The Legendary Farmer's

The Legendary Farmer's
Chapter 30 - White Ghost

Dawn is crawling in the distance. Paijo's legs alternately swung, climbing the path he had previously traveled, towards the City of Astrois. Insect singing became one of the companions of the journey, as well as the chanting of the Toad which sometimes shrieked from the place of the contest.

At the height of the sky a pair of moon shone brightly. One of them emitted a blue tinge, while the other scattered a green light. Not a second did Paijo stop running since leaving the campsite shortly, about three hours ago. Tiredness lingered cheerfully all over the teenage human body. Although the breath was fierce and sweat flowed no doubt like a river current, not the slightest bit of intent to curl up into the contest.

"You better take a break!" Advice Alvaronizam. Its clouds follow slightly behind Paijo. "You'll waste more time if you pass out."

Paijo. "I know that." Reply Paijo with a breath that hunts great. "Don't worry! You just calm down! I'll be fine for sure. I know my limits."

Alvaronizam let out a disappointed breath. He has repeatedly advised Paijo to take a short break to restore his physical condition that has been too forced. As the Demon King, the figure that now appears in the form of clouds is very familiar with how Paijo's condition. Paijo's body was already heavily burdened. Unfortunately, all of Alvaronizam's suggestions were rejected outright.

"I know you're in a hurry. But please. "Alvaronizam suddenly stopped talking. His attention was thrown at the line of trees on the right side of the path.

The same thing happened to Paijo. Although his steps were not affected in the least, his gaze was also trying to find something in the darkness among the trees that were silent a thousand languages. The sound of explosions and clanking of metal clashing against each other sounded faint from the distance.

"Didn't you want to check it out?" ask Alvaronizam.

Paijo stop. For a moment his brain was busy deciding whether this time should follow Alvaronizam's advice or not.

"We don't have much time" Paijo said at last, still feeling that his plan to go to the UF remains his main goal. "Whatever happens there is not worth what's going to happen the week to come."

"I see what you mean. But what's wrong with just looking? I don't think you'd waste much time doing it. Think of it as your break." Alvaronizam expressed his opinion. "What if one of the parties wielding the sword was UF? Wouldn't you be easier to give them information from me?"

Paijo also thinks the same as Alvaronizam. Although the possibility is small, it does not hurt for a moment to see the uproar that is happening.

"All right! Let's see what's in there. But if there's not a single UF member, I'll just get on with the ride."

With a slight settle, Paijo exited the path and broke through the thickets in front of him. His steps moved slowly and quietly. His hearing was focused on the hustle of the fight that was slowly hardening. While Paijo's gaze continued to scan the situation, checking whether there were any irregularities in the surroundings or not.

Ten minutes passed. Rows of trees and shrubs that had previously been the main sight under the moonlight slowly showed their limits. About a hundred meters ahead, a grass-covered field shape was visible. Rocks no more than half a meter tall curled up helplessly at some of its corners.

"Hide behind that big tree!"

Paijo followed Alvaronizam's orders. Closing his body to the trunk of his large tree, the teenager whose hair had begun to stretch out threw a slight glance into the meadow. There were two groups fighting it out.

"It looks like those stone creatures are being pushed around." Alvaronizam's Comments

Around a dozen stone-bodied figures were being surrounded by dozens of black-robed figures. Their fight was very one-sided. The robed figures continued to launch attacks from various directions. Their sword swings never stopped slashing. One attack followed by another. Their combination of attacks is also different. Their various kinds of magic were also no less deadly. A melee attack, followed by a long-range attack and a magic attack. Everything happens very quickly.

While the stone-bodied figures try to survive as well as possible. In addition to being outnumbered, they also had difficulty launching attacks. Their movements are slow and quite monotonous. All they can do is survive, survive and survive. Their two hands that formed a shield became the only protectors from death that continued to subvert.

"It seems that I am no stranger to the emblems in the robes of those figures" Alvaronizam said, recalling something. For a moment his brain opened one by one the storehouse of his past memories.

Hearing Alvaronizam's babble, Paijo observed the backs of cloaked figures. There is a picture of a purplish-grey hand. The hand seemed to be trying to reach out to anyone who was staring at it.

"Are they one of the groups you once disappeared in the Black Earth Forest?" ask Paijo. There was a curiosity exploding in his mind.

Alvaronizam. "No. Not in that place. If it is not wrong I have seen it in one of the cities in the territory of the Demon Emperor Galahad. Yep. I sure saw it there. In one of the cities near the battle line."

"If you're right, why are they in this place?"

"Eitherway! But clearly the group is dangerous."

Paijo agreed. "Better we don't deal with them. The sooner we go, the better!"

"Do you not want to help them. I mean those stone creatures. Looks like they're good."

"I know they're not evil. But now is not the right time to involve yourself in something troublesome. Moreover, we have a distant mission. "Paijo suddenly stopped talking. His attention was on one of the stone figures. The figure wears triangular earrings on one ear, while the neck is decorated with necklaces made of grains.

At that moment Paijo also remembered Keran who had given him a bottle of water in one of the parks in Astrois City. Before parting ways, Keran asks Paijo to remember the shape of the earrings on his ear and the necklace around his neck. Keran asked for this because he knew that other races had enough difficulty to distinguish each individual from his race. Paijo still remembered all of that very clearly.

"The faucet? What made him deal with them." muttered Paijo while undoing his intention to leave immediately.

"Do you know any of them?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Then?"

"I have to help him."

"Don't be stupid! You're no match for them. Your intention to help will only lead you to death. Moreover, your parasitic friend is sleeping well right now. While your weird gear won't have any effect on people like them."

What Alvaronizam said was entirely true. Paijo realized this. As powerful as he was right now could never be aligned with that black-robed group. His arrival could be certain that it would only get him killed in an instant.

But Paijo also could not let the figure that once helped him was at the tip of the horn and would most likely plunge freely into the valley of death. Paijo was completely helpless. His desire to help the Taps was very large, to make his chest feel tight. But at the same time Paijo also could not act arbitrarily given that only he had information about the demon invasion.

"I'll help you."

"Help?" Paijo glanced at Alvaronizam. His eyes are sharp and calculating. "Whatchu mean? Don't you have the physical body to launch an attack? You also can't use magic because it doesn't have life energy."

"Everything you say is true." Alvaronizam did not refute in the slightest. "I have other ways to help your friend. It's just that after that I'll be asleep for quite a while. Hows it? Do you have a problem with that?"

Paijo. "I'm used to that kind of thing."

"Then be prepared. You only have ten seconds to finish it all. And wear that weird hat on your back."

The body of the Alvaronizam cloud suddenly emitted quite a dazzling white light. A second later split into grains as big as sand before finally penetrating Paijo's body.

At the same time Paijo felt an enormous power overflowing within him. His body slowly let out white smoke. The longer the more and the more light. Seconds later, something amazing happened. Everything around Paijo was moving very slowly, almost even close to being motionless. The battle that was previously difficult to follow was now no doubt like a video that was slowed down thousands of times. All of their movements were clearly visible.

Without wasting much time, Paijo immediately wore a caping hat that had been just perched on his back. He also pulled the sword from its sheath.

"Status!" Paijo said slowly. Curious about his current status. Because after all the power that had just possessed him would definitely have a significant impact on Paijo's status.

"It's crazy!" Paijo's eyes were wide. I don't believe his current status.

Not wanting to be lulled by the power that was possessing him, Paijo refocused on the small battle in front of him. With maximum speed the teenager approached one of the black-robed figures who was preparing to cast fire magic towards the Tap. Without hesitation Paijo swung the sword at the neck of the figure. His blade sliced through his skin, flesh and bones very easily. Due to his speed that was far beyond reason, the head of Paijo's first target still remained in his position, even the blood that should have gushed out was not a single drop in sight.

Paijo really did not want to waste time, with a simple but very quick movement, Paijo attacked another cloaked figure nearby. This time he aimed a slash at the waist, cutting from the right side to the other side perfectly. Even one of his hands that was on the path of attack was also cut off.

Paijo's attacks did not stop. All the cloaked figures that were within his range of vision became targets. Slash after slash swung with a brandas, cutting anything that was on its path. Paijo's movements were very agile, weaving through the middle of the battle with no one to stop him.

One victim was followed by another. Until it was unknowingly that over a hundred black-robed figures had accepted its end. Not only did Paijo's physique get the effect of the power given by Alvaronizam, but also his two eyes. Paijo's sense of vision is now able to see other cloaked figures who are hiding using the disappearing skill. Of course they also can not be separated from the sword caress Paijo. All these terrible events lasted no more than a second.

A moment later, while the battle was still fierce and one-sided, black-robed figures simultaneously fell to the ground. Their bodies are cut into pieces. Blood splashed everywhere, drenching whatever was in the path of his catapult. Those figures were instantly lifeless.

On the other hand, the dozens of stone-bodied figures were shocked by the incident they had never expected. The situation that had previously cornered them to the brink of death had now disappeared just as it was swept away by the wind. No words could slip from their throats. Even the brains hiding inside their stone heads had enough difficulty responding to the situation at hand. Their eyes were wide open, while their mouths were wide open. It was all they could do in the midst of a situation that they could never truly understand.

"White Ghost!" tap Tap suddenly. His eyes were on the forest. Right at the end of his gaze was a white-bodied figure caught his eyes.
