Chapter 9: The Trap

Laura approached her husband. She's trying to figure out who's gonna frame her husband. She placed her ears so she could hear her husband's conversation with the people around her.

What the hell is going on? Why are they just chatting normally? Laura said in her heart.

Suddenly there were two men who were near Laura and took two colored drinks in a legged glass.

"Hows it? Are we moving now?" ask one of the men with a glass in his hand.

"Faster is better" replied the other man after drinking the drink he was carrying.

Laura looked at the two people and said in her heart,

Are they talking about Mas Arsen? 

The eyes of the two men were still watching Arsenio. They really didn't want Arsenio to be detached from him.

Laura followed the two of them. And she was very sure if the two men were going to frame her husband.

What am I supposed to do? inner Laura while pretending to arrange the glass on the food push trolley.

The two people put their glasses back on the food trolley that Laura was cleaning.

One of the men took a glass that was still filled with drinks. Laura just glanced at it while continuing her work arranging empty glasses in the food trolley.

Looks like the other man is putting something in the drink that is still in a state held by the man who took the glass earlier.

Laura was convinced that the drink had been given something that could have caused something. Unfortunately Laura doesn't know exactly. In his mind there are only two possibilities, the powder that was inserted earlier is a laxative and maybe also a poison that will have a bad effect on the drinker.

The man who put something in the drink gave a code to the man who held the glass. He moved his chin to the side to code the bearer of the glass.

The man carrying the glass walked towards Arsenio and his comrades who were talking. It appears that the woman who had approached Arsenio was still beside her.

The man carrying the glass stood behind the woman and nudged her arm slightly, making her look at her.

The woman received a glass from the man and gave it to Arsenio.

"You must be thirsty. I'll get you this drink" said the woman, spoiled and pressed her chest against Arsenio's arm and held out to her a legged glass containing a red drink.

Seeing that, Laura became furious. Without thinking for a long time she walked over to her husband and grabbed the glass so that it could not be taken by Arsenio.

All eyes were on Laura. They all looked at him in wonder. Only that woman stared intently at Laura.

"How dare you take that drink! You're just a waiter working here. How presumptuous of you!" exclaimed the woman with anger and her hands were raised to hit her.

Arsenio stopped the woman's hand movements and said firmly,

"Rena, stop. Don't make a mess of this party."

The woman who turned out to be named Rena was unable to fight Arsenio because she did not want Arsenio to judge badly about her.

Laura breathed a sigh of relief as her husband saved her from Rena's rampage. He was just stunned to see what happened so quickly.

Rena lowered her hand after Arsenio released her hand. And he recaptured the glass that Laura was holding.

However, it was not as easy as Rena's mind. Laura still held the glass tightly to defend it.

"Let go! Give me that drink!" rena exclaimed with her sharp widened eyes and a glint of emotion in them.

Laura did not want to lose to Rena. He still kept the glass so that it could not be captured by Rena.

Seeing that, Arsenio and the others felt ashamed. They said softly to tell Rena to release the glass.

"Rena, stop. Take another drink," said Arsenio firmly and pull the body of Rena so that there is no more attraction between Rena and Laura disguised as a waiter.

Rena's body was pulled by Arsenio, her hand managed to escape from the glass.

"I picked up that drink specifically for you. I don't want her to drink it" Rena told Arsenio with her hands pointing at Laura.

Rena walked back to Laura. It would seem that Laura is very confused. In his heart he said,

Laura immediately gulped down the drink by closing her eyes, hoping to not feel anything in the drink.

With a quick movement Rena pulled the glass. Unfortunately Laura still holds the glass tightly so that Laura's body is interested and she sped up her drink.

Uhuk…

Laura choked on the drink and her body staggered following Rena's powerful pull.

Arsenio who was near them helped Laura not to fall. He held onto both of Laura's shoulders so that Laura's back was attached to Arsenio's chest.

Arsenio felt something strange. He felt that his heart was beating very fast, just like when he was with his wife.

Laura felt the same way. She was afraid that her husband would find out about her disguise.

Laura suddenly felt her body burning. He felt the heat in his body.

"Emmm... hot..," murmured Laura as her hand rubbed her neck in a seductive gesture.

Instantly Arsenio's eyes widened to hear the sound of the waiter before him. In his heart he said,

Like Laura's voice. Is she Laura? But why is he dressed like this? Looking at her face, it was similar to Laura. It was just that the tompel on her cheek made her different.

Laura moved to face her husband and looked at him with interest as she muttered,

"Mas.. Mas Arsen…."

Arsenio realized that it was his wife's voice. 

"Let go! It's good to be hugging!" rhyming Rena while pulling Laura's body.

Arsenio restrained Laura's body from being pulled by Rena. Then he said,

"It looks like he's sick. I'd better take him to the back."

Rena could not stop Arsenio who just left him while embracing the shoulders of the waiter.

"Quick back! I'm waiting for you here!" rena exclamation accompanied the departure of Arsenio.

Fortunately he was a man. Had she been a girl, there would have been trouble, Laura said in her heart.

Arsenio's co-workers chuckled at Rena who seemed to be obsessed with Arsenio.

It is undeniable that Arsenio has a handsome face and an attractive appearance. He was also quite influential in his work. While Rena is a new advertising star who is trying to succeed.

"Looks like he's obsessed with Arsenio" whispered Arsenio's teammate.

"It looks like he wants to soar quickly in his way," the person whispered.

They chuckled at the look of the annoyed-faced Rena and moved like she was uncomfortable and anxious at something.

Arsenio helped the waiter to the men's toilet. In the quiet toilet, Arsenio intends to wash the waiter's face to be aware. 

However, over time Laura's body gets hotter. He muttered and moved very seductively, rubbing his hands down the curves of his body and neck so that the wig he was wearing fell from his head.

At once Arsenio's eyes widened to see the wig fall and Laura's long hair was beautifully draped.

"Darling, you." Arsenio hung up her words and immediately picked up the fallen wig and put it on when she heard the voice of the person who might have gone into the toilet.

The waiter vest worn by Laura. And he threw the vest into the garbage in the toilet.

Arsenio helped Laura walk out of the toilet and said,

"What are you doing here with this look? And what's wrong with you?"

"Mas.my body is very hot. Help me. Take me to my room. I. I. want you, I want you" Laura said in a stifled voice.
