Chapter 25. I want to be a loyal wife

Riana continued to look at Rio who was sitting dumbstruck in front of the mirror. Sometimes he sees the part of his face that has scars. Actually not too big, it's just, enough to make people not confident.

Riana slowly approached him. He wanted to give Rio some spirit so that he could be more confident.

"Mas, don't look at it, why don't you look at me" said Riana as she grabbed Rio's hand that was covering his scar.

"Riana, you must be disgusted to see this scar, right? My face is so bad, you must be afraid to see me," Rio asked in a desperate tone.

"Mas, don't talk like that. I'm not disgusted, just a scar like that. If I'm disgusted, how could I possibly be pregnant with your child" Riana said shyly.

"Because you close your eyes and the lights are off" Rio said trying to keep looking for justification.

"Not really. If the lights are on and I open my eyes, isn't it a shame ?" riana asked while looking at Rio.

"That's a sign that you are indeed disgusted to see me," Rio replied annoyedly.

Riana's confused. He did not know how to prove that he did not look at the physical. Take Riana's thought to do something.

Riana pulled Rio's body until they faced each other. Riana then lowered her head making Rio feel awkward. A warm kiss from Riana right on Rio's scar. It made Rio startled as well as enjoy it because Riana did it not only once.

If it was like that, who could resist the temptation. Rio immediately stood up and carried Riana towards the bed. This time, the lights will not be turned off and Riana should not close her eyes.

The night had been getting late and they were enjoying the process of unification with happy hearts. Both Riana and Rio, were both trying to accept their respective flaws.

After being satisfied with the relationship, Rio lay down while hugging Riana's still undressed body. A whisper of love sounded sweet in Riana's ear.

"I love you, Riana."

Riana just smiled. She still could not reply to Rio's love speech. Riana is not sure if she can love her husband. From the beginning, she only wanted to carry out her duties as a wife. Although he had felt something when Rio started to show his attitude which turned out to be much better than he thought.

But Riana is not sure if that feeling is love. As Anwar once said, otherwise it would be that easy to fall in love with another man that quickly. Surely she does not want to be influenced by the words of her ex-husband, but she also can not deny if it is difficult to forget the first love.

When Riana's heart was upset and in a dilemma, she looked at Rio's sleepy face. Supposedly, she should be able to love her husband and not think about other men. She had already sinned because after Anwar's presence, Riana's heart started to doubt her love for Rio.

Riana closed her eyes for a moment and tried to convince her heart. Who he really loves right now. Rio and Anwar's faces came in one go. And in the end, Riana had found the answer.

The next day, before leaving for their respective workplaces, Riana and Rio had breakfast together.

"Riana, tomorrow I'm going to have plastic surgery. I told her early because I didn't want you to be surprised" Rio said, which made Riana stop her eating activities.

"So, ever since Anwar came, I've been in no confidence. He is no longer your poor and simple ex-husband. He has changed so much now. He looks cool and he's rich. He is already a perfect man," said Rio feeling inferior due to his scar.

"Mas, you only see it from the outside. But, I see he still has flaws. She was alone, she couldn't live quietly, after what she did," Riana replied.

"That means I'm luckier because I have you. A very beautiful wife inside and out" Rio said as he looked at Riana.

"He got all that from selling his wife," Riana replied annoyedly.

Rio's speechless. Every foot Rio heard that Riana remark, Rio felt guilty. She had made Riana a woman who had a special nickname. Wife Five billion. And that made Rio's heart ache.

"Mas, don't even think about plastic surgery again. I accept you for who you are. I just hope, my husband can be happy living with me," Riana said as she saw Rio was sad.

"I understand. I believe, even though my face is bad, you will never turn to another man. Even though they are more perfect than me," Rio said with a smile.

"Finished breakfast, I'll take you to the store. Later on, I'll ask Mr. Karso to pick you up. I want to see you longer," Rio said a little spoiled.

"alright. As a wife, I'm a husband. Because all this time, all my wishes have been granted by my husband" replied Riana, spoiled.

They laugh and smile together. Rio was trying not to think about doing plastic surgery anymore. She was certain that Riana would remain loyal to her, even though she was not perfect.

After breakfast, they immediately headed to Riana's cake shop. When getting out of the car, Rian had kissed the back of Rio's hand. Rio car immediately drove away leaving Riana who was still standing in front of his cake shop.

Just as he turned around, suddenly someone smothered his mouth with a handkerchief that was drugged. Riana fainted and was immediately put in the car.

At that time, one of the employees saw the incident. He shouted to Riana, and tried to chase. Unfortunately the car was already speeding away from the store.

The employee panicked, leaving the other employees curious. He finally told her what he had seen to his other friend. They immediately searched Riana's house number and contacted Bik Ijah.

After hearing the news of her employer's abduction, Bik Ijah immediately contacted Rio. But apparently again that, Rio was in a meeting, so he did not pick up the call from Bik Ijah.

Bik Ijah is not desperate. He continued to make calls until Rio finally answered his call.

"What, how can. Okay, as soon as I go to the store," Rio replied frantically."Yuda, come with me."

He immediately left the meeting room followed by Yuda. Rio left without caring anymore with those who were meeting this morning. They all wondered and looked at each other.
