The Queen Of Time
Stay Beside Me (Thirty Two)

            The roar of noisy footsteps filled every hallway of the palace connecting Aiden's private room with the palace hall. Some of the ladies who saw the commotion immediately stopped for a moment to peek at what was happening to the queen who suddenly fainted in their king's arms.

            Meanwhile Aiden was waiting for the examination results from the physician anxiously. His mind had since just continued to wander at Calistha's condition which looked so weak and pitiful. Although he knew that this was Tiffany's act, he could not just punish her. He must find solid evidence as an excuse to impose his sentence on Tiffany. Moreover, if he were to directly punish Tiffany now without any solid evidence, Calistha would surely come back to hate her and make the relationship between those who had improved worse again.

            Aiden then turned his face to the pale face of Calistha who was currently sleeping peacefully on top of her complaint. The healer had been struggling with Calistha's two legs that were wounded quite deeply. Apparently the nails had been stuck in Calistha's soles for quite a while. Can he imagine if actually Calistha has actually felt pain since walking out of his room, but the woman's painful look managed to hide it perfectly because the incident also coincided with the events of their cold war that lasted all day. Suddenly that guilty feeling again infiltrated into his cold and frozen heart. Never as long as he was king did he feel this deep sense of guilt, but all this time he often wiped out many lives with his cold hands. But his guilt really never showed up and only appeared on Calistha. The longer she takes, the more humane she looks. And the humanity he felt right now was enough to shock him and feel strange about that feeling. Will he become weaker with his human feelings or will he become more thoughtful with his alien human side?

               "Your Majesty, I've finished treating the wound on Calistha's queen's leg."

                Suddenly the healer stood up and made his daydream about Calistha fall away. With an impatient face,

Aiden instantly drew closer to Calistha's weak body while waiting for the healer to report Calistha's state to her. In his heart, Aiden wished Calistha well and nothing terrible had happened to her, because if it had happened, then the first person to be the target of his anger is Tiffany. He swore to make Tiffany pay for all of her evil deeds to Calistha with extreme cruelty.

                "Her Majesty the queen is currently bleeding quite seriously on the soles of her feet, but the servant

having successfully stopped the bleeding and insulating Her Majesty's legs with a sterile white cloth and herbal medicine, it's likely that the queen won't be able to walk for the next week, so..."

                "Is Calistha really okay? Other than her legs, is there anything else to worry about?" cut Aiden fast with an impatient face. The healer smiled slightly and shook his head at Aiden in response to the man's successive questions.

                "So far there's nothing for Your Majesty to worry about, the queen will be fine. Your Majesty

the queen only needs a complete rest for a week and I advise that the queen not force herself to walk because the wound on the Calistha queen's leg is severe enough, so it takes a little time to recover it to be what it used to be." the doctor explained. Aiden nodded his head in understanding and immediately looked at Calistha's face with relief. At least Calistjust had a minor injury to the leg. But he was sure, after this Tiffany would certainly be increasingly aggressively attacking Calistha with a variety of short-sighted plans of the woman. And before that happens, he must take action to secure Calistha from Tiffany's reach. Calistha can't be near Tiffany, wherever she is. And the only way is to move Calistha's room into her room. Yeah, after this Calistha won't sleep in her room. But Calistha will always be with him, by his side.

            "You, prepare all Calistha's needs and move all Calistha's belongings here. From now on he will stay in my room." Aiden ordered absolutely on the ladies who are currently gathered in front of his private room.

            Tiffany walked gracefully down the long hallways to her room with a satisfied grin. Some of the maids looked back and forth past him while carrying various kinds of items in their hands. Although he felt quite suspicious of the ladies, but the joy and happiness that surrounded his heart was far greater than his curiosity, until he decided to ignore the ladies and just focus on his next plan.

            "Hmm, what would I do to Calistha after this." Tiffany frowned in surprise when she saw some of the maids moving some of Calistha's personal belongings out of her room.

            "Ah, wait. What are you doing to my sister's belongings, are you gonna move her somewhere?" tiffany asked a petite ladyboy who was carrying some of Calistha's dresses. The dayang immediately stopped his steps instantly as Tiffanya called out to him while bowing respectfully.

                "Sorry miss, we will move the belongings of His Holiness Calistha into a private room

king Aiden. From this moment on, His Holiness Calistha will stay inside King Aiden's private room because both of His Majesty Calistha's legs are seriously injured." Obviously the ladyboy was detailed. Tiffany immediately growled furiously inside

heart after knowing Aiden's plan will try to separate him from Calistha. Now he would really have trouble harming Calistha. He must inform Gazelle of this immediately and ask her for advice to carry out the next plan.

            "Oh well, thank you. If Calistha has regained consciousness, please let me know. I'll change my clothes first." Tiffany's message to the little lady before the lady-in-waiting continues her march toward Aiden's private room.

             After the lady died, Tiffany again stepped into Calistha's room. The room now looks more empty than ever. Some of Calistha's belongings had actually been moved into Aiden's personal space. Inside the room were only a few pieces of dresses and large items such as dressers and lounge chairs that were not moved into Aiden's private room. Then when Tiffany was about to take a dress that was simpler than in Calistha's wardrobe, Yuri suddenly entered Calistha's room with a sad face that was very noticeable on her face. The woman did not seem

notice Tiffany's whereabouts there and focus only on Calistha's shoes that have not been fully moved into Aiden's private room. Tonight he was really sad because he felt that he was the cause of all the chaos that happened at Calistha's welcoming party. He should have checked the shoe before he gave it to Calistha, so Calistha would not have been hurt bad enough.

            Yuri is seen rubbing her tears at a rough glance while carrying a pile of cardboard in her hand. But just as he was about to walk away, Tiffany had first blocked his path and deliberately shoved his arm against Yuri's arm, which was, making the boxes that were in Yuri's grasp fell scattered on the floor and made a loud noise.

            "Ups, I've nudged your arm. Sorry." said Tiffany lightly without feeling the slightest guilt. Yuri seemed to growl furiously at Tiffanya, but as much as possible he held all his anger so that he did not further aggravate the situation. At the moment the queen is ill, she does not want to add to the list of obscenities she made today. Quite a cause in today's terrible incident, and he doesn't want to add to it anymore by arguing with Tiffany.

            "Please get rid of your feet, I want to tidy up the shoes of His Holiness Calistha." yuri said cynically and started crouching to collect Calistha's shoes that splattered on the floor. Tiffany looked cynically at Yuri and crouched down in front of the woman. It seemed that provoking Yuri's anger would be very interesting for her, especially regarding Calistha's injured foot problem, since Yuri was the servant who prepared all of Calistha's necessities today, including preparing shoes for her.

           "Hmm, did you give the shoes to Calistha?"

            Yuri seemed to be silent on the spot for a while, but after that she chose to ignore Tiffany. He doesn't want to talk about it right now, especially Tiffany.

            "Hey, are you deaf? You must have heard my question, right?" tiffany asked because

            "What's wrong? Do you want to know about those shoes?" yuri asked without using any formal language. Tiffany grinned happily when Yuri finally answered her question. He will trap Yuri and make Yuri the prime suspect in tonight's events.

            "Huh, you finally let out your golden voice as well. So, what shoes did Calistha use today you prepared?"

            "Yes, I did indeed prepare for all of His Holiness Calistha's needs today. Wh why? You want to accuse me if I put those nails in her shoes?" ask Yuri to challenge. Tiffany smiled slightly next to him while shaking her head slowly. Of course the woman will not accuse him, the woman will immediately make him the prime suspect in today's events. He would incite some of the palace's occupants and spread false news if Yuri had placed the nails in Calistha's shoes. Then Aiden would definitely punish him immediately because all the evidence points to Yuri.

            "I'm not accusing you. Aren't you a suspect in today's events. So confess now, before king Aiden will question you and punish you severely because you almost killed his queen." Tiffany's words were full of provocation. Yuri clenched her hands tightly until her knuckles turned white. It felt like he pushed Tiffany's body back and clawed at the snake woman's face now.

            "I couldn't have done that petty thing to His Holiness Calistha because I love her so much. Hmm, I suspect you because I know that you hate Calistha so much. So, is my guess right?" ask Yuri full of probes. Tiffany cursed in her heart because it turned out that Yuri was not the easy type of woman

influenced. Now the woman actually attacked him back and made him a little cornered. But as long as the evidence is not there, then he will survive all the punishment he will receive.

            "I? Huh, that's right. Calistha is my sister, I can't possibly do that cunning thing to get rid of her. You must be just diverting the charges I'm giving you. You're a demon woman." maki Tiffany is cruel. Yuri widened her eyes in shock hearing all the mockery that was shown to her. All his life he had never been treated so harshly as this, and he was so distasteful about Tiffany's annoying attitude.

Bruck

            Yuri eventually runs out of patience and starts attacking Tiffany by pushing her body backward. The woman then immediately stood up while carrying a pile of Calistha's cardboard which she had collected. Then before he actually left, he took the time to kick Tiffany's ankle until the woman screamed in pain.

            "Arghh, you fucking Yuri! I will repay you." cried Tiffany wrathfully as she groaned stifledly on the cold marble floor.

            Tonight the party to welcome Calistha ended in chaos. Spencer, who was assigned by Aiden to clean up all the mess that happened in the hall, immediately announced to all the invited guests if today's party was forced to be canceled. All of the invited guests present there looked disappointed, yet they also felt concerned about the state of their queen as they saw for themselves how the pale face of her queen when being carried by Aiden came out of the hall. The guests one by one began to leave the palace hall by first saying their sad expressions to Spencer, as the closest person to Aiden who would express their sympathy to the king.

            "Sir, we are sorry for the disaster that happened to the queen, may the queen recover soon and be able to greet us again with her beautiful smile." a commoner told Spencer. Spencer nodded his head and smiled sincerely at the man while clapping his hands on the man's shoulders. He himself felt so sad over the sudden incident that happened to his queen. But unfortunately he does not realize if all this is one of the devious plans that are being carried out by Gazelle, the woman he judged.

            "Commander Herren, please announce to all the people outside the palace to disperse the feast of the people today because the queen is sick." spencer's orders to Herren's commander happen to be passing in front of him. The great commander immediately nodded his head in understanding and immediately went to announce to all the people of Khronos who were celebrating the feast of the people in the town square today.

            From a distance, a woman in a red robe and a red hood covering part of her face seemed to notice Spencer with a furrowed forehead. The middle-aged woman then approached the Herren commander who was walking not far from her.

            "Excuse me, what's going on? Why did the king disperse the party?"

            Commander Herren stopped his footsteps and looked in astonishment at the middle-aged woman wearing the red robe. He thought she was a little strange because she did not know the calamity that had just happened to the queen.

            "You don't know?"

            The woman shook her head twice while looking at the Herren commander full of question marks.

            "Sorry, but I just came. I'm not a resident of Khronos, I'm a resident of the Bibury border" she explained. Commander Herren nodded his head in understanding and immediately told her everything he knew.

            "The queen was ill, so the king decided to cancel the party tonight. Looks like someone's planning to harm the queen by putting a few nails in her shoes until now the queen's leg is injured and she's lost quite a lot of blood because of it."

            "Queen injured? My God, then how is Her Majesty the queen now?" the old woman asked in shock. Commander Herren then shook his head weakly because until now the king has not told for the condition of queen Calistha after a terrible disaster tonight. But he thinks Calistha will be fine because he has not received any bad news or anything like that regarding Calistha's state.

                "Oh, the king has not said anything. But I hope the queen will be fine. She's a very good queen, and I really like her friendly nature."

                "Yes, I hope Calistha's queen is okay. Thank you to the commander for the information."

                After nodding his head slowly, Commander Herren immediately walked away leaving the middle-aged woman inside the hall. While the red-robed woman unbeknownst to anyone immediately touched with the other invited guests and secretly he infiltrated into the hallway of the palace that was quiet and dim. I don't know what the woman will do inside the palace because she immediately took off her red robe near the pillar and hid the red robe under the large statue of Michael in the corner of the room. Now his appearance had been the same as the other servants. He'll disguise himself as one of the servants.

            "Your Majesty, I'm coming for you."
