The Hundred Thousand Woman

The Hundred Thousand Woman
The Part 76

While on the other hand, Wilson was explaining why he lied to his mother about who Veila was. He explained it from the beginning— is not included with the contract— a little fabricated it to make it look more romantic and also to hide its rudeness so far. Unlike his parents who were silent when his son spoke, Maureen's parents, especially Mrs Cruz, always interrupted Wilson's conversation, upsetting him and sometimes yelling at his mother Maureen.

In-laws who have been respected Wilson turned out to have a very evil nature. And just as Wilson wanted to say Maureen's rot in front of everyone, Mr. Hovers interrupted, stopping Wilson's new words from beginning.

"Once, my head feels dizzy. Just end it all here, in the future, I trust my only son. Want him to lie about who Veila really is, I don't really care about that," he said with conditioned hands massaging his temple.

Mrs Hovers saw her husband, who had now begun to move from his seat, was about to hold her, but the husband had given a code that he would not linger here. Seeing all the acceptance thrown by Mr. Hovers, making Mrs Cruz's disbelief peaked.

"If the decision is like this, I'll take Maureen back. Let him stay with me—"

"Bring it up" Wilson growled with both hands clenched tightly. If the mother wanted to take it, Wilson let her, unwilling to puss it all over.

Hearing Wilson's words, Mrs Cruz immediately moved from her sitting position, looking at the daughter-in-law furiously. Maureen, who had just returned from Veila's room, who had no idea what had happened, was immediately pulled over by her mother.

"Ma? Where are you taking me?" maureen asked, a little rebellious to be let go.

"Takes you to live with your mom again. Wouldn't give the child I've lived with at no small cost to someone like him!" his reticence, continuing to pull Maureen roughly, left Wilson's house in the end.

Mrs Hovers, who had no idea of Maureen's behavior, rebuked Wilson, who was completely unconcerned about his first wife. “Wil? Why not arrest? You have rights to your wife now—"

"I won't exercise my rights, Mom," he muttered lightly, then immediately left his parents and uncle and aunt.

Wilson pressed the doorknob slowly, opened it slowly and found Veila who was still in the starting position. Seeing his wife looking down with hair covering her face made Wilson rush over and start squatting in front of Veila.

Both of his hands were of good use at this time, one of his hands slowly began to enter through the crevices of Veila's fingers, grasping them tightly with the thumb rubbing the back of the hand. And next to her hand she used to get rid of Veila's hair, tucking it behind her ear.

Seeing Veila's cheeks that had been flooded with tears, Wilson's hands that had previously slipped Veila's hair began to switch functions.

la wiped away every single clear circle that littered his wife's cheeks, saying gently if Veila shouldn't cry excessively like this.

"Veila, that lie .. My parents don't blame her. So, stop thinking about something that's not-no. Our baby in here will definitely cry if his mother cries," said Wilson, re-routing the function of his hand, began to stroke Veila's stomach that had grown bigger every week.

"I can't repay your love anymore, Wil. If you remember, shouldn't all of this work out under contract with us leaving each other?" he said, making the warm embrace end. Wilson distanced himself, looking at Veila who was now able to lift her head.

"Why suddenly say about the contract? I told you, I'll cancel everything" Wilson said, not accepting if everything went according to the contract.

"You say this, don't you think about the feelings of someone who's hurt by it?" Veila asked again, leaving Wilson completely unable to guess who was the one who was hurt.

"Who? Who's hurt?" Wilson asked back, wondering if this beautiful night wasn't going well.

"Maureen Cruz—"

Wilson was silent for a moment, about to reply, but his voice lost quickly to Veila. "I can't accept your love because someone's hurt. As long as the contract is still there, let's live as agreed upon," he murmured, having to keep saying that even if it's really painful.

"As long as the contract is still there, right? If I tear the contract into shapeless little parts, does it still hold?" Wilson asked, but immediately left the room, not waiting for the answer that Veila would give.

Seeing Wilson's departure, Veila immediately moved out of bed. He could not stand up too fast, let alone run after Wilson. Therefore, although a little difficult and with a slow movement, he remained out of the room, trying to stop Wilson if he could.

But unfortunately, by the time he had held the bottom end of the staircase, Wilson had already descended from the top floor with a hand holding a brown envelope. Veila knew, what Wilson had in his grasp was their initial contract, where the initial deal was neatly written on stamped white paper.

The man halted his steps before Veila, brandishing the envelope with a hand that squeezed it firmly. He was already emotional because of Maureen's mother, and now he is getting more emotional because Veila who discusses the contract when he really sincerely loves.

Veila's eyes were enlarged, her hands stretched out to grab the envelope, but Wilson was unfortunately quicker at tearing it apart, leaving the paper and the envelope unformed and unmatched, and then immediately threw it away in front of him.

"The contract is no longer there, so what will be your reason after this, Veila?" Wilson asked, advancing himself to get closer. "Maureen's? No need to feel sorry for her, she betrayed me, it's worth leaving" he continued, leading Veila to stare in disbelief. What does it mean to betray here?

"It's about the two of us, not about anyone else anymore, Veila. There's nothing you need to worry about" he said, grabbing Veila's body quickly and hugging her tightly.

No more contracts, no more Maureen, and no more vandals. It's all about him and Veila, Wilson just wants that. Hearing that, Veila began to return Wilson's embrace, squeezing both sides of the man's clothes, and trying to stay calm. They both thought it was over.

But actually, there is one mistake that Wilson has not expressed to Veila because he considers if it is not something important to be revealed.
