The operation on Lea's patients was finally successful. Dr. Eca came out of the operating room with a relieved heart. But Doctor Renata's face still holds a grudge against the twins' adoptive mother.

"You think by giving him a little bit of authority, he'll take care of it and then you'll settle it with him and with me?''

See Renata's doctor when he calls Gaes' doctor on his cell phone.

Doctor Gaes did not respond to Renata's doctor's rant. He immediately turned off his phone.

The next morning, when Eca's doctor wanted to go home, he saw the condition of his patient Lea who was talking to his parents through the glass door.

Doctor Gaes who saw that, approached doctor Eca.

"Come in! Accept respect. You deserve it." Doctor Gaes.

"Is it important to receive a compliment?"

"That's very important. If you don't know you're the hero, someone else will get the compliment.

Doctor Gaes returned to his study. While Eca was standing in front of her parents Lea who immediately woke up to hug doctor Eca

"Thank you doctor Eca! Because your struggle forced us to look at Lea's condition, until we realized one thing, that it's better to give an opportunity to make sure something is not regretted later on."

Said Madam Luna while crying.

"The only thing that cannot be offered in this world is death. If it's over, then it's all for nothing."

Eca reminded her parents of Leah.

He went home because his job was over.

Eca's doctor took her bag and walked to the parking lot. He accidentally saw the figure of a woman he was very familiar with and until now the face he did not forget.

"Isn't that the twins' real mother?"

Eca is confused to find a hiding place so as not to cross paths with Alin. He had to go into the patient's room.

Luckily, the patient was sleeping making him breathe a sigh of relief. Eca came out again when she saw Alin had disappeared from her sight.

"What is this woman doing here?"

Eca went back to her house. His body was so trembling to imagine that fate would not side with him. She wanted to cry but she was so afraid to complain to God because the twins were not hers and one day they would part ways.

"Do I have to be honest with Delvin about the twins? It's better to be honest with her because we've already gotten the twins' adoption papers, so her mother has no right to take the twins anymore."

Eca tried to close her eyes forgetting for a moment about the mother of the twins.

While in the hospital, Alea who is Alin's twin sister is waiting for her brother who is still meeting with doctors because of a major case that occurred in conjoined twins with a head. Eca mistakenly thinks that the twins' mother is Alea.

Not long after, Gaes' doctor walked into his room and shook hands with his sister Alea.

"Hi! When do you come back from Australia..?"

"Just this morning bang!"

"How's Alin doing?"

"As usual lament his folly of having abandoned his twin babies."

"Didn't he leave the twins? Why does he regret it."
