Chapter 21. An Offer

"I agree. We mustn't miss anything that could benefit this case." Isabella's father spoke in a stern voice typical of state officials.

"Brother, can you be sure that the authorities are treating this case fairly?" ask the lawyer.

"Are you trying to get us to stop this legal process?" ask Roberto to guess. He looked at Isabella's father seriously.

"Yes, that's right. I speak as a father, who wants to see my son get a chance to improve his life." Isabella's father confirmed.

"But what about the safety of my son, Reo? I, can't ignore the risks that my son might face going forward." Ella gave a response with a worried face.

"I promise that Isabella will get the care and guidance she needs. I will make sure that there is no danger Reo will face, in the future." Isabella's father tried to convince her.

But Roberto still seems to have doubts, and so does Ella.

"We need to think about this carefully. Reo's security is our top priority, right now." Roberto precedes Ella to open her voice.

This was also the case for him, so Isabella's father behaved and acted very carefully.

"I understand, Roberto. I will do everything to make sure that Reo is safe. In addition, I'll make sure that you, Ella, and Reo will live in financial comfort."

Ella thought for a moment, hearing an explanation from Isabella's parents. He knew, one of the officials of this country wanted to bribe him with the lure of money for his life with Reo in the future.
