In a bunk house there was a noise between 00:00-00:30 from room number 25. The next morning, when one of the neighbors who lived next door (room number 26) investigated, he found the body of Riri the occupant of room 25, then he called the police.
Hearing the report, the police came to TKP with a detective to investigate. The apartment consists of five floors and each floor has 10 rooms. After an hour of investigating, police found a paper with writing on it that the victim had left behind.
Police also interrogated other residents ranging from the occupants of room number 21-number 30, following his testimony.
"I don't know about the noise. I work as a security guard and have night hours." said Fio, occupant of room number 21.
"I didn't really hear it because I was watching a football game" Regi told room number 22.
"I'm not familiar with him or the other residents, so I don't care about the noise last night" said Yogi the occupant of room number 23.
"I had a date with him, but he had an affair so we broke up and haven't spoken since" Reno told room 24.
"I woke up from a commotion last night. This morning when I investigated the origin of the commotion, I found Riri who was lifeless." said Ririka the occupant of room number 26.
"I work at a 24-hour cafe and have night hours, so I don't know about the commotion" said Ammar, occupant of room 27.
"I work as a babysitter from 21:00-06:00, so I don't know about the noise" said Ade, occupant of room number 28.

Reason:
On the paper there are six numbers, which are 0.1-0.6. Riri is the teacher of chemistry and in chemistry 6 is usually called hexa(from Greek) and the numeral berkoma(0.1-0.6) is decimal. When combined, it forms a hexadecimal word which is a computer number writing format.
The number 101011011110 is a computer number writing format, which is binary. If the number is converted to hexadecimal, it will be formed said Ade(the killer)
Riri is a programmer, so in order for the clue not to be known to Ade, then he writes it into computer number format.
