Yasmina Kapoor immediately followed Raida's steps to Aminah's room after the maid told him about Aminah's condition.

Yasmina Kapoor's footsteps were very fast as she walked towards Aminah's room.

Raida had walked ahead of her in a hurry the girl opened the door of Aminah's bedroom located upstairs.

"How can he suddenly have a fever?", muttered Yasmina Kapoor.

Yasmina Kapoor's facial features turned tense as she was told by Raida about Aminah's state of fever.

"His engagement day is only a few days away and now he has a fever, does he not take good care of himself?", said Yasmina Kapoor, complaining a little.

Raida stepped into Aminah's room and said.

"A few days ago the entire Sheikh family went to Novotel to celebrate the good news of the relationship between Ms Aminah and Mr Shaheer Sheikh who is growing close" Raida said.

Raida opens the window curtain to let sunlight into the room.

"I'm sorry, I only tell you this, Ms. Yasmina Kapoor because I don't dare to say the state of Miss Aminah to Madame Jannah who is busy handling the engagement party later" Raida continued.

Raida walks towards the bed and is followed by Yasmina Kapoor.

Seemingly lying Aminah on the bed with a blanket covering her entire body, Raida then sat on the edge of the bed.

"Miss Aminah, your mother came to see the lady" Raida said.

Yasmina Kapoor sat down next to her beloved daughter, who was still lying with her eyes closed.

"Aminah.", call Yasmina Kapoor half in a whisper.

Aminah just moved her head slowly while opening her eyes slowly.

"Mathair.", he murmured softly.

"How are you doing, son ? What's wrong with you?", asked Yasmina Kapoor.

"Don't know, mathair.., I'm a little unwell now and I have a little fever.", said Aminah weak.

"Maybe because she felt exhausted after returning from traveling to Novotel to attend a party event aimed at introducing the relationship between Miss Aminah and Mr. Shaheer Sheikh" Raida said.

"Oh, my God!", exclaimed Yasmina Kapoor anxiously.

"It's okay, mathair'' said Aminah.

Aminah held her mother's arm trying to convince her that she was fine.

"There's no need to feel anxious because I'll be healthy soon, mathair.

"Yes, God ! Aminah ! I don't know what to say because this is all out of our control and only Allah SWT determines everything" said Yasmina Kapoor.

Aminah's mother was only able to wipe her face with both hands and then let out a long sigh.

"What are we going to do now?" said the mother.

"I've contacted my friend who is a nurse and soon she will be here, Ms. Yasmina" Raida said.

Yasmina Kapoor turned her head towards Raida with a serious look then shuddered in horror at the thought of her daughter being handled only by a nurse and not a doctor.

"Why didn't you call the doctor ? Or tell Shaheer Sheikh about Aminah's current condition?", asked Yasmina Kapoor.

Raida turned towards Aminah and fell silent.

"I asked him, mathair.., to keep my condition a secret to everyone in this house.", said Aminah.

"Why Aminah ? Why, son?", said mother.

"Now the whole house is busy preparing for my engagement party with Shaheer Sheikh and I don't want to bother just because of my fever, mathair'', Aminah said.

"But the smoothness of your engagement is also up to you if you're sick then the event will be hampered, son", said the mother.

"Therefore I do not want everyone to know about my current condition which is feverish" said Aminah.

"I will tell Jannah Sheikh about your current state of fever so she can call a doctor here, son" said the mother.

"Mathair.., no ! Don't do it, mathair!", said Aminah.

Aminah clasped her mother's hand so she wouldn't go out to tell anyone in the house about her fever.

"I beg you, mathair'', pinta Aminah.

"But why Aminah ? We better be frank about your condition that is less healthy than later there will be problems when the engagement takes place, son", said the mother.

"Trust me, mathair ! I will be fine and I think this is just a normal fever, it will also heal after I take the medicine" said Aminah.

Yasmina Kapoor took a deep breath and looked at Raida and Aminah in turn.

"Here, he's here because I asked him to go to Miss Aminah's room" Raida said.

"Yes, Ms. Yasmina", said Raida.

Yasmina Kapoor actually looks anxious when she learns of Aminah's condition with a fever.

Yasmina Kapoor lowered her head while she was closed, it was clear that unrest was emanating from the woman's face.

The door of the room then opened wide, a hooded girl appeared from behind the outer door of the room entering the room while saying her greetings.

Raida then led Neha, the nurse, to approach the bed where Aminah lay weak.

"Hurry and help, Miss Aminah to lower her fever because in a few days the engagement will be held soon" Raida told Neha.

"Fever, did the lady have a fever accompanied by nausea?", asked Neha.

"Yes.., I am a little nauseous and my head is dizzy since last night", said Aminah.

"I will examine you shortly, Miss Aminah" Neha said.

Neha took her nursing tools such as a body temperature gauge as well as a stethoscope tool commonly used by doctors to check the patient's condition.

The hooded girl approached the bed to check on Aminah.

Neha placed the temperature gauge between Aminah's hands and checked her condition.

Yasmina Kapoor looked very tense when she saw him, seeming to feel uncomfortable when sitting next to Aminah who was lying down.

"What's his condition now?", asked the mother.

"Miss Aminah's fever is quite high, I think it's because she's exhausted" Neha said.

"Then how ? Will the lady recover?", asked Raida.

"Resting two or three days in bed will speed up her health condition quickly recovered as before, I recommend to miss Aminah more fruit and vitamins or water for her body to be healthy again", sahut Neha's.

"What fruits are suitable for consumption at this time?", asked Raida.

"Any fruit is all very good but I suggest not to be witty or contain acid too high for fear that it will attack the stomach is still weak" Neha said.

"What is she sick?", asked the mother.

"Fever due to overachieving but.., I am also not too sure.", Neha said.

Before Neha could finish, Raida pulled Neha's hand away from the bed and led her to a corner of the room.

Raida talks while whispering with Neha and occasionally glances at Yasmina Kapoor who notices the two of them.

"Don't tell the truth about miss's condition to madam ! Just hide the true condition of the lady, you understand.", said Raida whispered softly.

"Why ? We do not just tell the true state of the lady to the mistress, would it not be better if she knew the condition of her daughter?", Neha said.

"Are you looking for something?" said Raida. "If the mistress finds out, it is destroyed that Miss Aminah's engagement to Mr. Shaheer Sheikh will be.", he continued.

"It would be better if the engagement became a wedding than all should be covered up, pity Miss Aminah'', whispered Neha.

"Are you crazy ? This is the Sheikh's family and if everyone knew the condition of Miss Aminah it would be a disgrace and a shame for them!", Raida said.

"But.".", Neha said confused.

"The Sheikh family will expel Ms. Aminah if she knows her current condition and I cannot imagine what she will be" Raida said.

"What ? Are they so cruel that they are able to do such a cruel act on a woman?", Neha said in shock.

Raida's remarks almost made Neha in disbelief that a respectful family like the Sheikh's would be able to be cruel to a woman.
