The large mosque by the lake bears witness to the sacred moments of Rudi and Elsa. The mosque, with its towering minarets, creates a beautiful silhouette in the twilight sky. The adhan magrib echoed, soaring prayers and hopes to the sky, as if blessing the marriage that would take place.
The pink sky with a touch of gold reflected its rays onto the surface of the lake, creating a mesmerizing scene. The courtyard of the mosque was filled with relatives and friends present, wearing traditional clothes with exquisite details.
"Everything looks perfect, huh?" elsa said to her best friend, Aisha, while paying attention to every detail of her white wedding dress with a golden accent.
Aisha smiled, "You look beautiful, Elsa. Rudi must have been stunned."
On the other hand, Rudi had a conversation with his best friend, Amir. Rudi's face looked anxious, but her smile showed deep happiness. Amir patted Rudi on the shoulder, "This is the moment you've been waiting for, my friend. May God bless you both."
A large tent has been erected in the courtyard of the mosque, with a red carpet stretching from the mosque's door to the tent. The chandelier glows gently, giving a magical touch to the atmosphere.
The ceremony begins with the recitation of the holy verses. The melodious voice of the qiro'ah cooled the hearts of everyone present. Rudi, with a solemn face, was seen entering the mosque, followed by the men who would be witnesses in the marriage contract. After that, Elsa entered accompanied by her mother and several women.
"You ready?" his mother asked Elsa, her eyes glazed over.
Elsa nodded, "I'm ready, Mom."
In a solemn atmosphere, Rudi prepared to say kabul ijab. Those moments felt so long and tense. However, with a firm voice, Rudi uttered the kabul ijab perfectly. Claps of applause and congratulations echoed in the large tent.
However, amidst the excitement, there was a surprise that Elsa had prepared. After the wedding, Aisha approached the stage with a box in her hand. "This is a gift from Elsa to Rudi" he said.
Rudi opened the box and found an old compass. She looked puzzled, but Elsa immediately explained, "That's your grandfather's compass. I found it at my grandmother's house. Apparently, your grandfather gave it to my grandmother as a sign of friendship. I want you to have it as a symbol that we'll always find our way back to each other, no matter how far we're lost."
Rudi, with teary eyes, hugged Elsa tightly. The two, under the light of the stars and the light of night, prepare to embark on a new journey in their lives.
In the middle of an elite housing estate, stood a magnificent two-story house with a towering white fence. The garden in front of the house is filled with colorful flowers that are blooming, as well as some shady trees that add to the cool atmosphere. From far away, there was the sound of water gurgling from the fish pond located on the right side of the house.
Elsa was sitting on the porch of the house, watching Tanti who was playing with sand. The 2-year-old little girl with curly hair and sharp eyes looked so serious about building her sand castle. Every now and then, Tanti glanced at her mother, seeking approval.
From inside the house, there was the sound of Tanto laughing cheerfully. The 7-year-old boy with straight black hair and a sweet smile was engrossed in playing video games with Rudi in the living room. The television screen emitted a colorful light, shining on the faces of the two of them who looked solemn.
"Tanto, you have to be careful at this level!" rudi said with passion, directing the joystick deftly.
Tanto nodded, his eyes focused on the screen. "I know, Dad. I have to avoid that monster!"
Elsa smiled at their conversation. He got up and approached Tanti who looked frustrated with her collapsed sand castle. "Come, we'll wake up again" Elsa said, helping Tanti.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Ibu Rudi was busy preparing lunch. The tasteful aroma of cooking spread throughout the house. He checked the rice cooker and saw the rice was almost cooked. With agile movements, he stirred up the vegetables that were being cooked.
"Are you all ready to eat?" rudi's mother shouted from the kitchen.
Tanto and Rudi immediately turned off the video game and ran to the dining table. Elsa holds Tanti and participates. The family looks very harmonious and loving.
However, behind the happiness, there is a secret that is not yet known by Tanto and Tanti. At lunch, Rudi looked agitated. Elsa watched him, trying to read what was on her husband's mind.
Elsa gulped her saliva, "What letter?"
"Letter from the research institute. They found out about Tanto and Tanti. They want to research our children's abilities."
Elsa's face paled. He clasped Rudi's hand tightly, looking for strength. "We can't let that happen. They are our children!"
Rudi nodded, "I know. We have to protect them."
The two tried to behave normally in front of Tanto and Tanti, but worry was evident on their faces. What's gonna happen next? How do Rudi and Elsa protect their magical children from the ambitions of the research institute? A battle to protect the family has begun.
A glittering black car stopped in front of Rudi's house. From the car door, a long black-haired woman in tight business attire, high heels, and sunglasses came down. That is Dance.
The wind blew slowly, waving the hair of the dancing that looked glittering. Rudi, who was on the terrace, scrunched her forehead, puzzled as to why Tari had come unannounced.
"Well, Rudi, yes" said Tari with a cynical smile. He took off his sunglasses, looking at Rudi with a sharp look.
Rudi stood up, his body tensed. "Dance? What are you doing here?"
Dance stepped forward, her high heels printed a sound on the path of Rudi's house. "Oh, just want to see your 'happy' family" he said, glancing at Elsa who had just walked out of the house, holding Tanti in her hand.
Elsa looked alert, "What do you want, Dance?"
Dance laughs, "Nothing. Just wanted to make sure you guys were okay."
The three of them stood on the terrace, the air looking so tense. The leaves of the tree blew slowly, creating a rustling sound. The sky looked overcast, giving off a dark aura that added to the gripping atmosphere.
Rudi looked at Dari suspiciously, "You must have had other intentions of coming here."
Dari approached Rudi, whispering softly in his ear, "I know about the letter from the research institute. And trust me, I can help."
Rudi looked at him in shock. How did Tari know about the letter?
Dance stepped back, looking at Elsa, "I know you want to protect Tanto and Tanti. And I have a way to do that."
Elsa looked doubtful, "Why do you want to help us? What's in it for you?"
With a mysterious smile, Tari replied, "We can make a deal. I'm helping you, and you're helping me."
Rudi and Elsa looked at each other, confused by Dance's offer. However, if it was to protect their children, it might be worth it to listen to it.
Dance smiled smugly, "Alright, let's talk inside."
They entered the house, leaving the outside air looking increasingly overcast. But, the big question comes to Rudi and Elsa's mind: What exactly does Dance want? And, can they really believe it?
