Julian passed through the wilderness through the air, on a cold night and his body was clad only by thin clothing without giving a warming effect, Julian flew at high speed. Sometimes he grimaces in pain in his head and heart. One by one the inter-imperial separation forests were passed by Julian in a short time. His mind was stifled, he was unable to think clearly for some time, until finally at dawn, he landed a step at the entrance of the Midland Empire.

This is where Julian's true destination is, the remnants of the trauma he's had from his family have yet to fully heal. The Midland Empire, filled with Julian haters, pressured Julian from all directions, blaming Julian that his birth in this world was disastrous for the Midland Empire.

The once peaceful, serene empire, overflowing with wealth, suddenly changed the moment Julian was born. The war between the heirs of the nobility, the long dry season, the continuous rainy season, the steep economic gap, as well as the nobles who did not think about the fate of the common people, this was the cause of the decline of the Midland Empire. Many questions ran through Julian's mind, as did the other empires that had lost a good supply of weapons from Midland. Julian's arrival at the palace did not get a good response, on the throne seat sat a middle-aged man who looked similar to Julian, then on the left and right sides stood Julian's brother, Julian, as well as on the throne the Empress was occupied by Julian's own biological mother. They didn't show any pleasure in Julian's return.

Julian bit his lower lip while looking down, his hands clenched firmly, he could not bear to hear Krystal being insulted by them.

Julian's body had been cast in such a powerful controlling spell that whatever Cedro's orders were, he had to follow. If Julian goes against his orders, then this controlling spell will torture Julian's body. This is how he feels lately so he has to take the risk to leave Krystal.

Julian is assigned to spy at Albertine to find the most prominent weakness there so that Midland can deploy an attack to bring down Albertine. However, Julian forgets the original purpose of coming to Albertine since meeting Krystal, he decides to ignore Cedro's orders and chooses to stay beside Krystal. However, the controlling spell was apparently still working so the spell was torturing his body from within.

Several knights dragged Julian into a hidden room called the torture chamber. Here Julian will be again tortured as in the past, the trauma of torture was re-awakened in Julian. A shred of hope in Julian is clear that all he wants right now is to survive and meet Krystal again.
