Still Is Love

Still Is Love

It may be a law of nature that nothing in this world is everlasting. And it was proven against the chatter in social media around Erna's viral video. Over time, the viral video chatter receded on its own and changed with the chatter on other viral videos with other events and figures as well.

But from the viral events of the video, there is a valuable lesson for me, namely Erna's attitude that remains calm in dealing with it. And it made me feel salute to his attitude. It even became my reference in the face of all problems.

“I have to stay calm,” I tell myself every time I face a problem. Moreover, the problem I faced was related to a problem that I never did, the more relaxed I faced it.

Yes, I want to be like Erna who stays calm in the face of problems.

During the first break, Erna came straight to me. Without further ado he immediately asked, “Where is the story until you are accused of stealing his hape Binsar, Man?”

I smiled at the question. While my memory darted to the events of this morning, which was when I had just arrived at the class Wendi approached me and immediately pulled my hand out of the classroom.

With a confused feeling I followed Wendi's steps. He took me to the terrace of the mosque.

“What's up, Wen?” manya curious.

Wendi was silent with eyes fixed on my face.

“What's the matter, Wen?” my question is getting curious.

“Ka-you..” Wendi does not continue his words.

“Why with me?” tanyaku.

Wendi silence.

“Come, tell me, Wen, what's wrong with me?” I said with a higher tone to watch him be quiet.

“But you don't get mad ya, Man.”

I nodded immediately.

“So I heard the grapevine in the class that you stole the wine from Binsar,”, Wendi explained.

I'm appalled. For a moment I was silent while looking at Wendi's face. I haven't said a word yet when the entrance bell rang.

Wendi went to class. I followed him from behind.

When my feet step into the classroom…

I found all eyes on me. For a while I stood there. But when the look in my eyes caught the figure of Binsar, spontaneously my feet stepped towards him. There was a feeling of anger and confusion accompanying my footsteps. Not to mention that before Binsar, the teacher who taught the first lesson came. Spontaneously I turned my body and walked towards my seat.

During the first lesson, I paid less attention to the teacher's explanation because I was too busy thinking about the accusations leveled at me.

“Saman!”

“Saman!”

“Emang I'm a thief?”my mind asked back.

“SAMAN!!”

“I-iya! I'm not a thief, sir,” I cried spontaneously in shock.

Mr. Hidayat looked at me with his signature.

“Eh, sorry, sir,” I said in a guilty tone.

“You daydreamed yes, Man?” ask Mr. Hidayat.

I smiled guiltily and said, “Sorry, Sir.”

“I am not a thief..” said Mr. Hidayat imitating my words. “Why did you say that?”

I innocently replied, “Because I'm accused of stealing Binsar's hape, sir.”

Pak Hidayat's gaze was fixed towards Binsar and asked, “Areally so, Binsar?”

Binsar.

“Why?”

“Because my gap is gone, Sir.”

“When?”

“Barin, Sir.”

“Then you accused Saman of taking it?”

Binsar.

“Why do you have any thoughts that Saman took it?”

“At first I had no thoughts that Saman took it, sir,” Binsar said.

“Where does that thought come from?”
