Chapter 27: Replying in an elegant way

Arsenio was shocked to hear the question his wife had asked him. He forgot that he was on the phone with his wife.

Rena's body was knocked down by Arsenio and she immediately walked away from Rena.

"There's nothing. Just their voices are filming" Arsenio said trying to reason with his wife.

Elsewhere, Rena looked at the annoyed Arsenio who walked away from her and left her with a look of suspicion from the people.

"Rena, why are you yelling? Did something happen to you?" ask manager Rena.

"Ck, come on, don't exaggerate. There was only one cockroach there" Rena replied, pointing in any direction.

Then she walked leisurely leaving her manager towards her filming spot.

Arsenio immediately ended her phone with Laura when one of the crew called her to see the course of their shoot.

While Laura, she also wanted to see the course of the shoot.

"Let's see, how much talent from the arrogant ductile," Laura said with a cynical smile and walked towards the set.

Laura was standing right next to Arsenio. It seemed that Arsenio was not bothered by his presence. Her husband was seriously looking at their filming.

"Sir, did you bring the report I gave you yesterday?" ask Rendi to Arsenio.

"Just calm down, I took her in the car. The car keys are with my wife. He is walking around here" replied Arsenio who was facing Rendi.

"You came with your wife. You should come first. Surely your wife is tired of being on set every day" said Rendi while looking in the same direction as Arsenio.

"Looks like. Therefore I let him take a walk around here so that he does not get bored" Arsenio said with a smile.

Laura just remembered that her car keys were in her pants pocket. He took one step back very carefully, then he took the car keys out of his pocket and put them slowly in the pocket of Arsenio's back pants while saying in his heart,

Instead of calling me to pick up the car keys, I'd better get the keys back now.

Slowly and very carefully, the car keys can fit into the pocket of Arsenio pants.

Laura smiled at her highly skilled work.

Looks like my hand skills are growing to pick up and put something in a pants pocket without the person knowing, Laura said in her heart considering she could take the medicine bottle from the pocket of the man who was intending to trap Arsenio.

"Surge!" said Rena while pushing roughly the body of Laura who was disguised as her MUA.

Suddenly Laura's body staggered and Arsenio who was near Laura caught her body.

This perfume, it smells the same as the perfume worn by Laura, Arsenio said in her heart.

Rena's eyes widened to see the woman she was pushing fell in Arsenio's arms. Quickly his hand pulled Laura's hand as he said,

"Don't come near. Let's just play hug."

Arsenio shook her head looking at Rena's increasingly arrogant and unrestrained behavior.

Rena immediately grabbed Arsenio's arm and said,

"Where is my father's wife? Looks like he's having fun with other men. It would be impossible if that didn't happen. Eve is very supportive. How about we–"

"Enough Rena! I don't like you vilifying my wife" said Arsenio, throwing Rena's hand around her arm.

Laura held back her smile seeing a very angry Rena being treated like that by Arsenio. He walked away leaving Rena still standing there.

In the tent where she was to decorate, Laura remembered something. She immediately opened the makeup kit bag she was carrying and her eyes sparkled when she saw something she was looking for.

Laura grinned at the thought of what would happen later when she carried out her plan.

Suddenly his phone shook. Laura got a message from her husband. 

Laura smiled reading a message from her husband. Then he replies to the message and says that the car keys are with him.

"Surely she is very confused right now," Laura murmured with a smile at the thought of her confused husband.

Laura looked out of the tent. She sees her husband walking with a map and is given to Rendi, her assistant.

"It turns out being unemployed is not bad. I can be more free and enjoy my life more" Laura muttered with a smile cheering her up.

It looks like Rena with her upset face is walking towards her.

"Quick make up and change my clothes. After this your job is done. We don't have to see each other anymore" Rena ordered tightly to Laura.

Laura grinned at Rena's words to her. In his heart he said,

Who wants to see you again? I hope we don't have to see each other again. If it wasn't for the mission I had to work on, I wouldn't be holding you.

Laura immediately did her job. He did not want to linger along with Rena. 

After all was done, Laura immediately cleaned up her makeup equipment. He carried a plastic bag bearing the name of the clothing store he bought to the toilet.

Suddenly he felt the phone from inside his pocket vibrate. He immediately grabbed the phone from his pocket and looked at it.

Laura's smile when looking at her phone screen signifies her current happiness.

"Twenty million rupiah?" murmured Laura with sparkling eyes.

"It is not in vain that I try to the maximum" said Laura Lirih.

Inside the quiet toilet, Laura locked the door so that no one would enter the toilet. She cleansed her face of the make up that disguised her face. After that she changed into her original clothes as Laura.

Laura walked with a joyful heart towards her makeup tent to pick up her makeup kit bag.

Inside the tent he saw the clothes used by Rena when she had not changed into her filming clothes.

Laura looked to the left and to the right. His eyes went around as if wary of the presence of someone.

She immediately picked up the thing inside her makeup kit bag and walked up to Rena's shirt.

He sprinkled powder that could make itch the skin of Rena who wears these clothes.

Feel my vengeance the proud, tenacious woman. I did not reply to you directly, but I will repay you in an elegant manner, Laura said in her heart.

After that she immediately got out of the tent and brought her clothes bag and makeup equipment bag to the car.

"Damn, I forgot that the car keys were in Mas Arsen's hands. I'll take it now" said Laura, putting the bag she was carrying near her car.

Suddenly he comes back face to face with the panel that gave him the mission.

"What else is this? Just now that my mission was over," Laura muttered with a sigh.

"Additional mission?" chirp Laura while frowning her forehead.

'Help the husband resolve the misunderstanding'

"Misunderstanding? What will happen to Mas Arsen?" Laura wondered after reading the mission given to her.

She immediately took the phone from her bag and contacted her husband.

"Mas, I borrowed the car keys for a bit. I wanted to take something" Laura said from the phone when her phone call was answered by Arsenio.

For a moment, I'll be there, Arsenio said as she walked to her car.

"Yyahoo…!!!"
