The Artificially Genius Doctor

The Artificially Genius Doctor
Meeting with the Chief of Tribes

That morning, the sun rose slowly in the vast sky of Borneo. Sunlight gushed among the lush leaves of the forest trees, giving a sign that a long day had begun. In the middle of the dense forest, there was a remote village that was being engulfed in darkness. A mysterious plague had struck these villagers, leaving them anxious and desperate.

News of the outbreak had reached national television, and Rudi, known as the genius doctor, immediately gave his response. He felt he had an obligation to investigate the disease and help the sufferers. Together with her son, Tanti, she decides to go to this remote village.

They arrived at a river port near the village. Rudi and Tanti are greeted by Adi, a village youth who speaks fluent local languages. Adi guided them through the dense forests towards the village.

"Let's wait, we have to be vigilant" Rudi said seriously. "We don't know what we're going to meet there. The most important thing is to protect ourselves from getting infected."

Tanti nodded in agreement. They had both prepared enough medical supplies, including face masks, gloves, and other medical devices. They entered the village carefully.

The village looks quiet. The wooden houses were abandoned, and the streets that should have been crowded now felt deserted. The villagers seem to avoid physical contact with each other. They spoke in a weak and anxious tone.

Adi acts as a translator and helps Rudi and Tanti communicate with the villagers. Rudi immediately set up a temporary medical post in the village hall, and they began providing first aid to the sufferers. Tanti helps distribute the drugs, while Rudi examines more severe patients.

The sun kept rising in the sky, and they worked nonstop. Rudi recorded the symptoms he saw, trying to figure out what the real cause of this outbreak was. Some villagers give their stories, which describe the symptoms of this disease appear so suddenly.

"I don't know what to do" said a young mother with a baby on her lap. "My baby keeps vomiting and has a fever. I'm very worried."

Rudi tried to provide comfort. "We will do our best to help" he said gently. "We'll find out the cause and how to treat it."

Tanti saw a group of children gathered by the side of the road, speaking in the local language. He approached them and tried to communicate.

"Good morning, sisters," Tanti said kindly.

The children looked a little scared at first, but they then smiled seeing Tanti's sincerity. One of the children, a little girl with long hair and bright brown eyes, approached Tanti.

"I'm Tanti" said Tanti as she pointed to herself. "What's your name?"

The little girl replied in the local language, which Tanti did not really understand. However, with Adi's help, they were finally able to speak.

"His name is Goddess" Adi said with a smile. "He wants to know why you came here."

Smile at the Goddess. "We came here to help. We want to help the friends and family of the Goddess to recover from this disease."

The goddess looked at Tanti with shining eyes. Tanti opened her bag and gave her some small toys that she had brought from the city. The kids were cheering.

"I was happy to see them smiling" Tanti told Adi. "Although the situation is difficult, they still have happiness in their hearts."

Adi nodded in agreement. "That's what kept us going. We're a family, and we're gonna help each other out in a tough time like this."

Rudi approached them after evaluating several patients. "Later on, we need to find out more about the cause of this outbreak. Are there any clues we can find in this village?"

Tanti and Adi exchanged glances, then Tanti said, "Maybe we need to talk more with the villagers. There may be information they haven't shared yet."

Rudi agrees, and they continue their efforts to investigate the cause of this mysterious outbreak. Between anxiety and uncertainty, they all feel that they are one family working together to cope with this difficult time.

After days of hard work in the remote village, Rudi and Tanti are finally invited to meet with the local chieftain, Sutan. They arrived at a large wooden house that served as Sutan's residence and a gathering place for the tribal leaders. The roof is made of coconut leaves, and the walls are decorated with traditional motifs.

Sutan was an old man with a long white beard and a warm smile. He greeted Rudi and Tanti kindly, and they sat cross-legged in front of Sutan.

"Thank you for the visit" Sutan said through Adi, who acted as the translator. "We greatly appreciate the help you give to our village."

Sutan nodded and began to tell how the illness first appeared in their village. He explained that the symptoms were initially mild, such as cough and runny nose, but then got worse, causing high fever, vomiting, and physical weakness.

"We tried our traditional medicine, but it wasn't enough" Sutan said in a sad tone. "We ran out of drugs and didn't know what to do."

Rudi listened seriously. "We will do our best to help. But we need to know more about the origin of this disease. Is there anything you can say about first contact with the disease?"

Sutan thought for a moment, then replied, "The first time we saw these symptoms was in an old woman living in the forest near the village. We came to him in hopes of helping him, but he was already very weak."

Tanti took notes about the information. "Is there anything else you know about this disease? Are there any signs or places you can connect with it?"

Sutan spoke to Adi for a while, then said, "We heard news about other villages that were also affected by this outbreak. There were reports of travel between villages by traders. Maybe it's the source of the disease."

Rudi nodded. "We'll investigate this further. Thanks for the information, Mr. Sutan. We will do our utmost to help this village."

After their meeting with Sutan, Rudi, Tanti, and Adi return to the temporary medical post. They gather to gather the information they have.

Tanti saw a group of village children playing near the hall. They engage in an interesting traditional game, throwing discs remotely into a circle drawn on the ground. Tanti wanted to know more about the game, so she approached them.

"Good day, sisters," Tanti said with a friendly smile.

The boys greeted him with joy and showed him how to play the game. They explain the rules enthusiastically, and Tanti tries to throw the disc into a circle.

As he tried, the children laughed cheerfully at his less successful efforts. They then provide some tips to improve his throwing technique. Tanti was delighted to be able to interact with the children of this village, despite the difficult situation.

The game made them all laugh, and Tanti felt that this simple happiness was a precious thing in the midst of the hardships they were going through.

Rudi, Tanti, and Adi visit Mbah Joko, a local shaman revered by the hinterland tribe. They were told that Mbah Joko had knowledge of medicinal herbs and traditions of the tribe's medicine. When they arrived at Mbah Joko's residence, they were greeted with cordiality.

Mbah Joko is an old man with a thick beard and sharp eyes. He sat in front of his house made of bamboo and coconut leaves, surrounded by various medicinal plants that he nurtured affectionately.

Adi acts as a translator, introducing Rudi and Tanti to Mbah Joko. Mbah Joko smiled and greeted them kindly. He then began to talk about the various medicinal herbs used by the tribes of the interior to treat various diseases.

"We have hereditary knowledge about medicinal plants in this forest," Mbah Joko said. "Some of them are very strong in overcoming the disease. We can teach you how to process it."

Rudi and Tanti listened attentively. They recorded the names of the plants and how they were used. Mbah Joko then took some examples of medicinal herbs and showed them how to recognize them in the wild.

As they strolled around the Mbah Joko plantation, they saw different kinds of colorful and fragrant medicinal plants. Adi explains that many of these plants have incredible healing powers and were used by tribal hinterlands for centuries.

After talking to Mbah Joko and learning more about medicinal herbs, Rudi and Tanti felt inspired. They have new ideas on how to cope with the outbreak of this disease with the help of the knowledge they have acquired.

Before leaving Mbah Joko, they thanked him sincerely for his help and time. Mbah Joko replied with a friendly smile and wished for their rescue efforts to succeed.

When they left Mbah Joko's house, Adi suggested that they try the typical tribal food available in the village market. He took them to a small food stall famous for its tribal specialties.

Rudi and Tanti were given food made from natural ingredients found in the surrounding forest. The dish is very delicious and has a unique taste. They talked to friendly locals and shared stories about their experiences in the village.

The food reminded them that amidst the challenges they face, there is also beauty in local culture and traditions. They feel grateful to have been given the opportunity to learn and share with the people of this rural tribe.

After a pleasant dinner, Rudi, Tanti, and Adi return to the medical post while they with renewed vigor, ready to resume their rescue efforts.
