The gatotkaca 2050

The gatotkaca 2050
Time Machine

The whirring sound of the jet engine from the armour of the soldier controlled by an experienced fighter pilot was loud. Since it was purchased by the Ministry of Defense and Security a few years ago, only this time iron soldier units were used for war.

Previously this tool was only used in closed exercises, because it became a secret weapon whose existence was deliberately covered. Even every anniversary event of the Indonesian National Army, iron soldiers were never issued to the public.

Unfortunately at this time of the two units purchased, only one unit is left because it was exposed to an attack by extraterrestrial beings who are very unexpected.

Meanwhile from deep underground Professor Tejo's hideout. The pair of siblings who finally met did not really understand what the Eagle and the professor themselves were arguing about.

“Prof, this is all for humanity. So that no more casualties,” Eagle tries to convince his eccentric best friend.

The thin man with long hair like a rock music star fell silent. He fixed his glasses while allowing the location of the hat he was wearing.

“Ka-You guys said what the hell?” with curiosity, Dara tried to get into their conversation.

Without waiting for Professor Tejo's approval as the owner of the place, the Eagle walked into a tool covered with a white cloth. Then he opened it, there appeared an object in the form of an electric board with several colorful buttons and also a screen with a digital number display. There are dates, months, years, hours, minutes, and seconds.

Captain Word rose from his seat, amazed at the thing he had never seen.

“Time machine?” he said it was almost like mumbling.

“Sorry, Lang. It's not that I don't want to wear it. But, this machine is still not perfect,” said professor Tejo.

“What's not perfect, Prof? Kan Prof often go to the past just to buy antiques?”

Professor Tejo took a deep breath, then exhaled. “If that plan you said earlier, I disagree.”

“Not prof, we are into the past to take superhero.”

“Superhero doesn't exist, Lang. Where do you want to take it from?”

The fat man with disheveled hair took the tablet from his bag. Then he opened an electronic book called Mahabharata. He looked page by page, then stopped at a name in the story, a name with the strength and power that the story of the puppet, Gatotkaca, feared.

“Hahaha... You read too many epics, Lang. Gatotkaca it never existed,” refuted Professor Tejo.

“At least we are trying to prove prof. If anything, I'll persuade him to come here.” Eagerly excited, the Eagle tried to convince the professor. While Dara smiled looking at the man she loved.

“There's a point too.” Captain Firman spoke up after a while earlier amazed by Professor Tejo's invention tools.

The three pairs of eyes belonging to Dara, Eagle, and professor Tejo who had been involved in the debate turned their eyes towards the captain of the Word. They seem to forget that there is Dara's sister there.

“This Mahabharata story happened 5000 years ago. A very epic and also very famous war. Gatotkaca became a hero to the Pandavas because he was martyred so that Arjuna did not die by arrows.”

Feeling cornered, Professor Tejo finally relented to the Eagle's crazy-sounding proposal.

“Alright, alright. Keep going, what are your plans, Lang?”

The eagle took over the conversation, then turned on Professor Tejo's room projector. “So like this. I got into a time machine 5000 years ago. Meet Gatotkaca to invite to this time. Once we get here, we hit that thing. After everything is done, we return it to that time. Finish!”

Professor Tejo's face looked like he was thinking, very deeply.

“You sure, Lang?” anxiously, Dara tried not to show it to the Eagle.

“But the problem is this machine has never been used for time travel so far, Lang. Not to mention I have never used it to bring a living being back time.” Professor Tejo's words choked.

“What's the picture, Prof?”

“Cosmic explosion between times, and maybe you will be thrown in the middle of nowhere unknown.” While giving an idea of the cosmic explosion from his projector.

Eagle's speechless.

“In addition, if you manage to bring Gatotkaca into the present. The reality of time will shift. All timelines will change.” This time the long-haired man pulled a dot on the green-colored line to an orange color.

Dara and her sister fell silent. They did not understand what the two people before him were discussing.

“But all will return, if we manage to return Gatotkaca to its origin, Prof,” sambar Elang while fixing back the point on the red line.

“Ya, hopefully, Lang.”

“So, how, Prof?”

Professor Tejo shook his head slowly. In fact, he did not fully agree with the Eagle's plan. But inevitably he had to do this.

Actually the reason why professor Tejo chose to live in the basement was the time machine he invented it. He did not want the government to know that he had invented a tool that could change the world. Because it could be used for an unspeakable purpose.

“Oke, I lost. But before, you sure you want to do this, Lang?”

The eagle nodded with certainty.

There was a smile from Dara's tiny lips, he felt proud of the Eagle, then he approached the Eagle to hold his hand.

Looking at the scene before him, Captain Firman followed with a smile. He saw his sweet sister had grown up and did not choose the wrong man he would love.

“Se-Inter, I prepare everything first,” cut professor Tejo cut the intimacy between the two people.

After all the preparations were done, Professor Tejo returned to the Eagle, and gave him two bracelets made of mild steel that had been modified with several buttons and a timepiece.

“This is a tool to make you go and come back to break through space and time. One for you, and another for Gatotkaca, or whoever you will bring back.” Professor Tejo fell silent. His face looked a little anxious. “Remember, Lang. This is the button you need to press. If for two people, you have to press both.”

The fat man put a bracelet in his hand and put the other one in his backpack. Cameras, tablets and some other equipment were put in bags. He hopes to take documentation from his trip.

“Lang, be careful well.” Dara smiled, then hugged the Eagle.

“Quiet, Ra. Not until five minutes also I will return again,” said Eagle trying to calm Dara's heart.

“Quick return, Lang.” This time Captain Firman who joined the talk while patting the shoulder of the man who was close to his sister.

The eagle is ready to go to the past. Time was set to 5000 years ago, the lights to deliver the Eagle's departure were already on.

“Prof, if I don't come back. Please tell Dara that I love her,” whispered the Eagle.

“No, I don't want to say that. Quickly go back and say it yourself,” grumbled professor Tejo, followed by a silvery blue light. The next second was like a burst of light, then the Eagle's body was no longer in the room.
