Company Meeting

The atmosphere in the house of the Lord is not like before, who should be busy every day but now just silent. The situation of Mr. God is quite severe. He had a severe stroke that left his limbs unable to walk.

Now only Flander alone, who must handle his own company. But that does not make Flander sad even Flander feel the opposite. He no longer bothered every day thinking about the company's problems.

"Dad, I go home yeah, I come back later" Flander said he'd come home because Flander's been in the hospital for two days and not working.

At home Flander rush to the room and prepare for work.

"Rin, grab the bag and everything! I have to finish all the work and have a meeting with all the employees today" Flander said.

"There are two people there, I have to hurry to Rin's office, "

"Alright Mas, " said Rina while preparing Flander clothes.

Arriving at the office at nine in the morning, Flander was welcomed by all employees in his office. But the atmosphere of the office was a little quiet after a week Mr. God was not there. The previous was rame and very orderly, there was a rush because the Lord God was very hard if anyone was late to the office.

"We have a meeting today, tell everyone! " flander told one of the office employees.

"Okay sir, "the employee replied.

Everyone panicked with suddenly Flander made a meeting, usually two months once Mr. God made a meeting in the office. Everyone was not ready but had to attend the meeting that day as well. Some were not present because they saw that Mr. Dewa and Flander had not been to the office this week.

Flander had waited first in the meeting room, while some employees had not arrived. That made Flander very angry.

"okay, the number of employees is very small? has anyone resigned?" ask Flander with a little bit of a review.

"Loh, are you deaf or something? " Flander tries to hold back emotions.

Shortly thereafter, one by one, they came into the room. Flander just stared at them one by one. After everyone sat down, Flander didn't talk right away, only to see them talk. Everyone is scared.

"What is this habit that you have been doing all this time? " ask Flander

They were silent, no one answered.

"I ask you again, do you often do the same thing? " ask Flander with a slight restraint of emotion again.

"Sorry sir, we are guilty" one of the employees replied

"I'm not asking you to be guilty or not, so answer as I ask! " Flander said in a loud voice.

"No sir, "all the employees answered simultaneously.

Flander also explained everything to his employees that the company's condition was not improving, especially the condition of Mr. Dewa is currently sick. Flander also explained all the new regulations in the company starting from entering working hours, and also reshaped the pre-existing organization.
