The living room of Rudi's family home was filled with busy vibes. Piles of medical equipment, medicine bottles, and medical devices were strewn all over the table. Rudi, a middle-aged man with a calm appearance, led the preparations with determination. Tanto, his 25-year-old son, is busy organizing various medical devices in large medical bags. Meanwhile, Tanti, Rudi's 22-year-old daughter and in medical school, helped identify the drugs they had to take.

"We have to make sure we bring everything we need, especially drugs," Rudi said in a stern voice. "We don't know what we're going to meet there, so we have to be ready for everything possible."

Tanti nodded in agreement. "Yes, Dad. We have to ensure an adequate supply of medicines and medical equipment."

Tanto, who is counting syringes, commented, "I'll make sure we have enough syringe supplies for vaccine and treatment."

As preparations continued, Rudi found an old piece of paper left among his medical books. He picked it up and started reading it. His eyes sparkled as he understood the contents.

"Both of you, I have something that will add to our spirits," Rudi said with a smile. "This is a note from my grandfather, an experienced doctor. He gave me valuable medical advice."

Tanto and Tanti approached to listen further. Rudi went on to read the note, talking emotionally about the wisdom exemplified by his grandfather. They listened attentively, and their passion for this mission flared up even more.

In the middle of their conversation, sunlight penetrated through the window and filled the room with a warm glow. The sounds of birds from outside contribute cheerful tones into the house. When they feel the burning spirit in their hearts, their surroundings also provide additional spirit. Part of this mission is to restore the health and well-being of their own surroundings as well as the remote areas they will visit.

Tanto felt inspired by Rudi's grandfather's notes and said, "Dad, we'll do it. We'll help those in need, and we'll return safely."

Tanti added, "I'm sure we'll make it, Dad. With the preparations we made, nothing can stand in our way."

Rudi nodded with complete confidence. "We will work together as a team and do our best. We will bring hope to those who are suffering there."

Rudi opened his laptop with the determination to find more information about the mysterious disease that is endemic in the remote area. Tanto and Tanti sat next to him, ready to help with the search. The room around them was filled with the smell of medical books and the aroma of the warm tea they enjoyed.

Tanto started by looking for articles that explained the symptoms of the disease. He types quickly on the laptop keyboard, looking for the latest medical references. Meanwhile, Tanti checks the sources of medical information that may be on the network.

"Well," said Rudi while opening one of the articles that Tanto had found. "Let's start by identifying the symptoms. It's very important to detect and isolate infected cases."

They begin a discussion of the symptoms of the disease, noting any information they find. Symptoms described in the article include high fever, coughing up phlegm, and difficulty breathing. They also read that the disease is spreading rapidly in the area, and there is no known treatment.

"We have to make sure we bring the appropriate medicines to deal with these symptoms" Rudi said attentively. "Maybe we also need to bring additional equipment to monitor the patient's condition."

Tanti added, "I will seek information on effective methods of isolation. We have to make sure the infected patients don't pass the disease on to others."

"Brothers," Tanto said as he read the article excitedly, "this is truly inspiring. These firefighters prove that we can all play a role in this kind of situation, not just the doctors. He works as a team with medics and helps a lot of people."

Rudi smiled. "You're right, Tanto. We will act as a team and do our best to help those in need. This article gives us additional zeal for this mission."

Rudi takes his phone and searches for the number of his old friend, Dr. Surya, on his contact list. They have together undergone various medical missions in the past and have invaluable experience in dealing with crisis situations like this. After finding that number, he pressed the call button and waited.

A few ringtones later, Dr. Quiet voice. Surya was heard across the phone. "Hello, this is Dr. Surya," said his voice known as a voice full of wisdom.

"Hello, Surya," replied Rudi. "It's Rudi. I need your help. There is a plague in a remote area, and I will go with Tanto and Tanti to investigate it. I need your advice."

Dr. Surya replied seriously, "Sure, Rudi. I'm ready to help. What can I do for you?"

Rudi explained the situation briefly, describing the symptoms of the disease found and his plan to go to that remote area. "We need guidance on what we should prepare for and what actions we should take upon arrival."

Dr. Surya listened attentively. "First, make sure you bring all the medical equipment that may be needed. Includes diagnostic tools, medications, and isolation equipment. Also make sure you have the appropriate vaccinations and protection."

Tanto and Tanti, who were listening to the phone call from beside Rudi, recorded every word Dr. Solar.

"In addition," continued Dr. Surya, "you guys have to be mentally prepared. Outbreaks of diseases like these can be very emotionally challenging. Speak calmly and clearly to patients and locals about actions to take."

Rudi nodded while taking notes on the mental note. "Thank you, Surya. Your advice is valuable. Are there any other resources we might need?"

Dr. Suryas provide some important references and contacts that may be useful in their journey. He also provides tips on how to maintain personal safety and avoid spreading disease during travel.

"I'm sure you'll do well, Rudi," said Dr. Solar. "Remember to always communicate and work as a team. And, most importantly, take care of your own health."

"Thank you, Surya," said Rudi sincerely. "We'll call you back once we get there."

After ending the phone call, Rudi felt more confident and ready to go to a remote area. She and her two children began packing medical equipment and medications they had identified earlier, following the valuable advice of her old friend, Dr. Solar. They also prepare the necessary self-protection and vaccination equipment. All of that is done with determination to help those who are suffering from this mysterious disease.
