This morning I restarted my activities with a new status as a wife and a mother of my children.
With a feeling of happiness, I was helped by Bik Minah to make provisions for Chia our favorite little boy one house.
"Good morning mother." said to me, who just came out of the kitchen.
"Selaamt morning dear Mother... Mashayallah is so beautiful naak.." grabbed her in my arms.
"Today Chia went to school with Mother, right?" ask him with spirit.
"Of course dong dear... From today onwards Chia will go to school with Mother dear." answered me happily.
He nodded strongly.
We had breakfast together.
But without Brother Zaky, Daddy's Chia.
Zaky's brother left for work first.
He doesn't even drink at all.
To be honest I was a bit disappointed, but I have made it a special fried rice recipe from Umi.
"Didn't he say this fried rice is delicious? Then why wouldn't he taste it one bit? And I made it with love." I whispered in my heart.
The regret in my heart made the praise of Eyang and the others seem meaningless.
Doesn't reduce the upset in my chest.
I really expected Brother Zaky to enjoy my fried rice.
Then he proudly praised me and felt grateful for choosing me to be his wife.
But hope, is still only hope.
Let alone to enjoy, even to taste it, it does not have time.
"Is it so busy?" I regret it in my heart.
"Goddess... Are you ok?!" tanya Eyang broke my daydream.
With a bitter smile I bowed.
"Aamiin. "I said softly.
After saying goodbye, Chia and I were escorted by Mr. Kus, the personal driver of Prof Hamdan's family, to the cottage.
A full day, Ustazah Wulan was unceasingly making fun of me as a newlywed.
Only a bitter smile can I do to return his insults.
How they don't know what's really going on in my household that's still a corn seed.
After teaching, I went to Umi and Abi's house to take a break and lunch while waiting for Chia to finish school at 16.15 wib.
"Goddess... How's your new family, son?" asked Umi as we sat back on the terrace while waiting for Ashar time.
"Alhamdulillah Um... All good same Halimah.. Chia spoiled her for mercy Umi.. The night before going to bed, want to be in the same kelonin Halimah.. Halimah was very happy when Chia called Halimah with the call of mother.." I told Umi with a bright smile when remembering the first time Chia called me with the call of mother.
"Alhamdulillah... May the LORD always take care of your household, my son.. Aamiin" Umi's prayer was sincere to me.
"Aamiin O ALLAH" I replied also confirming the Umi prayer.
Azan Ashar stopped our conversation.
Not long after I was doing the Ashar prayer, greetings were heard from the door of the house.
"Assalamualaikum.." Chia's tiny voice gave a greeting from outside the house.
"Waalaikumsalam.." I answered who turned out along with Umi who also went out of the room to the door to welcome Chia.
"Hello son of sholeha... How are you?" asked Umi kindly to my contact child.
"Alhamdulillah happy Eyang Umi." he replied as a whole.
"Umi's Eyang?" I was confused by Chia's words.
"Yes... Umi Eyang.. Mother would call him Umi, so Chia called him Eyang Umi.. If that one in the house is Eyang Uti.. Can Eyang Umi?" the answer is a spoiled smile.
"Goddessa... May dong be beautiful... Eyang Umi is very happy to have a dear call from Chja... Thank you dear.." replied Umi also grabbed Chia in her arms.
I smiled happily watching their arms.
