All things in this world are destined, still humans have will and effort. Rich or poor, happy or miserable, getting married or staying alone, maintaining a family or getting divorced are all options for humans.

If we assume that all of it has become His destiny and man only runs it then he is carried away by the thoughts of Jabariyah or Jabriah who considers that humans are just like puppets (doodles) who are forced to follow the destiny of the Allah Ta’ala. Whereas if he believes that man has the full will to do all things without the destiny of God, then he is trapped into the thought of Qadariah where man seems to be free without power from Him.

So, the middle way of both which is the best solution is the opinion of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah who believes that all the destiny of the universe has been determined by Allah Ta’ala since the beginning of creation, which is the, but man has the will and the will to decide and choose what is best for him. Another term states “Switch from one destiny to another”, because we do not know which one is our destiny. Therefore remain confident in the destiny of Allah Ta’ala and continue to strive to be the best and do good things so that our lives end in goodness, namely in heaven as the land of eternity.
