The sound of screams and the shrillness of the giant army sounded extremely loud. Their huge bodies were lined up randomly trying to protect their palace and king, Arimba. All of the giants were in a position ready for battle.
While in front of the giants stood a man of great stature, twice the size of a human body. When compared to giants, the man's body was only half their size. He was Bima, the second son of King Pandu, the father of the Pandava brothers. Behind him stood a sturdy knight with snake scales all over his body. It was Antareja, the son of Bima.
Beside Antareja is a handsome-faced knight, his good looks make anyone woman who sees him can fall in love. Even though they have husbands. His name was Arjuna., he wore a blue batik cloth that was tucked in his stocky body and black pants. His left hand grasped a golden glowing arrow bow that was ready to puncture the arrows to tear the bodies of his enemies.
Not far behind Arjuna, there were twins Nakula and Sadewa who prepared with their swords. The eagle also did not want to miss, with a rusty sword given by Petruk which turned out to be able to split a giant skin in one sabet. He put up horses to prepare for war.
One of the giants advanced, apparently they invited a one-on-one duel. His body was not too big, but agile. His hand held a large rock shaped like a mace as his weapon.
“Graaaar!” While showing his large and irregular rows of teeth, he tried to intimidate Bima and the others.
The new Milky Way will take a step forward, but it is stopped by the Antareja. “Let me face this, Father,” hisses as I step forward.
The two different figures stood in the middle of the field, preparing for a duel. The Antarija sat quietly in front of his opponent, while the giant lashed his chest, trying to intimidate Antarija.
“Graaaaaar..” Along with his shout, the giant came forward crashing down on Antarija who was not budging at all. His hand was swung firmly, pointing at his opponent's head.
But as soon as the weapon stayed a few inches away from Antareja's head, the snake-scaled man disappeared. The giant became unsteady, because the swing of his rock only hit the wind.
Because he lost his balance, he fell. But what the giant saw next was the figure of his opponent who was looking down almost prostrate near his footprints.
Antarija smiled to see his opponent who was now ready to return to the duel. He stuck out his long, forked tongue at the base, then smelled the giant's footprints on the ground.
The scene that followed made the other giant army shudder in horror and slightly retreated. The giant who was dueling with Antarija suddenly turned into ashes while he was running to attack his opponent again, his body disappeared along with the wind that blew.
The snake-scaled man hissed grinning as he walked back to the back of Bima and his uncle, Arjuna.
The sound of footsteps thumping loudly from behind the giant army, the sound was followed by a sound like a large object being dragged. The large-bodied troops opened the ranks, giving way to a giant with an ugly face.
His eyes are big round, his nose looks broken. Long canine teeth gushed from his large mouth. His hands carried a long large chain tied with iron as big as a house that could disintegrate an ordinary human body in one hit from a distance.
This time it was Arjuna's turn to advance. His face looked very calm, there was not the slightest trace of fear in him. Far enough he stood from his moaning opponent as if to show power to the small opponent he was going to face.
Arjuna's clumsy fingers put three arrows on his bow, all in a very calm manner.
While his opponent began to shake the large iron chain he was carrying, then with his large muscles, he made the stone pendulum that was at the end of his chain lift into the air. The stone as big as the house floated a few meters above the giant's head. But before he could throw the pendulum to hit Arjuna, his body suddenly fell.
His chest was torn apart by the arrow that Arjuna was pushing, one of the arrows directly hit the big heart of the giant. His heart broke right then and there, stones from the floating chain pendulum rained down on his huge body.
The blackish-colored blood burst from the large, shattered body hit by the stone pendulum from his weapon. The second giant is destroyed.
The giant's shrill rang out again, this time sounding extremely bitter as their two best knights lost.
The duel still continued, this time the smallest giant figure advanced, his body only slightly different from Bima. He was wearing a battle suit covered in bear skin, his eyes wildly staring at his potential opponents. Until his gaze was fixed on one of the opponents he considered the weakest. He pointed the Eagle to be his opponent.
“Hah?!” squeak the Eagle, startled.
“Forward,” said Nakula while telling the Eagle to advance.
“Ka-If you don't want?”
“You cannot be considered a knight, and must go far from here.”
“Ta-But, I can't fight!” The eagle started shaking violently from fear.
“Hahaha, the boy from the future is afraid to duel it turns out? coward!” Sadewa taunted the Eagle while throwing his face away.
“Do not be afraid, kang mas Petruk and Gareng have taught you many things. Not to mention kang mas Bagong also said he had given you protection.” This time Nakula tried to convince the Eagle.
Hearing the words from Nakula, the Eagle's confidence began to grow slowly. He did not want to be expelled from the circle of Pandavas just because he did not want to go down duel. If that happens, the opportunity to take Gatotkaca into the future to save the city and also the people he loved will be lost.
The eagle covered his head with a hood on his sweater, holding a sword given by Petruk. He nodded to Nakula. “My prayers.” Then he walked forward to the middle of the field.
The giant he will face does not hold a weapon, only in his hand there is an iron glove that is able to protect from the opponent's attack. It can be a weapon to hit an opponent.
The Eagle's foot immediately put on the horses, preparing to respond to any movement that would be launched by his opponent. The man was closed for a moment, “Dara, if only I had died in this fight. I just want you to know, if I love you,” he murmured inwardly.
How surprised the Eagle, when he opened his eyes only stayed about two meters from before him. For the giant size of the science can be said to be high, because there is no sound of footsteps released when he ran slamming towards the Eagle.
Amidst his shock, the Eagle's body jumped to the back right while swinging his sword. It felt like there was a bang in the Eagle's hand, indicating that his attack hit the enemy's body.
The giant laughed heartily at the Eagle who had dodged his attack, a moment later the creature was preparing to hit him. But before he punched the Eagle, his head fell away from his body. Then his body fell with blackish blood that poured from the trunk of his neck to bathe the body without it.
The Eagle's body was still standing and shaking in fear when he was picked up by the twins. Sadewa who had just thrown his face, was now haunting the Eagle who had just slaughtered the giant who was his opponent.
“Once dong, new name Knight!” said Sadewa while patting the Eagle on the shoulder. “By the way, your style is cool. Pack a rich gini head covering,” he continued, followed by Nakula's laughter.
The cries of the giant troops roared again, already their three knights were defeated easily by the human race that usually became their meal.
To the west of the Amarta forest is famous for its awesomeness, no human race that entered it can come out safely. They are all usually a meal of beasts and giants.
“GRAAAAWRRRR..” The deafening roar sounds from inside the palace of Pringgandani, the royal palace of the giants ruled by Arimba. He is not an ordinary giant, Arimba can speak human language, and his magic is extraordinary.
The entire giant that was around there fell silent for a moment after the roar from within the palace sounded. They were waiting for someone to appear from inside the palace.
