The Betrayal of the Love of Aminah
Aminah and mathair

Aminah walked while carrying some ladoo boxes in her hands as she went down the kitchen steps of her home in Janakpur.

Suddenly Mom stopped her footsteps by holding her back.

"Wear your future-in-law's bracelet before you go there" Mother said.

"Should I wear it ? I have no interest in wearing that excess jewelry, mathair", said Aminah.

"Make your future mother-in-law happy, please people at least give a good impression, son" said Mother.

Yasmina Kapoor wears a diamond bracelet in Aminah's hand while humming cheerfully.

"We're going to Delhi and soon Chandra will come and bring us a car and drive us to Delhi" she said.

"Did Chandra also take Kalini with him?", asked Aminah.

"I don't know exactly but I'm sure the little girl will come along with him because she'll whine if not invited" she said.

"For sure, he would cry if Chadra didn't take him to Delhi" Aminah said.

"Hmmm.., you yourself know the character of the little girl, Aminah", said Mother.

Aminah just laughed softly.

"Wait, wait..., Aminah!", said Mother when Aminah was about to continue her steps.

Aminah looked towards Mom.

"Yes, mathair!?", said Aminah.

"Have you made sure the ladoo for the Sheikh's family was taken all over?", Mother asked.

"Oh, already, mathair, I've counted the ladoo boxes for the Sheikh family and everything I've brought right now" said Aminah.

Aminah lifted the boxes she held up and showed them to Mother.

"Alright, then we leave now" said Mother.

"But should not we bring other sweets in addition" said Aminah.

She fell silent and looked at some of the ladoo boxes in Aminah's hands.

"I don't think that's enough, son", said Mother. "They're rich families won't pay attention to what we give them" he said.

"Oh..", muttered Aminah.

"Come ! Go ! Hurry ! We leave it looks like Chandra has arrived in front of the house, Aminah!", said Mother.

The sound of a car horn coming from outside the house.

Mother seemed confused and a little nervous when she heard the sound of car horns from outside.

"God... Chandra has arrived ! How is this ? Is there anything left behind?", asked Mother restlessly.

"Mathair, relax ! Everything is ready and we are leaving" replied Aminah.

"Oh God ! This is the first time, I have traveled far and not for recreation but to meet the family of prospective besan", said Mother.

Mother corrected the location of her sarinya cloth and her hijab which was pink.

"Mathair, relax ! Everything will go well, don't worry" said Aminah.

"Dad, I just feel nervous baby because I don't know what to behave like to face your future in-laws, especially Sheikh grandfather later" said Mother.

"Is he a good man, Mathair?", asked Aminah.

"Now, I'm going to meet her for the first time" my dear Mother said.

Yasmina Kapoor just smiled wryly while holding her daughter's hand out of the house.

A man dressed in bright green Dhoti came into the house as Aminah and her mother were about to leave their house.

"Chandra, you apparently... Is the car ready to go?", asked Mother.

"It's aunt Yasmina, I came here because I didn't see you guys coming out of there and I thought you guys were busy because that's why I went into the house" Chandra replied.

"Oh, no, we've been ready since, it's just that I'm feeling nervous about extending our time to Delhi" she said.

"How do we go now?", asked Chandra.

"Of course, we go to Delhi now" she said.

"Then let's go now" Chandra said.

Yasmina Kapoor and Aminah nodded their heads and walked out of the house.

Chandra took the ladoo-filled boxes from Aminah's hand and carried them on her right shoulder while taking a quick step.

They rushed to the parked car in front of the house. And get in the car immediately.

Yasmina Kapoor repeatedly arranged her sarinya cloth and hijab while Aminah who wore sharara and kameez pink and hijab of the same color just sat quietly by Mother's side.

Aminah sat down slightly bowing her head while looking at the bracelet given by her future mother-in-law, playing it softly.
