This morning Elin was neat, today he and Ica will do inerview to PT. Indorav. Elin was making her bed when Nita entered her room. Elin stayed at Nita's house for a while until she was accepted to work.

"This you bring, later when nterview you submit and receive proof of handover. Remember, don't forget" said Nita by grabbing Elin's hand and putting a brown envelope on Elin's palm.

Elin's brows were linked with frowning, she looked questioningly at Nita.

"Is this brother?" asked Elin curiously.

"This is what will get you accepted to work there, when someone who interviews you asks 'do you bring the terms', you immediately submit this," nita said with her index finger pointing at the brown envelope that was in Elin's grasp.

Elin couldn't help her curiosity, she opened the amlop. Elin's eyes widened with a surprised face as she learned the contents of the envelope, she looked at Nita asking for her brother's explanation.

"Don't think about it, later when you pay, you can replace the money with your first salary" said Nita lightly.

"Your first salary will not run out to pay Danu's leg money, the employee's salary in the company is large, your salary is still available," explained Nita saw the reaction of Elin who was fixated on staring at him.

Elin was glued to the spot. She digested every word that slid from her brother's lips, the word 'faithful' really bothered Elin's mind. Does that mean he bribed the interviewer? does it have to be bribing someone to work in that place? that means he was accepted not because of the fame he had? various questions sprung up in Elin's mind.

"Elin!" Nita raised her voice a little. Repeatedly asked the same thing but did not get a response, making him annoyed because Elin was still transfixed like a lifeless statue.

Elin realized, she looked at Nita who looked annoyed.

"What time are you leaving? from that brother ask repeatedly, you just shut up," said Nita annoyed

"What do you think of that?" ask Nita.

"Is this to bribe the interviewer later?" ask Elin carefully.

"Yes, is it an applicant's duty if you want to be accepted for a job there?" answer Nita

Elin was shocked, even though he had thought so, but this confession of truth made Elin agape. How could such a large company accept a bribe like this? are they short of funds? it is impossible for large companies to ask for payment for their additional efforts.

"His face is normal," said Nita rubbed the face of Elin who looks shocked.

"Sir Danu has worked in this place he knows better the procedures that make it easier for applicants to be accepted. This is also him who took the initiative to lend you money, because brother Danu wants you to succeed" explained Nita

"Big companies are unlikely to take bribes, brother. It doesn't make sense" Elin feels awkward about the procedure Nita says.

"Sister Danu knows better, Elin. He has already gone through this process you just follow, the important you to accept. Be prepared, you will soon have to leave." Nita pushed Elin out of the room.

Elin felt something was off with the company. His mood changed after knowing he had to bribe someone just to get a job. As soon as his spirit was gone, he became weak. He wanted to cancel the interview that day, but he didn't want to disappoint Nita.

Elin and Ica on the way to the company, his heart hesitated to continue his intentions, yet he could not. Finally he just follows the flow, he hopes not be accepted to work there if it must be bribed.

"You know that?" search Elin

Ica smiled obliquely, "this has become an open secret" said Ica

"General secret?" Elin repeated Ica's statement.

"So this is a mandatory procedure? how could a big company do something this low? it is inappropriate for large companies to choose employees by prioritizing pay as reciprocity. Shouldn't large companies choose employees based on their competence and ability," various questions Elin raised as a form of protest.

Ica smiled cynically, "are you plain or what the hell? this is the time of money talking, there is nothing free Elin, even to poop we have to pay, especially to get something big, of course it takes sacrifice as a form of our efforts to achieve what we want," replied Ica cynically

"We want to work here because of a hefty salary, they ask for a reward of only half of our salary a month. Isn't it worth what we will get, even we are more benefited because after that we will have income many times the money we spend," explained Ica.

"Follow the procedure, if you want to be accepted. You take it easy, once we give them the terms they ask for, then that means we've been accepted." Connect Ica.

Elin silently did not respond. Elin remembered Ica's attitude the other day confident that they would be accepted, apparently this is why.

Elin came out of the interview room after she managed to go through an interview which turned out to be just a form of formality. Inside there is no question about the abilities he has, indicating that Ica and Kak Nita are right.

This company only prioritizes 'requirements' in the form of money. Once the money is given they will accept the applicants with a smile.

Ica greeted Elin with a pepsodent smile, she looked happy and satisfied. While Elin bent her face feeling disappointed about the choice that became her way of life. Will the salary he gets be a blessing to him and his parents? Whether he would sin for still choosing a path that was clearly wrong.

"Hey, why isn't your face so happy?" ask Ica wonder.

"I'm tired" replied Elin lying.

"All right, we're going straight home. The day after we get to work, get your stamina ready. A lot of istarahat so you don't get tired like this when you first get to work." The word Ica commemorates Elin.

Elin nodded, she was in no mood to talk about a job she did not want at all. He chose this job because he did not want to disappoint the person who had supported him.

Today was exactly the first day Elin entered work, she was ready to leave. By public transport he headed to the factory where he worked. A job as an operator he acquired at the factory.

The location of the factory and the company office is not far away, Elin left alone because from the interview office yesterday can be seen the factory behind the office with a distance that can still be reached on foot.

Elin entered the factory area that looked crowded, many employees went back and forth to enter their respective workspaces.

From where he stood, Elin's eyes caught the figure he recognized, someone there seemed to be chatting seriously by wearing a black suit and material pants attached to his body.
