"I don't know." That's Endra's answer.
But Ashar could not believe that he had given many things and the answer was not even known.
Impossible not to know. He's not a kid who doesn't know what he's doing.
"Perhaps because of the kasian," Endra replied again, even before Ashar asked again. "When the first Teteh came, Teteh was too willing to commit suicide. I want him to answer my questions with emotion. I asked as a helper, but she squirmed at me like I was frustrating her."
"You're kasian 'cause he's just as emotional as you?"
Endra closed the book in his hand and looked at Ashar from behind the glasses. "I'm sorry that my talk may be arrogant, Kang. I am not a doctor, because I am not able to complete education to become a doctor. But when it comes to mentality, I train myself as many lessons as I think are important."
"In my brain, if I squirm there are emotions, then there is a problem. And if there's a problem it means there's something to break down. Teteh time I asked him well why Teteh balesnya angry, yes I do not have time to think he is not polite or do not know thank you. More importantly for me, what makes him emotional?"
Ashar fell silent.
"Akang maybe yesterday his girlfriend Teteh and when I know, I really have no intention to call Teteh from Akang. The trickle that sentin made me, so now Teteh has me."
Endra picked up all his books and started walking into the room. "Once again, not because I want to fight, but Teteh now needs me not Akang. So if you can't be bothered anymore."
".... What if Gista gets well, she doesn't need you anymore?"
"One needs another, it's a human, Kang. So just calm down."
Which can be interpreted, if later Gista healed, Gista will still need Endra for other things again.
The confidence and calmness of Ashar admitted that it was more than Ashar. At first Ashar looked down on him, because he was a villager.
Gista likes it.
Even so, it does not mean Ashar admitted defeat. He only accepts how Endra wants to compete in a healthy way, without any commotion or anything that disturbs Gista as a patient.
"I was horrified from July, Gasendra often took you on the road. If you remember you like the natural scenery, right? How about we go ahead make—"
"You don't have Endra, usually there will be a lot of smoke. I can't breathe if there's smoke."
Gista stepped into Endra's room while rejecting Ashar's efforts. "Sori, Ashar, I'm nemenin Endra. You're mending a break."
It may have been cruel, but if told to choose between pitying Ashar or caring for Endra, Gista would choose Endra.
So Gista closed the door, approaching where Endra was sitting with a number of sickly thick books on his desk.
There were scribbles on one of the open notes near Endra's hand. Gista read it, although it was a bit difficult. All of that is just the language of medicine and a brief explanation related to nerves.
Gista's feeling was a bit bad seeing it.
Of course, he was moved because Endra was trying. But, doesn't that mean Gista is troubling him? People are often fed up when they are in trouble for the existence of someone else, right?
What if Endra is tired? Too tired to no longer care about me?
