The Place de La Concorde

Today I was waiting for Abiel in front of the apartment I was staying in. I don't know how long I've been standing here, Abiel hasn't come, I don't know what he's doing.

We set off on purpose this afternoon. Abiel Place de La Concorde is more beautiful when seen at night, I don't know for sure. It is difficult to find in some sources, indeed some people say the place is beautiful when seen at night, some say it will be more beautiful when seen during the day.

So by using a communication tool we decided to go twice, this afternoon and tomorrow morning. Indeed, if you want to get maximum results there must be sacrifice, tomorrow I will go there again.

I put my hand in my coat pocket, the weather is not too cold, but either way for later tonight, maybe the temperature will decrease again.

I looked back and forth, there was no sign of Abiel showing her nose. I snorted, several times I glanced towards the watch that was coiled around my wrist, waiting was indeed a rather irritating thing.

"Zulfaaa!" Shouted someone out of nowhere.

I can confirm that it belongs to Abiel, my eyes are looking for the source of the sound, on my left it looks like Abiel is walking half-run towards me. But he's not alone. That's what made my expression that was originally smiling widely changed.

Reynard. The man really meant what he said. I don't know why every time I was around Ki's body froze, feeling so stiff. I don't know what's awkward, I don't know.

"Hi Zulfa!" Greet Reynard to me. I tried to smile in response to his greeting.

Before long the three of us left immediately, from here to the Place de La Concorde only took about 15 minutes. In order not to get tired while there, the three of us decided to take a taxi, Abiel and I sat in the back seat and Reynard in the front seat beside the driver.

I was so quick to forget what happened to me just now, about the strange feeling that suddenly perched in my heart without being invited. This time I want to focus on my goal of coming to this country.

Actually this morning I managed to contact Abah and Ummi. Hearing their voices somehow felt like my heart was slashed by a dagger, probably because it was far away from them and missed them so much.

Just as before, Abah and Ummi's message remained the same. However, it has a thousand meanings, I will always hold and I make a benchmark of their advice. I am in the land of people also because of the ridho of them.

However, I've been here for days but I don't know yet what I'm going to bring for them from here. What kind of things do I deserve to give them? Don't buy, just think about it this time. I was so busy with my business that I forgot that on the other side there was a pair of angels waiting for me.

Duh, man,.. Abah Ummi sorryin Zulfa.

We got to where we were headed. We walked closer to the monument. Ever since I got out of the cab, I've been clutching my camera tightly, preparing to make the best possible angle.

My feet are right in front of this monument. My eyes were looking up, so high that I had to raise my head, I smiled faintly.

"Come on!" Tell Abiel to walk first.

But Reynard and I are still in position. I saw Abiel walking away from us fiddling with his camera. A moment later, as Reynard and I were seeing each other, he smiled at me. Immediately I lowered my gaze.

"Come on!" He said, pointing his hand forward, intending to let me walk first. Then I walked in front of him. As soon as I shifted my focus to this one tower, I no longer thought about Reynard, I was busy with my own world.

Maybe today I'm a villain in his eyes, but I don't care. I don't want to mix up duty with friend business. Let him hate me for some time, but I believe everything will be back to how it was when it was time.

This is Place de La Concorde.

Place de la Concorde is a square in Paris, France. It is located in the eighth arrondissement, east of the Champs-Elysees.

The square was designed by Ange-Jacques Gabriel in 1755 as an octagon-shaped square surrounded by a moat between the Champs-Elysees in the west and the Tuileries Gardens in the east. Filled with statues and fountains, it was eventually named "Place Louis XV" in honor of the new king.

Around there is also a fountain with beautiful carvings in each section. There are several statues on the bottom or the middle of the top. Many tourists and locals visit here.

Not infrequently from those who take pictures with family or friends near the fountain or monument tower. Moreover, the distance between the two is not far, only a few meters.

Abiel said this place will be very interesting at night, I was so curious about what it will look like. What a power, yesterday I could only hear the story from Abiel about how beautiful this place is at night, but today I will witness with my own eyes the beauty of this place.

I pressed the take button on my camera. It was as if this camera lens never got tired of the scene in front of me. I checked the photo I just took on the camera, the result is good, I will check again when I was in the apartment.

The day was getting darker, the lights around the square were already on. Visitors are increasingly crowded, orange sky dominates in the western horizon. How many hours have I been here? As if I can't remember time, I instantly became alone.

Sirk!...

Someone patted me on the shoulder from behind, when I turned my head. I found Abiel who was currently standing before me.

His gaze looked tired, glazed, but also sumringah. I don't know what expression this girl's face is.

"Rest on yuk!" He said to me, "there!" He continued while pointing towards a bench under the tree. I see there is Reynard who looks very focused on the camera with a phone lens that he brought, I can be sure it's his.

I'm agreeing to Abiel's call. He and I walked towards the bench that Reynard was sitting on. Until there, Abiel sat in the middle, Reynard was on his left side, as if he understood the rules for Muslims who are not mahrams.

He gave me a place he was on his right side, I smiled and sat down.

"How's it?" Abiel said he started the conversation.

"Well, that's fine" Reynard said as if giving up.

"Ah the time is still long, there is still time to be the best" Abiel replied.

"Maybe it's like that"

Silent. No more conversations. One minute, two minutes of silence without a sound. I don't know where to start either, than I'd rather shut up. Although it feels like thousands of words struggling I want to say.

"How about we eat first, while waiting for the night to come?" Abiel asked breaking the silence.

"You know very well my thoughts" replied Reynard in a slight mockery.

I'm actually hungry, too, but....

"Hows it? Zulfa?" Sergey Abiel surprised me.

There is no other way to hide my lies, and I must confess that I am hungry even if I do not use words. I nodded in agreement, the three of us then looked for a nearby restaurant to eat.

While waiting for the thick night to come, I wedge my stomach even with a mouthful of bread later. I'm guessing they'll be eating at restaurants around here, which may not be providing halal food.

Lucky I brought a loaf of bread from the refrigerator of the apartment cabin earlier, I'll eat there.
