Chapter 17 - End of the Stempede

While Ethan fights off the two Mazoku, Joshua and Olson stare at each other and brandish swords towards each other.

"Are you really betraying yourself, you really have fallen, Olson" Joshua told Olson.

Olson grunting. "Well! What do you mean fall, I've become a higher race" he said arrogantly.

Olson no longer looks like a human being. The one little goat horn on his forehead as well as the pair of small black wings that were on his back made it impossible to be classified as a Human anymore. And not just Olson, there are several Adventure and humans who change their form into the Mazoku Race.

"This city, Joshua is over, join us, and we will change this World and gain true power!" olson tried to persuade Joshua.

Joshua is one of those people who has tremendous power to the size of a human. If possible, Olson wants to recruit him to be a part of Mazoku and the Devil.

"Don't be stupid. The power given by others, is not the strength, Olson," Joshua replied.

Olson was angry to hear that. "Well! What are you saying! If this is not power, then what do you call power!" shouted Olson and an incredible Mana overflowed from his body.

Joshua's expression became solemn, The Mana released by Olson was equivalent to a Rank B Monster or even higher.

"Now, I will show you, your true strength, Joshua!" with that as a sign, Olson approached Joshua.

Joshua was not panicking. Olson's pace is very fast, but Joshua is already training with opponents faster than this.

The moment the Olson Sword appeared, Joshua immediately swung his sword towards the Olson Sword resisting its attack.

The sound of iron clashing against each other was heard when the two Swords clashed.

"Heh, your luck is really amazing, we'll see how much more luck you have" Olson said.

"Come," Joshua replied still calmly.

The sword was swung with an enormous swing. This is a swing with a very clear purpose, which is destruction.

Olson was also unwilling to lose, he fought him with his strongest technique. A purple Sword Aura wrapped around his sword as Olson thrust Mana into his sword.

"Olson!"

The swords of the two fought against each other fiercely.

Explosions were going on around both. Knights and Monsters moved away from the two-man battle area of the Monster.

At that moment Olson was pushed back by Joshua's Sword.

Joshua's sword easily cut Olson's body into two pieces and the ground also split open.

Joshua fixed his standing position, staring back at the Battlefield.

Like winter, the leaves of the ice tree fell down and directly charged towards the Monsters.

"Goaah!"

Screeches of pain from the Monsters filled the Battlefield. Everyone, especially the Mage stopped moving seeing this kind of incident.

"Crazy.. Who made that magic?"

"No, I don't know.it just suddenly popped up."

As soon as Ethan makes his magic, no one realizes that he is the creator.

"What are you doing! It's chance! Attack those Monsters!" shout Joshua.

Knights and Adventure regained consciousness when they heard Joshua shout. Seeing High Class Magic made their Morals increase sharply.

"Really! Kill all those monsters!"

"Dead! Dead Dirty monster!"

"Damn it! Die up! I'm not married, damn it!"

After a fierce fight for nearly 12 Hours, Knights and Adventure, led by Ethan, managed to kill all the Monsters and win the opening War before the Great War took place.
