Vino actually locked Marvin in the earth room for two days, he only gave water and some fruit so that Marvin did not die. Vino did just that to make Marvin understand that his rules were absolute, and would definitely get a very heavy penalty. He also wants Marvin to realize that his mistake was a big mistake.
Nathan has recovered and now his hands are ready to beat up the traitor who greatly angered him.
"Snat." Marvin said when he saw Nathan.
"Bruck." One punch landed on Marvin's face and it didn't satisfy Nathan.
Nathan floated a foot until Marvin bounced against a very hard wall.
"You think I'm messing with my words, I won't forgive a human like you, you've been well-discovered by my father and I want to change you better but what you're doing, you're really disgusting, Marvin, from this second don't ever talk and consider me your sister again, I want to hurry up and go to Korea so as not to see your face again." Nathan said and left Marvin.
Before long Vino went back inside while carrying some medics. "It's satisfied, already understand what your mistakes are, already know if breaking the rules I will get what." Ask Vino.

With his cool style Evans approaches Andy and Caitlin only he is not hugging to his two parents, he just kisses Andy and Caitlin's hands.
