The Marriage Tragedy Mixed
Chapter 63. I'm Not Your Friend!

"Who are you calling?!" Risa. His mouth was in disbelief. "Who did you call, Josh?" his insistence shook Johsua's shoulder.

"I-i, what? Shit!" Joshua patted her forehead. He cursed himself because only half he had released, Risa had already broken away from him.

Plakkk

It fell down the stairs. Already bearable, got a slap reward anyway. Joshua grimaced as he stroked his cheek.

"You call him by his name, you son of a bitch!" maki Risa while shedding tears. "You think he's the same time I am?"

"Sorry, Risa. I didn't mean it."

"I don't want to be horrified! You have a lot of heart, Josh, have a heart!" shouted Risa. Of course the woman went berserk.

"Risa, Baby, sorry, yeah, sorry. I didn't mean it that way." Joshua tried to grab onto Risa's shoulder for her to hug, however, the woman rebelled violently.

"I don't want to be horrified!" risa shouted back.

Joshua ruffled his hair in frustration. Frustration at the base of his thighs, and frustration at his head. He did not know what to explain to Risa. He's mistaken. Totally wrong.

"You still love her?" asked Risa on the sidelines of her cries.

"Sorry, yes, Risa, please ...."

Risa remains rebellious when Joshua wants to embrace her. The guilt was so great for that woman. However, his heart could not lie. He cannot forget his feelings that grow bigger every day on Jana.

Now, he is confused as to how. Maybe he will give Risa time to win. Evidently, Risa did not hold it back as she decided to leave Risa alone in the room.

Joshua exited the apartment in search of fresh air. He's fucked. Completely fucked.

Jovan walked back and forth in his room with a tense face. After receiving a call from Irina-sang's mother, Jovan becomes agitated.

Not knowing where, Irina says that she knows all about Jana. The girl's bad name has spread among Indonesians living in Manhattan.

As hard as Jovan tried to explain the real problem, Irina did not want to hear at all. The woman stated that she and her husband Doddy disagreed over Jana being her daughter-in-law.

Jovan frustrated. He is confused how.

"Mas Jo, so nervous why, anyway?" jana asked as she came out of the bathroom, finding Jovan looking like a confused person.

"Oh, no papa. Did you finish the shower?" jovan asked to switch the conversation.

"Why, anyway, Mas? There must be something, deh," said Jana suspiciously.

"Here sit." Jovan asks Jana to sit on the edge of the bed with him. The young man stroked Jana's still wet hair. "So Mama called."

"Oh, continues?" ask Jana. To be honest, he can guess what news Jovan will tell.

"Yeah ...."

"Your mom doesn't agree, does she?"

"Yes, I can fight you, Jana. Mama doesn't know you yet. He hears from others about you."

Jana took a deep breath. "Udah, Iah, Mas. I've been dizzy the same problem continued. Mending, we broke up, huh?" Jana was really disappointed. Perhaps not disappointed because his engagement to Jovan was on the edge, but, more on, disappointed because the person who knew nothing about him, consumed the news that was not entirely true.

"Don't give up, dong, Jana .. I still have a lot of energy to fight."

"Save your energy for something more useful, Mas" said Jana. He got up from his seat, and grabbed his sling bag lying on the sofa.

"You're the most useful person in my life, Jan."

Jana scrunched her forehead. He's tired of trouble. Moreover, the endless love problems. He's tired. His decision accepted Jovan's proposal because he wanted to live a quiet life. If she had to marry Jovan, she would. As a matter of fact, there are no disturbing things. Whatever it is.

But the universe still wants to joke with him. "We thought first, Deh, Mas. I need some time to do it myself, too."

"Please, Mas .. I'm tired of the same problem. I want to live quietly. Let me alone first, yeah."

Jana leaves Jovan's apartment with mixed feelings. Between disappointment, relief, or perhaps emptiness. Everything came together bombarding his heart.

Maybe Jana should be alone first. Focus on the stall, and focus on supporting both parents in Indonesia.

That day the stalls were so crowded. To the extent that Jana had no time for lunch. In fact, his stomach had revolted asking to be filled.

Joshua who knew Jana had not had time to fill his stomach, took the initiative to make seafood fried noodles that he blended in such a way.

"You eat first, yeah. Let me handle the buyer." Johsua thrusts a plate of fried noodles at Jana.

"But, stalls are really rame again," said Jana.

"Eat, Jana." Joshua took two plates of fried chicken that Jana was going to deliver to the buyer.

Jana sat down at the dinner table and started devouring the contents of her plate quickly. While occasionally paying attention to the movements of Johsua deftly; cooking, then delivering food to buyers.

"Don't rush to eat it, Jana." Joshua who saw the girl devoured her eat hurriedly. He was worried that it would actually make Jana's stomach shocked and wrapped around.

"You'll be troubled later if I eat it long."

"Hey, I'm okay, okay?"

Jana nodded too. He covered his smile. Joshua is so attentive to her. Jana's heart warmed.

However, he asserts to himself that Joshua is now a nobody. Just an ordinary friend, or even just a co-worker.

In the afternoon, when Jana had just stepped out of the stall, and was walking alone on the sidewalk to her apartment, Joshua ran after her.

"I'm taking you, huh?" bargain Joshua while aligning the steps with Jana, without waiting for the girl's approval.

"I can go home by myself." Jana answered ketus.

"It's okay. I want to breathe fresh air in the afternoon."

Jana frowned. The air this afternoon was not cool at all, but it was so cold. Just to coat the sweatshirt in his coat a few layers. His thin body could not withstand the cold air that was so bone-chilling.

"I never saw the young man pick you up again" Joshua opened the conversation.

"It's none of your business" said Jana ketus.

Joshua chuckling. "I just want to make sure you're okay, Jana."

"What does it mean to make sure I'm okay?" Jana turned her head towards Joshua, staring at the slanted man.

"Yes, make sure you're happy."

Jana grieves. "It's not your job to make sure I'm happy. Nor is it any of your business, I'm happy or not!" emphatically.

"I care about you, Jana."

"Yes, yeah, what do you care? Why now?" Jana stared intently at Joshua.

"Care as friends. Can't it?"

Jana turned her body. "I'm just like you're not friends, Josh, okay?"

"Not friends, then what?"

Jana smiled in anguish. "Enemy!"
