Resuming Life

Part 92's

For a week Mrs Ratih was treated, her health has recovered and received permission from the doctor to go home.

Novia accompanied her mother while waiting for her husband to come to pick her up, all the items and clothes to be taken home were neatly arranged.

Irwan had already appeared and stood at the door, Bu Ratih's lips twinkling a smile welcoming his daughter-in-law.

"Are you ready?" asked Irwan while walking in.

"Yes, please pick up the bag, I'll borrow a wheelchair for my mom" Novia said

After getting a wheelchair, Novia leads her mother up on a wheelchair and pushes her out into the parking lot.

Arriving at the parking lot, Novia helps her mother get into the car and then returns her borrowed wheelchair while Irwan inserts her bag and other items.

Novia returned to the parking lot and got in the car and sat down next to her mother, as did Irwan, who boarded and sat behind his wheel.

Irwan starts the engine, the car moves to break the road to the house of the family of Bu Ratih.

Throughout the journey Bu Ratih was silent however, the smile never faded from his lips revealed the joy of his heart.

The car almost arrived, when he saw the fence of his house, the smile of Mr. Ratih grew more and more. But a second later the smile just disappeared as the car entered the garage.

Madam Ratih was stunned, the shadow of her husband who welcomed her arrival vanished when she realized the real reality if her husband had died.

"Well, we've arrived" said Novia to pay her mother's daydreams.

"Ah, yes, help mama down," pinta Bi Ratih.

Novia helps her mother down and then breaks her into the house, while inside the house Bu Ratih's eyes look for something.

"Where are your grandchildren, why not welcome?" ask Mrs Ratih.

Novia turned to her husband behind, sure enough Novia was also looking for the whereabouts of her three children.

"Where are the kids?"

"I left it at my mother's house" replied Irwan.

"Pick up now" said Novia.

"Just rest Vi, the new afternoon I pick them up" Irwan replied

"They are safe there" Irwan said again to reassure his wife.

Novia was upset, because as long as her mother was in the hospital never even though her Mother-in-law came to see this made her respect even more lost on her in-laws.

Irwan certainly also realized, but he could not do anything about his mother's attitude as if too underestimating others even to his own iron.

"Now Wan, Mama wants to see them." Novia told her husband to pick up her three children.

Irwan resigned and obeyed his wife's request, picked up Camillah and her sister when only two hours ago he entrusted to his mother.

Thirty minutes later, Irwan arrives with his three children. Camillah immediately ran in to see her mother and grandmother in the aftercare of her two younger brothers Adiba and Emir.

Bi Ratih was so enthusiastic about welcoming his grandchildren, a week without meeting made him miss them very much.

"O Allah, this dear grandson here hugs," said Mrs Ratih as she spread her arms.

The three children poured into the arms of Bu Ratih, Novia moved to watch her mother and child embrace like people who have not met for years.

"Is it healed?" Camillah broke free from her grandmother's embrace.

"Yes, this is healed so Ina has been allowed to go home. It misses you guys."

Bu Ratih pulled back the body of Camillah, Novia's eldest son was indeed a favorite of his grandmother because he accompanied Bu Ratih to sleep all this time.

"Vi, let Camillah accompany you to sleep here," said Mrs Ratih as Novia walked into her mother's room.

"Why mah? I just want to accompany my mom" said Novia

"You have a family, there is no way you can sleep apart from your husband."

"But mah ..." Novia's sentence was interrupted because Mrs Ratih immediately cut it off.

"Don't argue son, this is all for your good there's a Camillah who's with you."

Novia finally said, Bu Ratih did not want to serve Novia will reduce Novia's interaction with her husband and children

Their lives returned as usual, although without the figure of Pak Wahyu Bu Ratih still have to continue living in the company of his children and grandchildren

Novia still carries out her duties and work at school, although every ten o'clock in the morning she must go home first to prepare food for her mother after that back to school.

"Vi, aren't you tired every day like this?" said Mrs Ratih as Novia took food for her.

"No mah, it is my duty to take care of and care for my mother" said Novia.

"Mommy's worried about interrupting your work, every hour of rest you have to come home here."

"Not at all mah, I have spoken with Mr. Rizal and he allows," said Novia

"You just don't want any jealousy from your coworkers, usually people who don't like us will take advantage of this situation."

Bu Ratih reminded Novia, it has become commonplace in the work environment there are always those who do not like us.

"Where are Diba and Emir?" ask Bu Ratih

"Still at school, I left it to my son to accompany them and there was Camillah."

"They'll be going to school soon, you'll be busy."

"Yes, mah, but there will be Irwan who will help us will share the task."

Novia had been thinking carefully about her plan regarding Emir and Adiba, Irwan who would take them to school and Novia who was picking them up.

Finished taking care of her mother, Novia returns to school because the break is over and she has to get back to work.

The family passed their days quietly, as much as possible Novia took care of the health of her mother although sometimes she herself also felt exhausted.

Afternoon

Novia took the time to chat with her husband, discussing her mother's health issues as well as the preparation of Diba and Emir to go to school.

"Wan, in two months Diba and Emir want a list of schools" Novia said.

"Oh, yeah, hehe it's funny that they wear uniforms." Irwan chuckles at the sighting of his two children while wearing school uniforms.

"Yes, but I'm asking you for help, we share a task every day."

"What duty?"

"You drive them every morning, I come home."

Novia asked for approval from her husband, recalling their conversation the other day and having to make sure again.

"Yes, before leaving for work I will take them both, if I clap I can not Vi," said Irwan

"Yes already, now go take a bath, it's almost this maghrib." Novia ended their conversation and went into the house.

Irwan walked after his wife, cleaning himself while waiting for the adzan maghrib.
