Black smoke that made the blue sky look dirty filled the air as a ship approached the lips of the City of Light pier. The ship has suffered extensive damage in several parts that have been burned and many passengers on board have been seriously injured.

Meanwhile, Rayyan is busy with her work at her office, which requires a signature on the many files piled up on her desk. Suddenly, Midget entered in a hurry, and told him about the ship that had just arrived at the dock in a burning condition.

Without a doubt, Rayyan and Midget jumped out of the office window and flew straight to the dock to help. Arriving there, they saw a terrible sight. Hundreds of people were injured, including women and children.

Rayyan approached the ship's apparently healthy passengers and asked, "What happened?" The passenger looked towards Rayyan, looking shocked and very confused. Before he could answer, the passenger suddenly fainted.

Yeppo immediately tackled the passenger and laid him carefully on the ground. Rayyan then approached Yeppo and asked, "What did the passenger say?"

Yeppo enthusiastically recounts that the passenger was from the Dragon Kingdom, which was attacked by a group of people who used great magic so they fled by ship to the City of Light. After providing medical care to the victims, Rayyan led an emergency meeting to evaluate the situation and discuss plans to deal with the threat.
