Endra told you, right? The disease will be cured if the patient believes he is cured. But otherwise, Gista would only hinder his own recovery with that thought.
Do not underestimate the power of the mind. It determines ninety percent of a person's entire life.
"Or gini if Teteh can not believe. I believe this."
Endra cupped his face and tried not to laugh at the red marks on Gista's cheeks.
"I will be able to get better, Teteh until healed" said Endra full of confidence. "I'll always keep temenin Teteh until Teteh healthy again."
"...."
"Why? I want to marry Teteh. Now you can't. You know, Teteh is sick. Wedding people need to use powder, need to wear perfume, must shower—and most importantly must be dry. It must be a dry. The drops must heal, they must be dry. How much."
Gista. "In other words, you want me to heal for yourself?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"Would you sleep together?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"May you marry me?"
"That's okay. Ih, Teteh mah pinter really."
Endra's laughter broke out receiving Gista's blows on his back. Although Gista hit him for the speech, Endra knew very well that his feelings and Gista were the same.
They are waiting for the same thing.
When laughing that .. Endra's body froze stiff. A small kiss suddenly landed on his back from outside the shirt, followed by a hand coiling to his stomach, hugging Endra from behind.
"It's not just you" he whispered. "I'm selfish too."
Endra is still frozen.
"If I could, I would want everyone else unless you were me. Let me be the same you two free."
Ah, goddamn.
Why is Endra the better man now? He should have made a baper.

Gista had forgotten that he wanted to talk about Ashar. In front of the house just remembered Gista, but no longer have the desire to vent.
All the sadness in his heart about Ashar was gone. Gista was not even interested in thinking about it anymore.
"Gis, where are you from?"
Gista felt calmer facing Ashar now. "Meet Endra."
"Endra?"
"The one who has not helped you. Nolongin' me too."
The name of the man who spoke from Gista's lips made Ashar's vision so wary. The man sat up from a lying position, staring at Gista full of calculations.
"You met another guy?"
That question is not about Gista just meeting someone but about Gista having a taste with someone. As a man who accompanied Gista for many years, Ashar was sensitive to the changing feelings of Gista.
And so, Gista nodded, admitting it.
No, he wanted Ashar to know that he had an affair with someone.
"So that's it." Ashar breathed in disbelief. "You want to break up not because of me but because of a new guy? You cheated?"
Gista smiled bitterly. "You're not the new guy who said 'I can heal' I might kill myself because you can only 'me why'."
By the heavens and the earth and by the Lord who created them, even between them, there is nothing that Gista hates most except the question 'you why?'.
"Keep me what, Gis? I understand if you don't tell me anything."
"I'm a story."
"Which story?!"
"I CAN'T EAT!"
Gista felt unusually resentful now whenever he had to explain something he had already said.
What, anyway? Is it less clear? Does he feel there is another definition? Or is he hoping to be given an explanation book?
Or did he ask Gista to explain something like 'disease of not being able to eat is a disease that infects someone who is crazy so he can not eat and must wait when his life is uprooted' so?!
"I TOLD YOU I CAN'T EAT! I CAN'T BUY FOOD! I'M DISTRACTED BY THE SMELL OF ALL THINGS! YOUR PERFUME, BATH SOAP, WHITE RICE-FLAVORED SHIT TO TRASH! HOW DO I EXPLAIN AGAIN, HUH?! HOW ELSE? THE POINT IS I'M WEIRD, IT'S POINT!"
Gista's body was suddenly pulled back, followed by a thick cloth covering his mouth and nose.
"Steak."
