The slowly warming sunset deck gives a magical atmosphere around the park. The plants around the barn began to seal off its petals, preparing themselves for rest. A small butterfly flies low, seeking shelter for the night to come.
Elsa opened the old box carefully. Inside, he found a necklace with a phoenix-shaped pendant. The pendant gleamed strangely, as if there was a great power buried within it. Elsa grabbed him, and the moment her fingers touched the pendant, a flash of everything changed.
Suddenly, Elsa felt like she was somewhere strange. The air here is cooler, filled with the scent of wet soil and forest. Elsa stood in the middle of a lush forest, where the translucent sunlight of the leaves created a golden pattern on the ground.
A subtle voice broke the silence, "Finally, you have awakened me."
Elsa turned her head and found a large phoenix standing before her, with eyes that were emitting a bright blue light. "Who are you?" elsa asked with a trembling voice.
"I am the spirit of the phoenix pendant. I've been waiting for someone worthy to wake me up" the phoenix said.
Elsa was confused. "Why me? And what do you mean 'wake up'?"
Phoenix explained, "This pendant is the guardian of the balance of the universe. A worthy person will awaken my spirit and ask for my help."
Elsa thought of the phoenix's words and recalled the threat her family faced. "Can you help us?"
Phoenix tilted her head, "Perhaps, but I need something instead."
Elsa gulps. "What's that?"
"One must be willing to bind his spirit with me for good" Phoenix said.
Elsa took a deep breath, feeling the weight of the choice she had to make. He looked into Phoenix's eyes, "Alright, I'm willing."
Before Phoenix replied, Rudi emerged from behind the trees. Her face was pale, "Elsa! Don't do that! We'll find another way."
However, Elsa was steady. She looked at her husband with determined eyes, "This is for our family, Rudi."
With a flash, Elsa and Phoenix glowed brightly, fusing into one. The next day, Rudi, Tanto, and Tanti find Elsa back at home with a phoenix pendant around her neck. Even though it looked the same, they knew that something had changed.
"We have a new power on our side" Elsa said in a stronger, more confident voice. "Now, we're ready to face whatever comes threatening."
The next day, the sun shone on the sky with a gradation of orange and yellow gold, reflecting warm rays through the windows of the mansion. In the distance, the birds chirped merrily, welcoming the morning with vigor. The trees surrounding the house exhale a fresh scent, adding tranquility to the hearts of the beholder.
In the dining room, Rudi sat at the end of the table, both of his hands holding a teacup. He looked at Elsa who was busy preparing breakfast. Elsa, though seemingly as usual, has a different aura, is stronger and filled with mysterious powers.
"Mama, why do you look different?" Tanto asked innocently while chewing his bread. Elsa looked at him, her eyes shining with the gentle blue light of the Phoenix.
"Now mama has new powers to protect you," Elsa replied with a gentle smile. Tanti, even though she was a child, felt something different. She approached Elsa and grabbed the Phoenix pendant on her mother's neck with her small hands.
Rudi sighed, "Elsa, do we really have to do this? Binding yourself to the Phoenix spirit?"
Elsa approached her husband, putting a hand on his cheek, "This is a choice I have made, for the sake of our family."
Days pass, and though this family life seems normal, there are challenges they face. Elsa often feels torn between two worlds; the human world and the Phoenix world. The power of the Phoenix sometimes affects his thoughts and feelings, making him sometimes alienated from his family.
One night, when the full moon was at its peak, Elsa awoke from her sleep. He felt that something was calling him from the forest behind the house. Under the moonlight, the forest seemed so mystical, with moving shadows and unfamiliar sounds.
Slowly, Elsa followed the call and found a small spring in the middle of the forest. The water glittered blue, resembling the color of a Phoenix's eyes. From the spring, a figure of a graceful-faced woman appeared. She has beautiful Phoenix wings.
"Welcome, Elsa" said the woman. "I am the predecessor of the Phoenix spirit. I came to give you a clue."
Elsa gasped, "Hint? About what?"
The woman looked at Elsa seriously, "On how to maintain balance. Otherwise, the power of the Phoenix could destroy everything."
Hearing that, Elsa felt anxious. How to maintain a balance between the power of the Phoenix and its normal life? The woman gave him a piece of blue crystal. "This will help you. But remember, the balance is in your hands."
The morning sun again warms the air, with its light penetrating the cracks of the foliage. The dew grains still survive on the grass, reflecting the rainbow when exposed to sunlight. The sound of birds chirping creates a calming symphony of nature.
On the porch of the house, Tanto and Tanti are busy playing. Tanto grasped the blue crystal that Elsa was carrying, watching her with a curious look. "Mama, what is this?" the technique, while lifting the crystal towards the sunlight, creates a spectrum of colors on the floor.
Elsa approached, her eyes radiating anxiety. "It's a relic of the Phoenix, Tanto. It must be taken care of" he said, trying to seize the crystal.
Tanti, who had been paying attention all along, approached and asked with an innocent expression, "Mama, why is this crystal so important?"
Elsa took a deep breath, looking for the right words. "This crystal helps Mama keep the Phoenix's balance of power. Without it, that power might be hard to control."
Tanto, with a worried look on his face, said, "Mama, I'm scared. I don't want to lose you to Phoenix."
Elsa sat down, pulling Tanto and Tanti into her arms. "You won't lose your mother. We'll go through it together." Elsa's face looked fierce, but the sun that hit her face revealed a shadow of anxiety hidden behind her retina.
One afternoon, Rudi met Elsa in the back garden. The dried leaves fell down slowly, blown by the breeze. Elsa was sitting on the edge of a small pond, staring at her reflection.
Rudi carefully sat down beside her, "Elsa, I see you being distracted. Is there something you want to say?"
Elsa shook her head slowly, then looked at Rudi with teary eyes. "I feel divided, Rudi. Part of me wants to be a good mother to our children, but the other part is constantly pulled by the Phoenix."
Rudi took Elsa's hand, squeezing it gently. "We'll find a way out, together."
That night, when everyone was asleep, Elsa heard a subtle whisper. He woke up and followed the voice to the basement. There, he found a blue-colored portal, just like the Phoenix crystal.
From that portal, came a familiar figure: the Phoenix woman. "Elsa, it's time to start your training. To keep your balance, you need to be stronger."
Elsa looked at the portal doubtfully. What awaits him behind the portal? However, for the sake of his family, he knew what to do.
When dawn breaks, Elsa returns with new knowledge and powers. But the real adventure has just begun.
