Shienna was pacing around indistinctly. It had been half an hour he had done this. his personal assistant had even grown tired of seeing him.
“Mistress, you've been doing this for half an hour.” Said His Assistant.
“Shut! I'm thinking hard!” Answer Shienna.
“what does Madam think?”
“I was thinking hard how to get rid of that woman!”
“Which woman is Madam?”
“Adelle! His ex-girlfriend Fredy.”
“Oh, that woman.”
“Yes, because of that woman now Aunt Aletha told Fredy to marry her!”

“The woman is pregnant with her son Fredy, and Aunt Aletha knows it.”

Fredy then called Shienna's parents.

“Good, let's go.” The woman got into Shienna's car. They both headed to the hospital.
While in the hospital, Elle returns alone. Tonight Zielle is staying at her Mom's house. Elle had forbidden it, but because her mother knew that Elle was sick and was being treated in the hospital finally inevitably Zielle was brought temporarily by her Mom. And Elle couldn't resist that decision.
But Elle's mother does not know that Elle is pregnant, Elle still keeps it a secret from her Mom. Elle was alibi that she was suffering from a rare disease and she did not want anyone to know. They finally agreed not to talk about it again. While Reynolds is back overtime, he must continue overtime to cover the lack of Elle's hospital expenses.
In that solitude, it was the perfect time for Shienna to launch her evil intentions onto Elle. Shienna arrived at the hospital with her assistant. He then infiltrated the hospital and pretended to be a nurse there.
Shienna and her assistant walked down the aisle of the hospital, the two of them seemingly confusedly looking for Elle's room.
“Mrs don't know it?” Ask assistant.
“Of course not. How could I possibly know, after all, why am I so busy finding out about him. Just remembering his name makes me angry.” Answer Shienna.

“Be quiet. Listen, I heard someone mention the woman's name. Let's follow the origin of the sound.” Shienna said as she pulled up her assistant.

They both followed two nurses who were going to Elle's room.

“Do you feel pain again? Is everything okay?” Ask nurse Lia.
“No, I'm fine.” Answer Elle.
“It's good, if your condition gets better you can go home faster. Eat a lot and rest enough, and you also do not think too much about something ya.” Nurse Lia gave advice.
“Ya.” Answer Elle.
“Alright, then I go now yes. press that bell button if you need me.” Nurse Lia.
“Good.” Elle answered, nurse Lia came out of the room.

“Sure Mistress.” Assistant replied.

“Good, this is Madam.” His assistant took out an injection containing a yellowish search.
“Very good. With this poison, I will eliminate that damn woman and her illegitimate baby, hahaha.”

They went into Elle's room.
