Elle was lying on the hospital bed. The pain that returned managed to wake him up. Slowly Elle opened her eyes. The shadow of someone's face was looking at him up close.

“Kakak.” Elle heard Zielle calling herself. When Elle got her eyes fully, she realized that the one in front of her was her sister.

“Thank God my sister is conscious. I'm very worried.” Zielle.

“Kakak is in hospital now.” Zielle answered while helping Elle to change into a sitting position.
