The Only Daughter Of Lancaster

The Only Daughter Of Lancaster
Part Thirty: A New Round

Three days in Rezenavor taught Amabel many lessons. He can find out the quality of education here even though it is only three days. It is unfortunate because even though the distance of Rezenavor and the capital is only a few days, the educational facilities here are very much different. The school here only had two classrooms that housed dozens of disciples. In order for the entire class to get the same opportunity, they divide it by morning and afternoon classes. The teachers here teach the whole class and the lessons.

Seeing facilities like this makes Amabel sad. In Plodnavor, Duke Lancaster delivers the highest quality educational facilities. Even every student who goes to school gets an allowance per month, of course this must be proportional to their achievements. People's schools even provide guarantees to get jobs in government or other public sectors. There is no guarantee here.

"This is not too far from Plodnavor. Why is the quality given not the same, Alberto?" Ask Amabel. They are currently on lunch break. In front of them, there were disciples who went home and left.

"Rezenavor is a free country. You know what that means?" Reply Alberto while opening his drinking water.

Amabel shook her head, "I've heard of it, but didn't know what it meant. Does it have anything to do with economics? Or politics?"

Alberto turned his head, he downed his mineral water and closed it with one hand. "It has something to do with those two things. Rezenavor used to be a small kingdom that eventually chose to enter into the Kingdom of Yerkink. This has something to do with Celine because she used to help Rezenavor."

"The land is fertile because of her blessing and Celine gives her flower seedlings to plant. You can see now that Rezenavor is a city of flowers." Alberto then crushes the food wrapping paper and throws it into the trash can. "The kingdom gave Rezenavor the freedom to govern his own city. There was originally a Viscount who controlled this land, but eventually the people decided to organize their lives. Here the noble strata were abolished. They only have a city guard structure, a rule-maker, and if required to choose something they will have deliberation. It could be said that the highest voter of the vote is the whole society."

Democratic law. Rezenavor followed the law. Something they didn't realize they had done. "Then about the Royal tax?"

"Of course they paid for it. Rezenavor produces not only flowers, but also medicinal plants. From there they get money to pay taxes. They even have their own courts and prisons." Alberto smiled as he told it. "Maybe if it was Celine who was leading the way, we would create a city like this. Like Rezenavor."

Amabel lowered. If at that time Celine did not choose to blend with nature, of course, the form of government is not a kingdom. It would be nice if that happened. Alberto stood up, patted the back of his pants then stretched his hands. "Well, of course it's just a wish. So let's continue this fight."

Amabel nodded, following Alberto to get into the next class. Three days in Rezenavor taught him many lessons. I can't wait to share this with someone. I don't know who, maybe his father, or his two brothers. He could also tell Hendery. The man will definitely be interested in the system at Rezenavor. The girl looked up, today the sky is so bright. "Good weather."

"The weather today is very sunny, Alec. You don't want to do anything?" Alterio shook Alec's arm. He is tired of the lessons and Alec is always moody. "Hey, don't you want to tell me?"

Alec did not answer, instead drowning his face behind the folds of his hand. Look at that Alterio camberut. "If you've been like this for a long time, it has something to do with your sister. Youmisshim? Isn't he back home?"

Hearing Alterio's barrage of questions made Alec finally give up. He straightened his body and his face looked sad. "He's gone from home. It's been two weeks."

Alterio's surprised. She thinks Amabel is not the kind of girl who runs away. "He escaped?"

"Who's running away?" Ian walked in and put the test results on the teacher's desk. He sat down in front of Alec. "Eli ran away again?"

Alec sighed, he suddenly felt tired. "No. Neither Amabel nor Eli ran away from home." Alec instantly looked at Alterio sharply as his friend opened his mouth. "I'll tell you a story. Amabel left the house and didn't run." Once again Alterio got a sharp glare from Alec.

Ian involuntarily straightened his body upon hearing Amabel's name. He had not seen the girl for a long time and now he had the fact that Amabel was gone. Alec sighed and continued his story. "He went with Sir Bennett as his disciple. Amabel didn't write her goal, she just wrote that she'd be gone a long time."

"For what?" Ian asked. "I mean usually how long will a student go with his teacher?"

Alec shook his head, "i don't know, not even dad. When he returned to Bel's house, he left me and Eli a letter."

"What's Eli on hunger strike?" Alterio. Alec's sister that one would definitely do such a thing.

Alec chuckles, "of course. The child immediately locked himself in the room and just out of the room when going to school. He didn't even talk to mom and dad. He said he felt betrayed."

"Prince five?" Alec's question was answered with a nod. Alterio then smiled widely. "Eh, but you should know. Before leaving he came to your house and gave your sister a ring. Isn't cool? He still puts your brother first."

Alec even immediately screeched, do not like. Maybe they met while Alec didn't. He again gave Alterio a sharp look, "may your sister be safe so I can get her to sword fight."

Alterio tilted his head, not understanding. "Why does my sister have to survive to fight you?"

"For I know his ability to protect my sister." Hearing Alec's reply made Alterio stand up while shaking his waist. "Hey, my brother is an army leader. You will definitely lose. Look, Arion is the best!"

Alec stood up, looking at Alterio with a look of dislike. "Hey, even if he's the leader of the army doesn't mean he's better than me."

"May be better!"

"No way!"

The two then clucked each other in annoyance and folded both of his hands in front of his chest. After that they turned to each other. Unlike the two friends who were arguing indistinctly, Ian instead stared out the window. Amabel is engaged and will be engaged next week. The girl was currently somewhere, making Ian worry. Of course if you look at his sword skills, Ian doesn't have to worry. It's just that, if there's a bad incident who's going to help him?

Where did Sir Bennett take Amabel? Ian should know their goal so he can catch up.

Elliott swung his body on the swing. He missed Amabel. His sister had been away from home for two weeks and he was sad. The house feels empty and it doesn't feel good.

"El, why are you here?" Callista Valery Killian. Looking at his friend who chose to sit next to him, Elliott smiled.

"His own princess why is she here?" Reply Elliott, teased. Hearing that made Callista advance her lips, scruffy.

"I asked first. And stop being so attached to the princess's call." Callista pushed her body with her legs and gently moved swings. "So, what's up? Something happened at home?"

Elliott nodded. "Bel get out of the house. I mean, he became a student of Sir Bennett and is currently on his way to study."

Callista nodded. "You're sad that you can't see her for a while or that you can't drive her?"

Elliott looked down, he took a deep breath. "Maybe I'm sadder that Bel didn't tell me about this. Bel made her own decision. I'm sure he must have had a hard time. Since entering the palace Bel covered many things, including his feelings."

Since coming home, Amabel hasn't really smiled. He became more introverted and that made Elliott sad. It's like when Amabel covered up her hair first. "I feel useless as a sister. I wasn't there beside him when he needed to."

Callista got off the swing and stood in front of Elliott. His hand patted Elliott's head, "don't worry. I'm sure Amabel wouldn't think that. He wouldn't like it if you thought this way. Don't worry, Amabel's gonna be okay."

Elliott smiled and looked at Callista's face. "Thank you."

After that, they both laughed. The two did not realize that from the second floor, Kenan noticed. Kenan's face was flat, but his eyes were sharp. He snorted and then moved away from there.
