face.

"All right, ma'am, but I ask you tomorrow morning before the doctor comes they have to go home and try to keep the room in sterile condition."

"Yess, Alhamdulillah." Novia cheered inwardly as her request was granted.

"Thank you sus, I promised before the doctor came they had left the room" replied Novia.

The woman rushed back to her mother's room, telling her husband that her request was fulfilled.

"Why smile for yourself?" irwan asked when he saw his wife enter with a smile.

"My request was granted, the nurse gave you permission to stay here tonight."

"But tomorrow morning, you have to go home" replied Novia.

"Hmm, thank goodness. I can rest a little." Tonight." Irwan laid his body on the carpet.

Both of Novia's children had fallen asleep in bed, while Camillah had fallen asleep beside Irwan.

Novia got up close to her mother's bed, checking the infusion to make sure it would last until morning.

Tonight Bu Ratih fell asleep, the effect of sedatives mixed on the infusion fluid makes Bu Ratih can sleep peacefully not agitated like the previous nights.

Novia was lying on the carpet again, she looked up and remembered her siblings.

"Oh, my gosh, I haven't told Riska and Randi's sister, tomorrow I'll have Irwan come by their house."

Being too busy, Novia forgets her siblings and informs them that their mother is in the hospital.
