Section 32 - Getting Away

Herjuno took off his glasses and then gently stroked his nape.

Megumi stared out the window with a sigh. Herjuno's car just entered the courtyard.

Lately, her husband is spending more time at home.

That night he saw Herjuno sending a message to someone. And when her husband walks into the bathroom, Megumi checks her phone.

It turned out that Aurorae sent a message reminding the schedule of a visit to the gynecologist tomorrow, and Herjuno agreed.

The next morning, when they had breakfast, Megumi did not say much. Only responding slightly as Herjuno discussed Haidar wanting Zhafran to move into his room. Not long he ran to the bathroom, and locked the door. When Herjuno catches up with 'em, he pretends to be spewing out all his stomach contents.

"Do I need to see a doctor?" asked Herjuno as he opened the bathroom door.

The first plan worked. At least Herjuno knows, Megumi is not feeling well today.

In the afternoon he pretended to vomit again and fainted. The panicked Bi Lilis immediately called Herjuno.

And just as it happened, Herjuno came home that afternoon frantically taking Megumi to the hospital.

"Mas, are you home?" Megumi greeted Herjuno at the door.

"I'm a little tired. Can you please make me some ginger water?" he answered weakly and went into his room.

Herjuno laid his body on the bed. His conversation with Dea was still ringing in the head. Confused as to how to talk about this with Aurorae, his second wife was like to keep her distance and avoid any conversation.

"Drink first, Mom." Megumi placed a cup of warm ginger on the table. She picked up a sweatshirt and pants that were more casual for her husband.

"Deplace your clothes. After that rest." he said again, after seeing Herjuno sip warm ginger.

"I'll just take a shower." Herjuno kisses a glimpse of Megumi's cheek before getting into the bathroom.
