وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلًا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَذُرِّيَّةً

Verily I have sent the apostles before you, and I have made them wives and descendants. (QS. ar-Ra’du: 38).

Also, let us know that you are married to follow the invitation and motivation of Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, who has said,

النِّكَاحُ مِنْ سُنَّتِى فَمَنْ لَمْ يَعْمَلْ بِسُنَّتِى فَلَيْسَ مِنِّى وَتَزَوَّجُوا فَإِنِّى مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الأُمَمَ

“Whoever does not practice my sunah, not part of me. Get married, because I feel proud of the large number of you in front of all the people.” (CHR. Ibn Majah 1919 and al-Albani).

The first is that as a wife we must be willing to obey the husband

A husband is a leader in the home. As the word of Allah Ta’ala,

الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاء

“Males are leaders for women.” (QS. Nisa's An: 34)

It should be a leader to obey. When obedience is abandoned then destroyed ‘organis’ households are run. Therefore, Allah and His Messenger have in many ways commanded a wife to obey her husband, except in the forbidden. Leaving obedience to the husband is a great sin, but obedience to him is rewarded with a great reward.

Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,

إِذَا صَلَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ خَمْسَهَا، وَصَامَتْ شَهْرَهَا، وَحَصَنَتْ فَرْجَهَا، وَأَطَاعَتْ بَعْلَهَا، دَخَلَتْ مِنْ أَيِّ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ شَاءَتْ

“When a woman prays five times, fasts in Ramadan, keeps *********** and obeys her husband, then he will enter heaven from whichever door he wants.” (CHR. Ibn Hibban. Directed by Al Albani)

So a Muslim should choose a woman who has realized this obligation.

The second is to keep her aura and not show off her beauty except to her husband

Dressing a true Muslimah and sari’i is the obligation of every Muslimah. A Muslim woman who prays is certainly not going to violate this provision. Allah Ta’ala says,

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاء الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُوراً رَّحِيماً

“O Prophet say to your wives, your daughters and the wives of believers: ‘Should they extend her veil all over their bodies.’” (QS. Al Ahazab: 59)

These are all the words of God that must be considered the first time when they want to get married, they must be willing to be a devout wife to her husband.
