Chapter 53: The First Match

The elders and the Ing ended their meeting. At that moment the elders went straight to Frost through the portal and the Ing went out and into the hall to greet the disciples and the Ark of the dark academy.

All the disciples had already entered and were sitting in their seats. Dark academy disciples sat on the left of the hall while the Ark sat with the Ing. Ing Noel stood up and gave a speech to the Dark Academy.

“Goodnight and welcome Ark and disciple – Dark academy disciples at Wizard academy. For the next few days we will hold a tournament that will be followed by Dark disciple and Wizard academy. I hope that with this tournament the relationship between the two academies is getting better,”ucap Ing Noel ended his welcome.

On the Dark academy's disciple table, the Devera prince seemed to be circulating his gaze, he felt a dense aura around him. Pangera Laureun who saw her sister as restlessly patted her sister's shoulder.

“Kak, like his academy in a blanket of a very strong concentrated aura,”ucap prince Devera.

“Aura who's it?”

“Like his belongs to a Black Vampire.”

“You mean a Vampire born of a pure demon?”

“Yes, I also felt a stronger aura, I do not know whose aura this belonged to,”ucap prince Devera.

“Like his academy is not good – is fine.”

Dinner began with festive, – students seemed to enjoy their meal, without them realizing the danger that was lurking outside the castle. Juline doesn't seem to touch her food for some reason since she felt stared at by something that made her uncomfortable.

Dinner was over, the Ing and the masters asked all the students directly back to their rooms – each and were not allowed to go out again. Meanwhile the Ark and Dark academy disciples returned to their castles.

The Ark also felt a dense aura enveloping the Wizard academy. Ark Reis decided to meet Ing Noel and tell them how they felt while at the Wizard academy.

Ing Noel, Ing Shen, Ing Daniel and Ing Vint who heard Ark Reis' words were a little surprised because they could not feel what – was. Ark Reis also said that the Ing are more vigilant and tighten the security of – students because night is the most beautiful time for predatory creatures.

The morning quickly greeted the Wizard academy, seen some academy officers clean the field and make a seat for the audience who will watch the tournament because not all students follow this tournament.

Juline, Genny and Melanie sit in the audience seats and watch the match that will be played by Dryas, Moira and Neyra.

The match looks to start, the Ing and the Ark are seen sitting in the place that has been provided for them. Sean and Dean are seen circulating his gaze looking for someone, Mikey and Rian who see it approaching the brothers.

“You looking for who?” ask Mikey

“I'm looking for Juline, the end of this final – I rarely see her,”ucap Dean.

“Why are you two, Noan where?” ask Sean.

“Noan said he'd be late here, Axel did too, ” Mikey replied.

“Well, let's find an empty seat."

Sean and Dean continue to circulate their views looking for Juline who never met. Looking at princess Esther and princess Ailene beside the arena, they will both be fighting Marietta and Neyra. Genny and Melanie look impatient waiting for the match to take place.

Juline sees Dryas from a distance, Dryas looks anxious while practicing swinging his sword. Juline got down from the audience seat and walked over to Dryas, she could not bear to see her brother who looked pale.

“Are you nervous?” ask Juline.

“Ehh, my sister, iy-a I'm a little nervous.”

“Thank you my sister, I feel excited now because of you, I hope to spend more time with you.”

I don't know why I want the same thing but I don't want to jeopardize your safety, I feel stalked by something very dangerous, something very dangerous, and if you're with me I'm afraid you'll get hurt and I'll get hurt more.

“Alright Let's call the first student who will compete against the Dark academy, Dryas Rosemburg of the Wizard academy and Mianco Zilanzaz of the Dark academy.

Dryas turned his head to look at Juline before the end of her advance into the arena, Mianco was seen grinning at Dryas.

“Match rules are prohibited from using mana or other magic elements, and are prohibited from killing each other.”

Dryas grasped his sword and prepared in an attacking position while Mianco still stood leisurely with a condescending look, Dryas advances and attacks Mianco but Mianco swiftly restrains the attack and gives Dryas a kick and makes Dryas almost out of the arena.

Now Mianco's turn to attack Dryas blindly, Dryas tries to compensate for Mianco's attack but when his arm hits Mianco's sword tip, Dyras almost loses his balance, Mianco retreated with a triumphant smile as it managed to injure Dryas.

There was the sound of cheers from the Dark Academy disciples.

Juline looked at Mianco who was staring at Dryas. Dryas rose up with blood flowing slightly in his arms, Mianco again attacked Dryas.

Triiin..

Triiin..

Triiin..

The sound of the sword clashing increasingly intense sounded. Mianco was right – cornered Dryas, until the end of his Dryas out of the arena because it could not compensate Mianco and was declared defeated.

Dryas walked out of the arena and approached Juline who was still standing beside the arena.

Juline treats Dryas' arm, seeing that Dryas is very grateful to his sister. Juline returned to her seat.

“Our first winner is Mianco Zilanzaz from Dark academy,”shout the host followed by cheers from the audience.

Genny and Melanie look disappointed to see Dryas defeat. Prince Laureun smiled at Mianco's victory.

“Next of her second match, Moira Umbrella of Wizard academy against Naomi Morisette of Dark academy."

All the disciples were seen cheering the second fighter. Genny and Melanie are heard shouting Moira's name and making Moira look more upbeat. The match began with an attack from Naomi that almost drove Moira off the field.

Moira grinned before the end making Naomi bounce off the arena due to Moira's indiscriminate attack. The second match was quickly completed and won by Moira accompanied by a lively cheer from – students.

Genny and Melanie look more excited while Juline just watch without expression, from the seat Ing seen an Ing staring at Juline. It was Ing Noel who was staring at Juline who was watching the match without any expression. It made Ing Noel a little confused by Juline's flat expression.

Arrived – arrived Ing Noel surprised because Juline also turned to look at him. Their eyes met a moment later Juline turned her face away. Genny and Melanie who saw Juline like daydreaming pat Juline on the shoulder.

“Juline you why?” ask Melanie.

“I saw a strange man next to Ing Noel,” Juline replied without turning her head.

Genny and Melanie look at Ing Noel but do not find a strange man there, because Ing Noel sits between Ing Shen and Ing Daniel, it makes Genny and Melanie goosebumps.

So when Juline arrived – arrived looking at Ing Noel because she heard someone calling her name, the man was seen sitting behind Ing Noel and smiling horribly towards Juline. Juline was silent while remembering the face of the man who had just grinned at her.
