The Bride Pay

The Bride Pay
Deal

"Please," said a waiter putting a drink in front of Hayley, then the waiters left them.

"Drink," Aaron ordered. Hayley just nodded and drank almost half a glass, thirst and nervousness made her throat need to be refreshed.

Hayley felt like she was in a stuffy room, seeing Aaron's cold expression and gaze making the girl's breathing even more congested.

"Sorry, Mr. Aaron. What exactly is your purpose for inviting me to this place?" hayley asked ventured, he did not want to linger enjoying this distress.

"I want to offer you a good deal." Aaron drew his face closer to Hayley, he stared fixedly at the girl. "You want all your debts paid off with your father's debts?" aaron continued.

Hayley thought a little, how could Aaron know all about the debts left by his father.

"What should I do, anyway?" ask Hayley.

"Easy." Aaron took a breath. "Married to me."

"What's? that's right," said Hayley. "Mrs. Aaron, this isn't funny."

"I'm not joking, so it's not funny" Aaron replied. "Hows it? you want?"

"Please explain in more detail about 'married to you' as you said earlier, I .. don't understand."

"Well, I'm offering you the chance to be a paid bride, marry me for the next year, I'll pay off all your debts, including paying your family's debts" Aaron explained.

"That means, a contract marriage agreement you mean?" Hayley squinted, looking for solemnity in Aaron's face.

Damn it! the man was very serious about his words.

"Exclusive contract, you get a monthly salary, five times your salary at the office." Aaron sees Hayley's gig who is starting to be interested in his offer.

"50 million per month? really?" ask Hayley to make sure.

Aaron nodded faintly, he revealed a sinister smile on his lips, he was sure Hayley would agree to this diamond offer.

As Hayley began to think hard, considering all the risks and benefits she would get, the 50 million-a-month money she earned easily, she thought of being able to buy a more decent house for her mother, who was a real deal, including continuing with better treatments.

"Hows it? you interested?" ask Aaron.

"I asked for time to think" Hayley replied.

"Well, five minutes from now." Aaron grabbed his phone, he put on a 5-minute timer.

"What's? five minutes? it took me a week to think" Hayley sighed.

"You're wasting your time, 3 more minutes."

Hayley was silent, she was agitated, squeezing her own fingers by playing her crossed legs under the table.

"Can I hang with a guy like him for a year?" ask Hayley to herself.

"Think, Hayley. Hundreds of millions of your debts are paid off, 50 million monthly salary, and various interesting facilities that I offer will be very pleasant" said Aaron.

"One more minute" said Aaron.

That guy was a real bitch to Hayley, forcing her to decide something big in five minutes, this is crazy!

Aaron's indifferent demeanor, flat expression from the time their crew met, and his fierce gaze made Hayley shudder in horror every time they met. For Hayley, Aaron was the only man sent from the north pole to test her faith and patience, an ice-cold Aaron.

Hayley let out a long breath. "Okay, I agree."

Aaron reached out in front of Hayley. "Deal?"

"Okay, Deal!" Hayley grabbed Aaron's hand and shook on the table. "But .. I want to apply for conditions," he added.

"Nothing you've dared to put forward the terms, that's right." Aaron sighing.

Hayley knew that she would be a paid wife, just a status, not a real wife, so she gave a special condition to take care of herself.

"During marriage, there will be no physical contact between us" Hayley said seriously.

"Well, don't worry, I don't want to touch you myself. This marriage is just black over white, I'll make sure no one feels at a disadvantage between us."

"Okay, I agree, Mr. Ice," Hayley said a little cynically. He began to dare to return Aaron's gaze, out of courage from where he changed the name of Mr. Aaron became Mr. Ice.

"Mrs. Ice?" Aaron squinted his eyes.

"You deserve that designation, your gaze is cold, your attitude is cold, are you the man sent from the north pole?" asked Hayley without further ado.

"Hey, Mr. Ice, who's gonna pay for all these orders?" hayley shouted, Aaron left without leaving any money and two glasses of unpaid drink.

Aaron continued in his footsteps, not caring about Hayley shouting out to him.

"Basic, not polite! I have nothing to lose!" hayley grumbled, he grabbed a piece of blue paper in his wallet and paid for two drinks.

Because payday was still a week away and the money was now only one red sheet, Hayley decided to walk, if the money he had left to use to ride the city transportation, Hayley said, so to buy vegetables and side dishes for a week will be less.

When it was almost dark, Hayley paused for a moment, he straightened his legs to reduce the aching feeling of having almost half an hour of walking.

"Hey!" someone shouted from a distance. Hayley was speechless, noticing the figure approaching.

"Hayley, aren't you home yet?" ask the tall man with the sweet face.

"So there was a need to meet at the cafe, this just wanted to go home," replied Hayley.

"I anter yes, this hour there is no angkot passing," Angga bargained.

"Totally? no nerepotin?"

"No, I'm just not angry about stopping by to coffee, where's your house?" ask Angga.

"Near the RS. The jewel of Husada."

"Oh, wait here, I'll grab the bike first in front of the stall." Angga passed across the street, picking up his motorbike parked in front of the stall.

Hayley smiled with relief, maybe if he continued walking it would take another half an hour, but if Angga drove him on the bike, it might not be up to 10 minutes.

"Let's go up" Angga said, handing Hayley the helmet. The girl complied and sat in the back seat of the bike.

Due to the deserted road conditions, they arrived in front of Hayley's contract in less than 10 minutes.

"Thank you, Angga. Sorry ngerepotin." Hayley smiled.

"Not bothered. Oh yeah, this is your house?"

"No, I'm the same my mom just contracted here, wanted to stop by?"

"Are you sure you can stop by?" asked Angga while blushing in shame.

"Almost we can dong, we're temen. I will know my mother" Hayley replied.

"Yes already, come in yuk. Maghrib nih," continued Hayley, he dragged the hand of Angga to enter the house.

Hayley's mother had welcomed her into a small living room measuring 2x2 meters, this simple but neat house they had occupied almost 2 years, a few days after Hayley's father died.

"Mother, I'm home" Hayley said, kissing the back of her mother's hand, and Angga shook hands, smiling in embarrassment as Andini kept watching.

"Why come home late, son?" andini asked, the woman looked worried.

"There's business, Mom. So late, fortunately there is Angga, if not, at most I added the malem back home," replied Hayley.

Although a little confused by what his daughter said, Andini was relieved to see Hayley coming home okay.

"Oh, his name is nak Angga. Hayley's boyfriend?" andini asked withholding a smile.

Angga was timid, he did not answer. "Eh no, Mom. He's in my office" Hayley said.

"If it's more than just fine, son."

"Mom, um. Don't do it, I'm ashamed." Hayley whispered a little while poking her mother's thigh.

"Yes, I want to rest first, you guys have a chat. Don't hesitate, Son Angga," said Andini.

"Yes, Mom .. uh, yes aunt." Angga scratched his head, he felt ashamed of being careless, while Andini just shook his head while leaving the living room.

"There's only white water, no fetch, yes" Hayley said.

"No need, Hay. I've bloated my stomach drinking coffee," refused Angga softly.

They continued the conversation about hobbies, work and various office activities before Hayley entered their financial team, until finally at 7 pm, Angga paid his way home.
