The gatotkaca 2050
Bajubarat Forest

The white horse ridden by Arjuna arrived at a green meadow, followed by the Eagle and his brown horse. They had reached the mouth of the dense Bajubarat forest, almost no sunlight entering the bottom of the forest because of the dense trees there.

“You ready, Lang?” asked Arjuna while correcting the position of the arrow bag on his back.

The eagle just nodded slowly, while then tidying up his shoelaces.

They had both come down from their horses, for it was impossible to enter the wilderness on horseback. After anchoring the horse in one of the trees, Arjuna entered followed by the Eagle behind him.

The sound of birds chirping welcomed the arrival of the two of them, the Bajubarat forest was still friendly near its gate. The animals that were there were still fairly ordinary, because occasionally the sharp eyes of the Eagle caught the movement of the deer mother was playing with her child.

“Don't let your guard down, we're new at the forest gate. Getting inside will be many wild creatures that lurk.” While watching the surroundings, Arjuna said with great hesitation.

“Alright, Kang Mas!”

The deeper they go into the forest, the more wild animals they find.

Unknowingly, a pair of eyes watched them from behind the trees. Yellow eyes light up, from behind the teak tree.

Arjuna gestured for the Eagle to bow, a golden-yellow bow coming out from his left arm. His right hand grabbed an arrow from the pouch on Arjuna's back. Quickly, the handsome man thrust an arrow towards the scout.

“Aaaarrrrr!” The sound of roars as well as moans rang out loud. Just making the Eagle shudder in horror.

“What sound is it?” search Eagle.

“Entahlah. But from his voice like a panther demon beetle.” Arjuna then ran over to the origin of the sound.

The sight seen by the Eagle was very unexpected, like what was said by Arjuna earlier, it was indeed a panther demon. A creature with the body of a black panther, but standing on two legs. He was in pain holding an arrow stuck in his right shoulder.

“Who are you?” arjuna asked the creature.

“Ah... My name is Featured. A—I am only the guardian of this forest..argggh” While enduring the pain, the creature tried to explain. “I was commissioned by the gods to guard this forest from greedy humans, humans who only wanted power. Because according to the gods, in this forest there is a castle that holds a secret weapon made by the mahadeva,” he concluded.

“Castle?” Arjuna.

“Uhuk... Uhuk... I—Iya, castle. A hermit guards it inside the castle.” The tiger-bodied creature with shiny black skin sighed, then continued his sentence, “only those who want the weapon but not to seek strength will get it.”

Arjuna knelt before Unggara, he stretched out his hand to grab the arrow stuck in the body of the creature. “I'm sorry I shot you, let me unplug it.”

Featured only nodded slowly, his face looks to be holding back pain.

Calmly, Arjuna turned a little of his arrow eyes that pierced through the shoulders of the Unggara. Then he struck the back of the arrow with his palm so that the arrow came out through the body of the Demon Tiger beetle.

“AAAAARRGGGGHHH..!” The roar mixed with moans again shrieked loudly, making the birds perched around the Bajubarat forest scatter.

“Te—Thank you, I thought you were the bad guy.”

“Ah, no. I came here to run a mission. I am Arjuna,” he said with a low head, then pointed towards the Eagle standing behind him. “This Eagle. We are from Astina, sent by the god Vishnu to retrieve the weapons of the gods, Kunta Wijaya.”

Featured sitting cross-legged. The knee of his left leg is folded, on top of which his right leg is folded as well. He closed his eyes while breathing.

The eagle stared in confusion.

“I don't think I have any reason to get in your way. If indeed the god Vishnu sent you, may you get what you seek.” The tiger-bodied creature then dissolved in its tap regardless of the blood that poured out on his shoulder.

After paying their respects to Unggara, Arjuna and the Eagle continue their journey to the deepest side of the forest. The more you go inside, the more eyes are watching you.

“AAAAAAAUUUUUUUU..” The sound of howls echoed followed the barking of a group of wolves who ambushed their steps.

Arjuna and the Eagle mounted horses, they turned their backs on each other, keeping watch to ward off attacks coming from the wolf's siege.

Three wolves ran from Arjuna, they wanted to ambush from the front, right, and left. But swiftly he shot three arrows at once, the three wolves instantly fell helplessly on the uneven ground.

The next attack came from the direction of the Eagle, two wolves wanted to ambush him at the same time. With a swift look the disheveled-haired man advanced towards the wolf on the left, slashing his sword at the wolf's neck while it was leaping to pounce. At first nothing happened, but after landing and trying to take a swing to attack the Eagle back, his head slipped from his body.

The second wolf tried to jump high to attack, The eagle did not run, it just sat down and lay its body on the ground dodging the attack while swinging its sword, slashing the large sized wolf that jumped on it.

Without waiting for a long time, the savage beast was split into two pieces. The contents of his body decomposed into the Eagle whose position was crumbling. He was bathed in wolf blood.

“Yucks!” grumbled the Eagle while removing the wolf body parts from his body, then stood up again.

Arjuna just laughed at the Eagle's behavior. “One thing you need to note. In war, never let the opponent be above us. That's the result!” arjuna's claws were still laughing.

Unwittingly, the biggest wolf jumps from behind Arjuna. His neck was the easy target of the wolf's big fangs.

“Arjuna, down!” screech the Eagle while pushing the knight's body aside until Arjuna falls. His hand swiftly drew the pedag from the bottom, to stab the lower jaw. The wolf died at the hands of the eagle.

Still with a feeling of shock, Arjuna rose from the fall. He was stunned by what he saw before him.

“One thing to note too, in the fight never let your guard down, whatever happens,” reply Eagle.

The laughter on Arjuna's face was gone, changing with amazement and awe. Deep down, he thanked the Eagle for saving his life.

They continued on their way, going further into the forest. After finding the river, the Eagle cleansed himself of the wolf's blood. They built tents on the riverbank, because the night was almost here.

With the survival skills gained during the scout exkul activity first, plus the knowledge he got from watching on the internet site. Eagles try to find fish by spearheading, then burning them for dinner.
