Chapter 26: The Anxiety of a Father

A middle-aged man looks restless while continuing to ponder – pacing in the living room. He was waiting for his two children who had not returned yet when the night was getting late. Upon hearing the sound of the second carriage, the man ran out into the grounds.

When he saw his daughter come out in a torn shirt and filled with blood, the man was very surprised, he threw away the book in his grasp and ran to hug his daughter.

“Damien, what happened to your sister son?Roman why did Juline become like this?” tanya Ascar with eyes glazed – glass.

“Dad, I did not what –, today Juline trained very hard,” replied Juline

“I'm sorry dad.”ucap Damien

“I'm sorry sir,”ucap Roman

“Look at yourself Juline, your clothes are covered in blood and your face is very pale,”ucap Ascar who is increasingly anxious to see his daughter.

“Dad, brother Damien has already treated me, I'm good – father,”ucap Juline who tried to convince her father.

Juline goes into a room with her dad. Ascar breaks Juline down and asks Ana to help replace Juline's torn clothes. Ascar waits at the door as Ana changes Juline's clothes and wipes Juline's face with Kain.

Why am I so weak like this, my body feels so tired, I can't even lift my hand, how can I be this weak, and who the three men I met earlier, I can't even lift my hand, the resurrection of their father? what's with this weird feeling.

“Ana, you don't have to open my hand t-shirt,”ink Juline.

“Nona do not need to say thank you, this is my duty as a maid miss,”ucap Ana while stepping back and out of Juline's room.

Ascar enters and covers Juline's body with a blanket, he looks at her daughter's face which increasingly day makes her not recognize her own daughter.

Her daughter who used to be a carefree girl and did not dare to do anything other than plant now turned into a girl who knows no fear but it was precisely that that made Ascar afraid, she is afraid that her daughter is too forced to be strong while Juline is just an ordinary girl born without magic.

“Son, is it as good as we go back to the village alone, I'm afraid of what happened – what with you,”ucap Ascar.

“Dad, Juline is okay – what, dad don't worry well, Juline just trained too hard today, Juline hopes to take care of dad and also sister – big brother Juline, dad don't forget, you can't forget, Juline is a girl born without magic so Juline must train hard, without any magic Juline is able to be a strong father,” explained Juline.

Juline wakes up and hugs her father, Ascar's tears flow seeing her daughter hug her tightly, juline takes off her embrace and looks at her father.

while trying to smile at his father.

Seeing that, Ascar was very happy, he could see the smile of his daughter again, the daughter he loved so much, her daughter who had made her survive amidst the suffering that befell them.

“For these few days, you have to rest well son,” Ascar said

Ascar stroked her daughter's hair and came out of Juline's room, letting Juline rest. Juline stared at her father's departure, her heart feeling warm, she smiled. His longing for his father seemed to be cured.

Dad, I'm sorry Juline because she can't tell you the truth about today's power or events, I don't want you to worry but don't worry dad, Juline won't die that easily before making sure all of you are well – is fine.

Juline opens both of her hand shirts and hugs herself.

Juline's body surrounded by green light, Juline felt all her energy return, her body returned to normal. He threw himself in and pulled his blanket.

“I'm sorry sir because I Juline trained too hard and ended up injured,”ucap Roman while bowed

Ascar and Damien are so shocked to hear, they do not expect Roman to have a terrible life, Ascar approaches and looks at Roman.

“Son, you still have all of us, you are now my son just like Juline and Damien,”ucap Ascar with – glass eyes staring at Roman trying to hold his anger.

“Who are they? Then what is the general in law? Aren't they all human?” damien said grimly.

“We are just ordinary people, at that time we could not open our mouths, we were silenced and threatened to be killed, the king only knew that the people lived prosperous but actually not like that. The general still remains in his post, he is the family of the queen while the noble family who killed my family is the family of the king himself,” explained Roman.

“That's terrible, then where have you been all this time?”ask Roman.

“I live in the academy attic, one of the leaders in the academy is my uncle. He took care of me all this time but the end of this – he was in trouble because he had to pay for his – children, I felt bad for my uncle who had been taking care of me, so far,”obviously Roman tried to smile.

“Daddy is proud of you son, you grew up to be strong with all the suffering you went through,” said Ascar while looking at Roman.

“I hope someday I can avenge the deaths of my parents and my sister. I hope that someday justice will be on the side of the weak.”ucap Roman while clenching his hands.

Damien approaches Roman and hugs her, feeling happy to have a brother as strong as Roman.

“Dad, any good news?”roman said

“What is nak?”

“Damien has successfully taken the master's exam and passed into master,”ucap Roman

“Thank God, but when did you take the master nak exam?”

“Today's dad, and that's also why Juline got hurt for helping me,” Damien explained

“Ahh so so, like his sister so love you son, He does everything for you, therefore be a good master well, well, teach your – students to be humble, because the more humble someone is the greater the strength within them,” Ascar explained with a smile.

“Good dad,”ucap them in unison.

“Dad and Juline will be a little quiet,”ucap Ascar.

“We'll be back in dad's weekend,”ucap Damien.

Roman looked at the faces of his father and brother, he felt lucky with his new family especially Juline who so gave her many lessons. Juline who appreciates everyone, Juline who is so strong and fearless, Juline who cares deeply for others with her cold nature.

All of that makes Roman even more eager to become stronger in order to keep his new family and take revenge for the deaths of both his parents and his sister.

I'll make sure those bastards feel a terrible death, Roman said.
