"Sorry, Mr. Hinara. The contract offer you offered to our company was rejected by Gerald boss!" jessy said with a sweet smile.

"Refused? Why could that be? Is the amount of profit we offer still less? If so, how many shares does Gerald's boss want him to be willing to work with my company?" ask Hinara worried. Whatever happens he should be able to get a cooperation contract with this company. Because only this cooperation contract can save his life, as well as the fate of his company that is on the verge of collapse.

Hearing a question full of veiled intent made Jessy smile with intent. Four years at her side, a Gerald Andrian Thampson made Jessy so infected with the science of reading the look of someone's face. He certainly knows that the continuity of Mr. Hinara's company now depends on the willingness of his boss whether to partner with him or not. Because judging from how hard Mr. Hinara's efforts in offering a profit, Jessy can make sure that the state of the company is very dangerous, aka being on the edge. Cold sweat seemed to drip down Hinara's forehead when she saw a terrible grin on the lips of the woman known as the flagship secretary at the Thampson Group. Maybe if only a glance, the appearance of Jessy's secretary looks mediocre. But his smile and friendly attitude often make others tremble in fear. Especially for people who come with a certain intention like Hinara. It can be ascertained that Jessy's secretary has known something about the state of their company if this woman shows a smile like that.

"Mr Hinara, I do not blame the effort in maintaining the continuity of the company that you have. But what I blame is your arrogant attitude that is so forced to get sympathetic from boss Gerald. "You haven't answered my question!" said Gerald coldly.

"Y-yes?"

Hinara stammered. He who was shocked to see Gerald's appearance instantly felt clumsy as he received such an intimidating look from him. As Hinara was about to speak, Gerald had already asked Jessy. And the reply from the secretary made the blood in Hinara's body boil violently.

"What's going on?" gerald asked without looking at his secretary.

"Master Hinara was not willing to accept the decision

you, boss. He tried to negotiate profit with our company. But it ended up calling me a bitch because I told him you weren't as poor as he thought. So, boss!" answer Jessy honestly.

"Hmmm, fuck ya?" said Gerald. "Mr Hinara, it would be much better if you were willing to explain the meaning of your insults to my people. I honestly don't really like people who are super strong on all things related to mine. Speak up, explain before I ask security to drag you out of this company."

"B-boss Gerald, it's not what you think it is. I-I accidentally cursed the secretary Jessy out of desperation. Really, there is absolutely no intention for me to harass your people. Please believe me, boss Gerald!" obviously Hinara was scared.

"Inadvertently and hopelessly? Do you think I would care about such absurd reasons?"

Gerald took a step forward. He really does not like if there are clients who underestimate the existence of Jessy in this company. This four-year-old woman stood by his side, and never once did Jessy let Gerald down. So he'd be very upset if Jessy was treated like this by someone else. Moreover, by the man who was begging for cooperation in order to maintain his business that was on the verge of collapse.

"With all due respect I apologize to you Mr. Hinara that boss Gerald's decision is still the same as it was at the beginning. We reject the offer you. And if you don't feel welcome, the exit is right over there. You can ask our employees if you don't know!" jessy said with a tone of emphasis.

Goddamn bum. Did this p*lacur just drive me away? How dare he. Just watch out for you.

Clenching both of her hands, Hinara finally stepped away from there. His mind was enveloped in a grudge that was so burning on the secretary Jessy because it was presumptuous to throw him out from the face of boss Gerald. Hinara then sent a message to someone, asking them to teach a lesson to the woman who had dared to behave arrogantly in front of her.

"You okay?" ask Gerald.

"In your domain who would dare to look for trouble with me, boss?" jessy replied with a faint smile.

The corner of Gerald's lips twitched. He then turned around, glancing at Jessy before stepping away towards his room.

"Tonight you'll come home with me. Your courage in driving out the bastard earlier I guarantee it will have long tail. Wait for me near the entrance at the office."

"Good, boss. Thank you for your kindness."

"Don't thank me. I don't like."

"Good."

Jessy smiled broadly as she stared at the departure of her boss. Happy, of course not. Being on the side of big business like Gerald Thampson makes Jessy's safety often at risk. But Jessy must be very very grateful because even though it is very cold, her boss still has a conscience towards his fellow humans. Thanks to her help, Jessy has always survived the threats that people who hurt her. Terrible right?
