Part 29 - One More Bed

Herjuno continued to swerve back and forth within the Aurorae's body. His hand should not be asked, it has moved to touch anything that is within his reach.

"Mas, ah. "the long moaning of the Aurorae signifies its release.

He gripped Herjuno's shoulder tightly.

But the man did not look in pain at all. He continued to move, raising his head upward as his right hand brushed his wife's breasts.

A second later he stomped deeper and grabbed Aurorae's lips with his.

"Ah, dear.. I love you Rae." she said with a breath of breath slowly peeking at Aurorae's right cheek.

"SPend off! Eat a lot." Herjuno smiled sweetly putting a plate of rice with side dishes in front of Aurorae.

Tonight they ate a delivery meal, where Aurorae had time to cook. Herjuno hasn't let go in his room since coming home this afternoon.

"Mas , tomorrow is my schedule to go to the gynecologist. Can you go home sooner?" aurorae asked as she chewed her food.

Aurorae obstetrician's schedule of practice is indeed late afternoon, one hour before Herjuno's office.

"Yes. I'm home early tomorrow."

Aurorae throws a smile.

"But tonight can I go home to Megumi?"

And Aurorae's smile instantly dimmed.

He looked up. "Mas, you've only been here two days."

Herjuno quickly clasped his wife's hand.

"Megumi's not feeling well, baby. She called 'em, there's no way I'd leave it with just the kids and Bi Lilis."

No more discussions. Aurorae only nodded faintly without looking at her husband.

Herjuno rushed deeper into the living room as Bi Lilis opened the front door.

"Where's Mom?" tanyanya kept walking.

"Have entered the room after dinner sir." Bi Lilis followed Herjuno's steps. "So, what do you want me to prepare for dinner?" continue again before Herjuno actually opens the door.

"No need to Bi. I've eaten. Aunty just take a break." she replied as she grabbed the doorknob.

Then turning. "Has Haidar slept?"

"Not sir, still playing in the room with Zhafran."

Herjuno. "Let's go with the kids after the shower."

Bi Lilis nodded and passed as Herjuno walked into the room.

"You okay? Where's that sick?" the tanya approached Megumi who was lying on the bed.

He sat down on the side of the bed, folding one of his legs, before the elbow of his left hand rested on his thigh.

His right hand stretched out, gently rubbing his first wife's forehead.

"I'm just not feeling well Mas." replied Megumi as she pulled the blanket higher up the neckline.

Herjuno. "No fever. Rest up. Do I need to go to the hospital?"

"No. I'm just a little tired." replied Megumi with a slight head bobble.

Herjuno stood up from his seat, slowly rolling up his shirt arm. "I'll take a shower for a while. You just take a break, so that tomorrow will be fresher."

Megumi nodded as she smiled a small smile. Noticing Herjuno who took the phone in his pants pocket, like texting someone, then put the phone on the nightstand.

Megumi continued to pay attention until her husband entered the bathroom.

"Father!" Haidar screeched happily when he saw that opening the door was Herjuno.

"Yes. Done already?" answered Herjuno while grabbing his son's body into a sling.

"Papa's miss?" ask again with a little look up because Haidar's position is higher in his carrier.

"Gum." The boy nodded enthusiastically.

Herjuno then lowered Haidar onto the carpet where he was sitting with Zhafran earlier.

"What's playing?" herjuno looked at Zhafran.

"Zhafran helped Haidar make the boat sir." Bi Lilis' son answered her timidly.

"Oh yeah? Wow great, can Haidar?" this time Herjuno looked at his son.

"hum. It's been. Look" The boy had not even turned five years old and showed his paper boat to his father.

"It's so good." Herjuno lightly rattled his son's hair. "Thank you Zhafran has accompanied Haidar to play." this time Herjuno looked at Zhafran.

And the boy just nodded.

"Why can Brother Zhafran sleep in Haidar's room?"

"Why indeed? Haidar's afraid of sleeping alone?"

"No." Haidar. "But Aunt's room was too narrow for the three. Brother Nadia is already big, not suitable to play with Abang Zhafran. Better Brother with Haidar. Isn't that Bang?"

And again Zhafran just nodded timidly. Makes Herjuno chuckle.

"Papa's gonna talk to Mama and Auntie tomorrow. If Mama and Aunt agree, Papa will replace Haidar's bed with a bigger one. Also added a desk. How's it?"

"Hum." only Haidar excitedly replied. Zhafran was of course still timid

This morning Haidar had breakfast cheerfully. He continued to chatter about Zhafran who would move to occupy his room. About how they would play, read fairy tales, and sleep together all night.

Amongst everyone, only Herjuno responded enthusiastically.

"But not to stay up late, even if there is Brother Zhafran, still have to go to bed immediately if it's time." Herjuno.

"Yes Papa. Haidar always sleeps at nine." The boy was really excited, a smile never escaped his lips.

Megumi only glanced at him for a while and occasionally pinched her temple slowly.

Being Bi Lilis, just sighed awkwardly. It was good to be given a place to live and eat for free for him as well as his children. The salary he receives each month is also more than worth it. Bi Lilis was really bad if Zhafran too enjoyed all the facilities in this house.

"Haidar wants Zhafran to sleep in his room. It's okay, right?" Herjuno turned to Megumi who was sitting on his right side.

Megumi simply nodded with a faint smile. Herjuno smiled gently stroking his wife's arm.

"Is it okay, Bi?" this time Herjuno looked at Bi Lilis who was putting a pot of water on the dining table.

"Didn't you bother sir?" tanyanya hesitated.

What kind of question is that. I don't know, Bi Lilis just wanted to refuse, but didn't find a more fitting way.

Herjuno.

"It's okay Bi. I will order a wider bed for Haidar's room" Herjuno assured.

"Buy one more bed. Still fit in Haidar's room if add one more bed of the same size." Megumi finally chimed in. Still lazily stirring his food.

"Ah right, so they stay comfortable it is better there are two beds. I'm afraid they'll kick each other in the same bed." Herjuno chuckled again.

Megumi looked at him in wonder. I don't know what's funny, why her husband laughed so much in the morning.

While Bi Lilis looked down gamang when glimpsed Megumi who clearly showed her dislike. It's just that Herjuno is insensitive.

"Thank you, Mama. My mom and dad have been so nice to me and the kids." That was all he could finally say.

Responded with a smile by Herjuno, and a sharp gaze by Megumi.
