Tasbih Love Fatimah

Tasbih Love Fatimah
Requesting Permission

"Which one do you choose?" asked the WO side who looked confused when I did not choose but instead kept silent while staring at the confused two dresses in front of me.

"Isn't it usually the one who takes care of the wedding dress from the boutique or the other, this is why the WO party wants to bother coming home to bring a dress for the bride and groom?" asked Fatimah who felt strange about what was going on.

"We provide a complete package where not only catering and wedding party needs, but you also provide dresses and other needs including honeymoon packages," said the Wo party who is currently taking care of Fatimah's wedding dress.

"Oh," one short word sounded from Fatimah's lips.

Fatimah tried to be grateful and accept everything that had been destined for her, both bad Fatimah had to accept.

Now it has been two days passed just like that, after the arrival of the WO who asked her to choose a dress that will be used when the marriage contract later, now Fatimah sits on the porch of a mereang house, now Fatimah is sitting on the porch of the house, enjoy the afternoon sunshine as well as orange light that adorns the sky as a sign if the night will soon arrive.

"Fatimah," said Ibu Halimah with hands that look still faithful grasping tightly Fatimah fingers.

"Yes, what's wrong, ma'am?" sahut Fatimah while staring fixedly at the mother who increasingly looks increasingly pale not energized.

"Didn't the day after tomorrow kamy want to marry Satya," said Ibu Halimah.

"Yes, Ma'am" said Fatimah who is now trying to show a normal face because for Fatimah this marriage is not the marriage she dreamed of, for the sake of her devotion to the Mother, Fatimah was willing to marry a man she didn't even know before.

"Aren't you saying goodbye to your nannies and friends at the boarding school?" ask Mother.

Hearing Mom's question made me recall the second house I always missed but also sometimes wanted to leave. Pesantren is a second home for us santri, there we spend more time than at our own house.

"I haven't asked for my permission and blessing, ma'am, can we go there?" I remember the time the wedding was in sight.

"Of course we can, how about we go to the pesantren now?" bargain Mom.

"Now, Ma?" I tried to make sure if my hearing wasn't interrupted, it felt like it would be very difficult to say everything this fast, what about his roommates later? would they be able to receive such a sudden news as this moment? all I know for sure is that they will demand a story and how will my future husband be?

"Mom," if I don't tell the boarding school how?"Fatimah tried to be grateful at the same time accepting all that had been destined for her, both bad Fatimah had to accept.

"You list being a santri there well and ask for permission, then you should also come out well too, however and whatever the case, whatever the case may be, you can't just leave the pesantren, weren't you permission yesterday to leave the pesantren to visit Mom? so you have to go back there if you want to go out or get married" explained Ibu Halimah.

What Ibu Halimah said was true, and Fatimah who had understood with the intention of the Mother only nodded her head if she understood enough with the explanation of the Mother.

"Alright, then Fatimah will be ready first. Did I go to the boarding school with Mom? or am I going?" seeing the situation of the Mother who still looks weak, Fatima tried to make sure if the Mother would come with him or not.

"Of course I'm coming, you used to register there with Mom, so now if you want to get out of the boarding school I also have to ask permission for you" said Ibu Halimah.

"Mom sure you want to go to Peaantren? isn't Maaih's mother limp?" Fatimah seemed still hesitant about the ability of the mother to come with him, all the doubts that appeared not without reason, he said, Fatimah's mother had just returned from the hospital and she had not fully recovered while the journey from home to the boarding school took an hour, Fatimah was worried that if her mother forced her, her condition would be worse than now.

"Already, don't think too much of a no-no! I'm healthy and strong, you better be prepared," Ibu Halimah tried to show that she was strong and Fatimah did not have to worry about her.

"Well, if you're strong, Fatimah goes first." Pamit Fatimah is now walking out of the mother's room.

The journey to the pesantren is quite draining and time, Ibu Halimah chose to sleep on the trip.

"Mother, wakeup! we have arrived at the boarding school" whispered Fatimah as she gently rubbed the mother's shoulders.

"Hmm, we have arrived, yes" said Mother Halimah who immediately turned her head out the window after hearing the whisper of the Princess, Mother Halimah is not the type of person who is difficult to wake up, very much different from Fatimah who actually has different habits.

Fatimah is very difficult to wake up, even she is often hit by the law to sweep the entire yard in front of her dormitory just because it is late morning congregation.

Fatimah for a moment was silent staring at the building that she had occupied for six years, it felt so heavy to go and leave it, but Fatimah was aware that she had to get out of the pesantren because it was time, although heavy but Fatimah had to stay strong.

'If time could be turned, ' the inner Fatimah who is now walking slowly by the mother's side while continuing to stare softly at every building she used to occupy, he said, until Fatimah reached the house of the owner of the boarding school, the home of parents of Zia, a beautiful girl who likes to stick to her, even though she was a dozen years old, she knew her nature was still like a child.

"Assalamualaikum," said Mother trying to find out what in the house there are still people or not.

"Eh, Mother Fatimah," instead of returning the greetings from Mother Halimah, Zia called Fatimah while running towards her.

"If anyone says a greeting in the first answer anyway, Neng," said Fatimah who felt that what Zia did was not the right thing.

"Waalaikum salam," said Zia who was enough to make Fatimah shake her head, the girl in front of him looks like a horse when she was aware if she was making a mistake.

"Mbak Fatimah just want to meet Ummah?" ask Zia.

"Yes, we want to meet Ummah" I replied.

Zia still looks happy with my situation, without her knowing if I came to ask for permission to go out of the pesantren not to ask for permission to return to the pesantren after the permission to go home like me at this time.

"Wait here for a second! let Zia call Ummah inside." Pamit Zia who directly walked out of the living room and into the house.
