A few months have passed, Niah was sitting alone in front of her house, Her husband had just left for the office.

Ralin calls his driver, to help Niah get in the car. And they immediately took Niah to the nearest hospital from where Niah lived.
In the car, Niah continues to moan in pain and Valin continues to try to contact David until his phone is picked up by David.
Hearing his phone keep ringing, David finally picked up the phone.
"Randi, you continue mittingnya! I'm gonna pick up the phone first." David came out of the mitting room to pick up the phone from Valin.
"Tumben, Valin called me?" David in his heart.
"Hallo Val, what's wrong?" Ask David.
"Sister, it looks like Niah's sister is about to give birth and this is being taken to a hospital near my sister's residence." Valin replied, his tone was so worried.
"Niah is going to give birth! All right, I'll go straight to the hospital." David replied, he immediately turned off his phone line.
David returns to the mitting chamber, then he meets Randi who is continuing his mitting today.
David rushed to the hospital, he drove his car at high speed.In his mind there was only his wife, he wanted to meet his wife immediately.

Niah and the others have arrived at the hospital, Niah immediately taken into the delivery room.
Niah continued to moan in pain and the Doctor immediately handled inside the delivery room.
Vina, Ralin and Valin, they continue to pray that Niah's delivery is smooth. Now they sit in the waiting room.
"Sister David, why haven't you come yet?" Vina asked, looking at Valin.
"I've called her sister, she said she was coming here." Valin replied, his face was worried.
"Sister David, you're not coming." Ralin was angry with himself, his feelings were also so worried.
David had just arrived at the hospital, he parked his car, after parking his car David immediately ran into the hospital.
She asked Niah which room she was in, and the nurse replied that Niah had been taken into the delivery room.
David headed straight to the delivery room, where he saw Vina, Valin and Ralinsyah sitting in the waiting room.

"How is it, Sister Niah?" David asked, his face looked worried, he could not wait to see Niah.
"It's still in the delivery room, sis, the doctor hasn't come out of there yet." Valin replied, David was sitting in the chair and he was very worried.

After an hour had passed, the Doctor came out from inside the delivery room. He called the family from Niah.
"The patient's family." Call him in a polite tone.
David got up from his seat, he walked over to the doctor.
"I'm Doc, I'm her husband." Answer David.
"Master, I've been trying to get your wife to be a normal hand. But it doesn't seem like it can and we have to have a C-section" the Doctor told David, David paused for a moment.

The doctor nodded his head, then he gave some paper in the folder for David to sign.
David signed the papers, after David's approval. The doctor went straight into the delivery room to perform C-section on Niah.
David sat down again, praying in his heart for his son and wife to be saved.
Vina, Valin and Ralin, they also just kept quiet while praying in their hearts for the delivery of Niah to run smoothly.
In the waiting room there was only silence between them, their feelings were both worried thinking about Niah who was struggling inside the delivery room.
After waiting for some time, the Doctor finally came out from inside the delivery room.
"Sir David......" Doctor's words were cut off.
